In a large group which included a lot of children. Service was excellent, all on time and staff really friendly. Food great, all round good experience. Would recommend for groups.

Ordered for a collection, Connie has suggested a fantastic Spicy Chicken limited time pizza, which turned out to be unreal indeed. I've waited maybe 15 minutes for two pizzas and two sides. All turned out piping hot and delicious. Not the first time I've called in and definitely not the last time either. Great experience, thank you all.

I ordered a takeaway pizza, it was over 2 hours before it was delivered and it was freezing cold. I was very disappointed considering I had paid £28 for it!!! Never again. I feel robbed.

Just wanted to praise the team at Durham especially Ian & Connie. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked through the door and the impression throughout the dinner was that nothing was a bother. They checked in on the table quite often making sure we were fine and even going above and beyond making personal conversation with the table. The highlight of the visit was that it was my daughter’s birthday and Ian & Connie sang happy birthday and she loved it (she was shy). However if i could've rated this more than 5 stars i would've.

basically theres someone there stealing the desserts, twice in a row ive ordered via the app and twice one of the desserts was missing

Called in with our 2 children on Saturday. We hadn’t booked but we were seated very quickly. We were served by Amy who was very professional. The pizzas we ordered came out very hot with plenty of toppings. We will definitely be returning very soon.

Friendly inclusive staff. They didn't bat an eye at my sons stimming or vocalisation (they realised pretty quickly when we walked in and he screamed) they accommodated us every way they could.

It was clean and staff very friendly. No issues at all. Pizza hut always happy to let you have a takeaway box for your leftovers. The salad bar is the absolute best part of a pizza hut experience!

Staff are friendly and welcoming but Ian is a credit to this store! Very friendly and welcoming and interacted with the kids n they enjoyed there time here just as much as the adults did! We’ll definitely be back..

Had possibly the best customer service I’ve ever received tonight by Sarah. Our order was unfortunately wrong when it arrived however she went out of her way to call me and apologise profusely, she sorted out this issue almost instantly and was so kind during the phone call. Top notch service, thank you very much Sarah 😊

Very quick service and friendly staff, clean restaurant and food areas along with plenty of options on the salad bar. It was reasonably quiet too so that helped a lot.

Paid for 2x garlic sauce when I ordered online for pick up. Was charged but they weren't given to me. Expected then to be intl the box when I got home but they weren't. Ruined what was the first pizza hut experience I've had in years. Used to love a pizza hut but the little things can literally make or break an experience.

Had meal here for father in laws birthday with Grand children, 7 in total. Staff were superb, couldn't do enough for you.

5 stars because the staff were so lovely in here. Just popped in to keep the kids happy whilst doing 'boring' shopping . It was a bit busier than normal and we waited just a few minutes(less than 10) for pizzas to arrive at the buffet hatch. 3 different members of staff spoke to us during our visit. One to clear the tables who asked us if we ere enjoying the meal and sorry for any delay. Joked on with the kids and was throughly good spirited. And 2 other members of floor staff who each apologised for the delay and hoped we enjoyed our visit . Just overall unexpected great customer service for such a big chain . Thanks again for full bellies and happy kids 😊

Service assistants where excellent put the food for how much your paying is extremely minimal and poor. This, however, seems to be the case all over the uk. Prices keep going up, and the food becomes more minimal. This is outrageous, and this needs to be addressed, or your business will suffer when you've priced out the general working class public.

Llamamos mientras nos alojamos en un hotel cercano gastamos poco menos de £ 52 para los dos para una pizza para compartir con bocados de queso en el borde, chocolate caliente, bebida ilimitada, 2 lados, barra de ensaladas y 2 desiertos. Las bebidas estaban bien, los lados eran agradables, los desiertos muy agradables. La pizza estaba seca y las cosas en rollo de queso en el borde se habían terminado todo el queso había salido por los bordes, así que estaba seco, lo que era una pena. La barra de ensaladas era muy pobre lechuga marrón, vio al personal añadiendo ensalada de col fresca en la parte superior, ya había salido ensalada de col y patata, no es la mejor práctica. Dicho esto, el personal en sí era encantador, encantado de charlar y le daría otra oportunidad cuando visite sobre esa base solamente. El personal también parece llevarse bien entre sí, que fue agradable quedarse más allá de sus horas de licencia para ayudar a los demás. Creo que tuvimos un poco de mala suerte, podría haberse quejado pero no lo hizo, ya que el personal era tan grande.

Having not been to Pizza Hut for many years, my Daughter chose to go for lunch on her birthday. The offer for kids buffet for ‘free when spending over £10’ (with £2 payable for an upgrade for unlimited drinks and ice cream). This made the meal very good value for money for me - had that offer not been available, I think it would have been quite expensive as we did not eat any pizza or pasta (I appreciate we might be in the minority here 😅) - my Daughter and I both only got salad from the buffet for a main. The choices available were excellent, very fresh and tasted delicious! Not a squashy tomato in sight. As I passed the serving counter I noticed the pizza looked very nice. I bought a latte and it was delicious - very hot and served in a tall latte glass, as it should be. My Daughter got some apple juice which she said was nice. She also got one serving of ice cream with sprinkles and a little strawberry sauce which she said was very nice and that she could really taste the vanilla. The man who greeted us at the entrance was lovely - very friendly and attentive. A young lady brought my drink and cutlery for our meal and was also very pleasant and attentive. Throughout our visit, both were going about their business quite cheerfully, which was nice to see. The tables were being cleared and cleaned promptly. The floors were being swept promptly too. The only negative was the toilet area, which I’d describe as grim. The entrance door and a door beside it marked ‘private’, which are close to the dining area, and therefore very visible from where many diners are sat, were both absolutely filthy (like 10 years of grubby hands pushing them open). The original red paint was thoroughly worn off in many places too. The toilets themselves were mainly clean (the basins and loos), though all other horizontal surfaces, like the loo roll holder and hand rail (?) were thick with dust and the area immediately behind the hand dryer was covered in wet grime/ looked slimy. The toilet area generally looked really tired and would greatly benefit from a revamp.

Everything worked really well the staff were really friendly and helpful. Order our food was simple and easy. The all in buffet was really good too there was alot to choose from I would definitely recommend

Went for lunch buffet pizza pasta salad bar and ice cream included . Was lovely would do again Fries onion rings were extra shame as did nt eat a lot of pizza Pizza s were lovely but would be nice do thin crust option also

We come to this hut very regularly. Foods are great. Staff here are also very friendly, they do make you feel at home.

Mostly a good experience today. Good food - all hot and fresh with a great selection of salads, but possibly an overwhelming choice of menu items - and great work by our main server keeping up with our requests. I did find one member of the team a little brusque in their manner towards myself and our party though, so that is the only downside I can put on the service. All other interactions with the staff were positive. The general atmosphere was okay, helped along by the majority of the staff. I did feel as though the music was too loud, which required us to almost shout in order to have a conversation.

Lovely staff and food. Jess in particular was amazing when my partner couldn’t figure out which pizza it was he wanted. Jess and Hannah went above and beyond.

We visited recently and were a little confused by the small print of the Me-Deals and what was/wasn't included, and what would be the best value for money. Our server Sarah was amazing, she was SO patient and knowledgeable. She was clear and down to earth when explaining things, and was happy to help find the best option for us, she had the patience of a saint and was extremely polite and attentive throughout, a credit to the company. The quality of the food was spot on too. It was a shame not to see it busier and we were virtually the only customers in there, but I suppose these are the times we live in now. I suspect the prices are a bit steep and a reduction would entice more people to visit.

The staff was lovely, I went in for the buffet as I usually do and asked for the spicy honey pepperoni pizza, only to find out they didn't have it on the menu anymore. They still had the ingredients and made it anyway. I'm autistic, and don't really like all too many foods, rather opting with just the best option for me instead. This pizza is a genuine outlier to this rule. When I tell you this pizza made me believe in god again because nothing outside of divine intervention would be able to make it, I mean it. Aphrodite would smite this pizza because of the beauty it strikes on your taste buds. THIS PIZZA IS AN ORGASM ON A THIN CRUST BASE. And while I wouldn't of complained if they couldn't have made it, the server and the chef were absolute sweethearts and made it anyway, despite my insistence of it being alright. Great pizza, lovely people, and a social situation where I don't feel like crawling into a hole and considering my life (which is pretty common to me). Thank you.

Usually pop in once a month for cheesy garlic bread followed by pan Hawaiian pizza washed down with bottomless soft drinks. As usual great food served by polite and pleasant staff especially Ian. Restaurant clean and tidy, any issues dealt with promptly.

Not visited here for a long time but was a convenient option whilst shopping. A bit pricey but the pizzas were lovely and a good selection available on the salad bar. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, especially Sarah who was helpful with the menu and was very professional and attentive. Will definitely return.

Love this pizza hut. Staff are always super attentive and friendly and the vibes are immaculate. Amy and Harper/Harmony (so sorry I have a goldfish memory) 🙈 were both so nice and checked in multiple times to ensure everything was OK. Great experience, free salad bar with plenty to choose from, you fill a little bowl. We then had the unlimited buffet, and there was plenty of different pizzas, I'd say at least 4 at any one time, then cheesy garlic bread at one point. Tomato sauce based pasta and brocoli/ cheese based pasta always present so all in a great experience.

Fabulous food and service once again. Our complicated orders were followed to perfection, with plenty of vegan options. Connie and Ian were so friendly, helpful and professional. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Loved the unlimited salad and easy drink refills, toilets were super clean and accessible and staff friendly Great vegan options! Just a smidge pricey for some things but yeah will be going again 😊

Lovely food, ordered gluten free pizza via app. Not much interaction with staff, but pleasant enough. Music a bit to loud, also felt like being in a fish bowl surrounded by car park. Design a little to basic, not classy like TGI Fridays. Very noisy surroundings like a school dining room. This spoilt the overall atmosphere.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong pizza on the QR Code, (completely my fault) the server recognised my disappointment and took care to ensure we left happy. They really were considerate and trying to give us the best customer experience for our visit, cannot fault them!

The food at Pizza Hut is known to be mediocre, but the venue is bright, the staff friendly, the kids love it, so it's a great family choice.

Get there early and the buffet is only fired once the first person orders. Very nostalgic.

You have to order via an app. Everything is self serve. The cost was extortionate. The only thing the staff did was bring us empty glasses. They then have the audacity to ask for tips. A tip is provided for a job well done. Charging a fortune to serve ourselves is not "a job well done" by staff.

Unbelievably shocked at your policy. I ordered and called the restaurant about an allergy (as you are advised to do) and was told by the manager (transcribed it as i was told as I was so shocked) ‘it is our policy not to share allergen information. I can’t share that for our own safety. I can’t tell you what is in all of our food’. She did point me in the direction of their on line allergen information. But I am stunned that this is policy in this day and age. It is appalling. I am really not a complainer but I am shocked at this policy.

A Very Rate Visit for a Pizza on Our Grandson's 8th Birthday. He Chose the Venue after Toy Shopping, several miles away. ALL Staff were Efficient, Courteous & Accomodating throughout. Whilst Food was 'Par- Excellence', from Salad Bar through Main to Sweet : We Left NOWT!

Incredible waiter very funny, delicious food just one little order wrong but it doesn't matter it was Incredible all together wouldn't fault it

Came in at 10 for quick dessert , was told rudely we couldn’t sit in even though it doesn’t close until 11. Ignored me at first when I went in I had to say excuse me multiple times to even get staff over .It was 2 for £12 something but tried to charge me £16 . Waited ages for it to come. No spoons and the size is a bit of a joke considering I’ve sat in before and paid that much usually it’s double the size. Rudeness of the staff really put me off , won’t be coming back.

Very disappointed.Ordered 3 pizzas all thin crust. 2 were lukewarm at best with virtually no cheese. One of the thin crust pizza's came as a deep pan with an apology but at least it was hot as it was the only one served on a pan. Was going to have a bottle of beer but very pricey at £5.39 for a tiny 330ml bottle which is nearly £10/pint so didn't get any drinks.Staff were great but at over £46 for tasteless thin cardboard pizza's we won't be going back.. The pizza's tasted like they were cooked from frozen rather than fresh and as we paid on leaving I asked if they'd stopped the chilli flakes that used to be on all tables to be told they were on a counter on the other side of the restaurant. Very disappointed for a tasteless overpriced meal. Avoid.

It's a bad business. Extortionate prices which they justify with deals to give some semblance of value - but there is no way of just having a pizza and a drink without having your eyes ripped out.

Food was lovely and the servers were very attentive, only slight grumble was the music was a bit too loud and we had to raise our voices a bit to hold a conversation.

Took my youth football team and every one of them enjoyed it, the unlimited salad bar was great to keep them satisfied until their meals arrived, very handy having bottomless drinks too, the ice cream station was a great added touch too. Staff were friendly and attentive would definitely book again.

We had the buffet with the kids. They really liked the fact that they could have unlimited pizza, icecream and drinks.

The food was good as usual. We enjoyed the buffet as it gives you the chance to try different pizzas. The staff were friendly but I was made to feel like I was putting the manager out by asking to sit at a certain type of table based on my physical needs and it seemed to be a problem and this made us feel a little unwelcome

Pizza Hut is freaking amazing. You know what you're getting and it's good.

Ordered pizzas for collection. More expensive than other pizza providers but I do prefer the Pizza Hut ones. So it's an occasional thing only. Usual high quality and standard. Not sure why buying larger pizzas with sides worked out cheaper than the standard size, send to be encouraging either waste or greed, but that was the deal.

Everything was reasonable, however, ordering using the Pizza Hut App is a faff! Why oh why is that supposed to be progress or make life easier?

I didn't like the app as it wasn't intuitive to use. Made the whole experience souless. Staff who did serve were friendly and helpful but overall the whole experience felt cold and disconnected because of the app.

Food was decent, not much atmosphere as was largely empty. Service was adequate.

Pre booked a table (which was wobbly - an issue at many Pizza Huts) Very friendly waitress talked us through the options and came to check how our ordering was going on, 30 seconds later her colleague did the same with significantly less grace in her communication! Salad bar looked a bit ropey, browning lettuce, no carrot (again a regular PH Issue) the mayo, seafood sauce etc looked less than attended to also - a definitive negative….. Pizzas came, they were lovely, some Pizza Huts still manage to mess up but this one didn’t, made up for the poor salad bar. Refillable drinks are crazy expensive and it has to be a special event for just drinks and pizza for 3 cost the far side of £50!
