I paid for an item that was missing again

Food nearly always cold. McDs should prepare it fresh not send food out that might’ve been standing for a while, as it looses heat very quickly.

Delivery was due at 5pm. According to the app the courier arrived at 5.30pm. By 5.50 the order haven't been delivered and the app said it would be at least 6.30. I had to drive to the restaurant to collect it myself. The courier arrived at the restaurant at 6pm having just started his shift. This dreadful service caused my wife to have a panic attack. I want someone to contact me to provide a full refund.

chips were practically empty everything else great

Gave my a completely wrong order was not what I ordered, wasn’t the same amount of food either, and was so cold

Food was completely cold, and there was no veg or sauce in the burger which made it really dry

Food took, like I applied above, five minutes longer then promised, the burger was NOT in the meal, and the medium fries were freezing cold by time the food did arrive, never again. Absolutely poor quality.

Jeez yet another wrong order, I can forgive one or two but this is getting ridiculous!! Four meals ordered, on arrival home there are no fries for any!! Come on guys. Wish my kids had wanted to go to KFC. 24/03.25 - Update : Another foolish visit and more missing items from my order, this place is insane. Strange I never accidentally get more items

It wasn’t just late it didn’t come at all I want a refund

It's the first time I have had hot chips in any McDonalds. Service was slow and it wasn't busy at all.

What can I say. Jason. Legend in the scene My customer service from this man was nothing short of incredible. Working to the bone and not getting the recognition this young man deserves. Our food practically FLEW to the table. What an incredible, amazing, and thoughtful worker.

Friendly staff and the Maccie D food you expect. Have mixed up diet and regular Coke a few times through the drive through. Apart from that, no complaints.

I used drive through no waiting for my food and everything I ordered was there fast service which is good for me as a bus driver

Worst McDonald's in the country. In the past 4 days I've ordered pancake and syrup but they didn't put my syrup or knife an fork in the bag so ended up with plain pancakes and then today I ordered a double sausage an egg mcmuffin to get a double sausage and bacon mcmuffin that was also freezing cold but there's no such thing on the menu so they've clearly just thought ill give him bacon instead.

Delivery driver was fantastic very friendly

Chicken selects were very thin hardly any chicken inside, very disappointing and well below usual standard. only ate half. Plus they were cold and stale. Chicken nuggets cold and tasted stale. Delivery was quicker than usual so I expect the food had already been cooked and left to go cold and stale. Delivery food should be freshly cooked and hot.

Had a mc delivery to a ind est 5 min away took the driver 45 min to arrive. Post code was right, he drove past 3 times. Food was cold he was rude. Never use this one again

They’ve got the milkshake flavours wrong, they always forget something or out the wrong order in every single time

Food and delivery were fine, but food especially chips were a cold. I don’t know if freshly cooked food is used or if it’s been sitting a while but this is the first time I’ve noticed food being cold.

Terrible cold food very late shocking

Ordered for dinner after a long day and we were missing 9 chicken nuggets. We called customer services for both McDonald’s and uber eats and neither had a solution. Being unable to offer a refund, we just wanted our chicken nuggets, the only solution given was to rebuy without compensation. Horrible experience. Don’t go here

I came round your drive thru service today at approximately 11:30am and I thought I’d leave a complaint on here as I deemed the service I was given to be appalling. I got to the window, I was greeted by a very unfriendly and rude voice who clearly just didn’t care about what he was doing, I figured people just have bad days so I let it slide. I got to booth 1 and said “hello there how’s it going” and got no response, but was met by a young lad with the most depressing look on his face and no enthusiasm. Rather big lad, think his name started in an O, but not too sure if I were to guess I think he’d be called Oscar. Anyways, we do the transaction bla bla bla, the whole time he never said a word and never even cracked an emotion. Got to the second window, another young lad is there who actually greets me this time, Jack his name was. I ordered a plain triple cheeseburger with medium fries and a sprite, what I got was a double cheeseburger (not plain) and absolutely covered in tomato sauce! At least they put my fries in the bag. I’m not usually one to complain but at least up the morale a bit amongst your staff! Lewis

Hi u have emailed me and asked for proof of receipts and pictures of the food and I don’t have that so just would like my refund because didn’t think I would need the receipts

Ordered food today at 4.20pm and time kept changing until eventually it said it would be here by 7pm. It now says it was delivered at 7.05pm even though it's only 6.32pm. NO FOOD CAME AT ALL!!! RIDICULOUS MAN!

It was not delivered at all. This is the second time tonight that Just Eat has failed my delivery. I originally placed an order at 6:30 and it's now 9pm and I still haven't gotten my order.

3rd time ordering from here and the 3rd time it’s cancelled the order when it says it’s about to arrive! When I first started ordering there was no problems and can’t even get a contact number to call either to see what’s going on because there’s no updates! Never again!!! So disappointed

The app changed the address, we informed the driver he was at the wrong address, he told us he would deliver the food to the correct address only after we gave him the code. Gave him the code but no food was delivered

The workers have so much attitude and the food is always cold now.
