The workers have so much attitude and the food is always cold now.

Whilst asking about the age old usual milkshakes being available 1 of the staff was somewhat evasive and grouchy

Totally enjoyable experience. A good meal, served by cheerfully staff followed by an excellent show.

Fries were a bit stale and only warm. Bun was flat Beefburger was thin & hard Service was great. A late night lesson . It is better than nothing - sometimes.

Yet again drove all the way to the restaurant, and yet again my order is wrong, food missing, how hard is it just ro do your job?

Ordered at 19:40. Arrived at 21:00. Burger, fries and nuggets really cold and McFlurry completely melted. Really poor meal and a waste of money. Really disappointed!

The order turned up over 2 hours late . The drinks had spilled all over in the bag. One of the big macs was ment to have no cheese or burger sauce as i am allergic to cheese . And it turned up with everything on. All food was stone cold

I ordered McDonald's at 22:08 and it arrived over 2 hours later - upon arrival it was also cold - rather disappointed.

4 hours!! After I ordered it said delivered and it wasn’t.

I ordered at 6.30pm, mid week, for an 8.15pm delivery. It was still 40 minutes late and when it arrived part of the order was missing. The meal was a treat for my kids because we would be late coming back from a sport event. None of my children got their meals until close to their bedtime and one child didn’t get a meal at all. I had to cook him something specially so the whole purpose of getting a takeaway meal to save time and cooking was utterly pointless.

Waited nearly an hour for cold food. Rubbish.

Absolutely ridiculous driver put a paper bag on the wet ground while waiting, I opened the door he picked it up the bag broke and my food dropped out onto the floor, couldn’t even get a full refund for the delivery fee, absolute joke

20 minutes for 2 drinks whilst atleast 7 members of staff put the back all talking!

missing sauces, straws and didn't get free nuggets as advertised if your order is £20 or more, despite popping a note onto the order about them.

Food came cold, chips were not nice and drinks did not come with ice in and were half full. Could not fault the delivery driver and it was on time.

Wouldn’t waste your time ordering through any apps, last two times Ive ordered says driver has been assigned, wait ages then another then another then another, longest I waited was an hour then drive down to pick it up myself and made them cook the order fresh. Manager mixed race lad had a massive ‘chip’ on his shoulders and a bad attitude, no drivers was my fault apparently.

Horrible experience with the drive through! Ordered 4 cheese melts and 2 coffees and 6 nuggets and got 4 cheese burgers, coffee and nuggets. My wife went back to the window and explained we didn't get what we ordered and thought it was priced a bit high for what we ordered. Wentnin and spoke to a male manager and he gave her the 4 cheese melts and walks off! So no refund on the difference or even offered an extra 4 cheese melts to make up the difference but he just walked away. Really bad service.

McDonald's in Dragonsville, Durham I never go to Mc Donald's but I really wanted a large Cappuccino, which was really nice, I enjoyed. I also got cheese melts (4), which I enjoyed too.both served hot. Both were £5.18 I can't comment on burgers... I never eat here. Staff were polite and great customer service. Has a drive-through.

I wanted a McDonald's so I called and asked if they could take an order for delivery. She firmly said ,NO, then hung up. Without any explanation or guidance. From that I will never go to this place. I Definitely think the workers are not experienced nor an appropriate age!

my order didn't arrive still after an hour and I also called the restaurant complaining about the long wait. when my food did finally arrive it turned up stale and cold. I spent almost 20 pound and what a waste of money it was. all food went straight into the bin I am furious.

Parking difficult at this restaurant as not much space I have often given up after trying to find a space and gone elsewhere. Food good but as with many other McDonald's restaurants milkshakes are sometimes not available. Pleasant staff.

Burnt burgers... how does that happen

I used to work at this place when 1st opened. From the food hygiene to the notice they take order from arison food arrives hot order is correct there’s a reason I left. Oh and it’s not just eat fault they get handed the bags with orders they have nothing to do with it but will always blame just est

Never get the correct order on the drive through, the girl asked me twice which order was mine and was told to park in bay 1. The lad tapped on the window and said two mac crispy chickens, yes great I replied. When I got home and opened the packet there was three mc ribs in bbq sauce.

Missing items again. I’ve got a refund through just eat but I would’ve preferred to just have what I ordered. I don’t understand how hard it is to read an order receipt, only ever have issues with this particular mcdonalds

This isnt just this establishment but across the board of resteraunts. The waiting time was ridiculous were at one point the cleaner although she is lovely - took over the food orders.

Absolutely horrendous experience at this McDonald’s. It seems that the staff at this location couldn’t string together a basic order if their lives depended on it. Every single time I’ve ordered here, something crucial is missing. Forget simple things like ketchup packets—I’ve left without entire burgers, fries, or even drinks that I PAID for. It’s like they’re trying to set some sort of record for how badly they can mess up an order. Staff members seem more interested in chatting among themselves than actually doing their jobs. The attitude is indifferent at best, and they treat you like you’re bothering them for expecting your order to be correct. Don’t bother trying to complain, either. They’ll offer you some half-hearted apology and expect you to leave happy without actually fixing the problem. If you want a taste of what a truly disorganized McDonald’s is like, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

Every time we order the oreder is never right how can you get a jam muffin wrong no jam in the bag or on the muffin no a big order so how can you not get it correct

McChicken had, what I’m hoping is ketchup, on the outside of the top bun and smeared on the box I couldn’t eat it. Chips cold and a bit stale. Both triple cheeseburgers and the big mac were sloppily prepared with stale lettuce on Big Mac.

I ordered at 6:15pm and the estimated delivery time was initially 7:00pm however it kept getting pushed back and pushed back until 8:30-8:50pm. When my order finally arrived at 8:32 it was missing something so overall I am not happy with the experience. My delivery man was polite tho which was appreciated.

I do enjoy McDonald’s but my only bugbear is the Big Mac is never hot and always cold or barely warm regardless of where I go.

Food stale some chips tasted like double cooked not salted either. Only thing hot was 3 chicken nuggerts. Mcdonalds has gone downhill. Over priced and rubbish. Oh and mc flurry changed as if reduced sugar and something to make it fluffy.

Stale and cold chips. They were that hard they were unedible. Cheese was hard inside cheese bites. Again unedible. No sauces when 3 were requested. Poor order.

Re Arnison. I dont like coming here as there is often a problem with my order. Staff are nice despite being busy. Just had the long awaited McRib and I will not be having it again when combined with other poor reviews from around the UK. It was dry, cold, with a blob of bbq sauce and some huge chunks of onion. The fries were old, dry and cold (all the family complained today). I had the McRib in Germany this summer and in the past and it was delicious there (hot, moist, and dipped in warm sauce with sweet onions and pickles on top). I am reducing and restricting my McDs intake to infrequent to avoid regular disappointment these days. I will use the 3 branches in the NE and Scotland which I trust and am forced instead to use neighbourong and competing food outlets for my take away treats.

Missing half the order, two burgers missing

I made an order at 12.55 for my meal it didnt come until 2.40, so nearly 2 hrs late, even though the approx wait time was 20 minutes.It was freezing and inedible. I did try to contact Just Eat but unfortunately Just Eat doesnt have this function.

Delivered over 90 minutes later than originally stated. During that time I tried to cancel. Kids had to go to bed. Nobody answered the phone. Had to drive to buy the macdonalds myself. Then 30 mins later it turned up. Everyone acted like I was in the wrong. No cancel buttons and no support to resolve anything.

order placed at approx 7pm..on checking the app the delivery time which was given as 7-40 approx, then changed numerous times finally I got the food at approx 9-10 burger n fries both cold and half the drink was spilt.

Used the drive thru, not busy, no issues, nice staff
