While it is a bit more expensive than other places we always eat here when in London. My family had the Sunday roast which was very good and not too expensive and I had the beautiful afternoon tea. It was lovely and a great experience.

We came for lunch, 2 of us. There was no one else in the entire restaurant. We sat outside and wanted to use the O2 priority deal (pizza for £7) and my mate wanted to use the club discount (pizza for £8-£10). We were were rudely told that we cant use the discounts on one order, so we said why can't you put us on seperate orders since there's no customers and we could just be 2 seperate customers (it's irrelevant to them that we know each other). He called the manager and she also rudely said no we can't offer you these offers. So I said how about I sit on the next table (every table was empty) and order and then she reluctantly agreed but said you have to go and sit away from him (why does it matter!). It's almost laughable. Anyways we got up and left after this as its the worst attitude and service I have ever received. In times when companies are going out of business these attitudes won't get this company too far. Staff needs training on mannerism on how to deal with customers and not antagonise them. Also on using judgement and common sense in certain situations. It would have been understandable should the place had been busy or evening/weekend. But it was weekday afternoon and there was no one there. And if these offers are making the company lose money, don't offer them. It's such a scam way to lure customers in.

I have been dining since Nouvelle Cuisine in the late 80s and thanks to staff Kevin and James felt that piece of history. Asked. during every course for my experience and no upselling, delightful. Wild mushroom pasta dish was a creamy mushroom delight.

Lovely setting for a pub & restaurant and went with friends on an autumn afternoon. Service was fine but the food was a real let down. For the price it was nowhere near where it should be. A chicken dish came swimming in some tasteless broth. I don't think that was the intent when it was put on the menu but that's what we got from the chef. Disappointing.

I thought everything was going so well,.until I met Neil. I've never come across a rude abnormalities in a person before. You really should not be working in hospitality. My network was right we have still a lot of work to do. unfortunately its a no from me again. You need to learn it how you speak to people. I never have problems in the other hotel du vans I go to. WIMBLEDON needs the hotel inspector to help. Shame! Great location but needs work in many sides of the business.

Had the misfortune to order a takeaway from Thai Tho for my family. The food was just awful. I ordered a chicken massaman curry, see pick attached. The sauce looked like it had spilt out on the way over. Standard of food was unacceptable. To make things worse the delivery driver did another drop on the way to ours, so by the time we received it the food was cold. Will not order again from here!

Otro gran restaurante en un sitio que no funciona por muchos. lugares anteriores han desaparecido. Tienen otro sitio en ESHER que está lleno, pero que es el lugar preferido de una multitud joven y unas cuantas futbolistas. Por desgracia Wimbledon Village no funcionaba. No será el primero y dudo que será la última para probar.

Poor customer service. Ordered a Americano with hot milk and cake, sitting inside but served in paper cup with lid. When sat down discovered had been served a frothy coffee, took back to ask for drink I had ordered to be told by woman served me that I had asked for a Mocha. I explained I hadn't and was abruptly told I had! I politely said maybe she had heard me wrong but I had not, ( I don't even drink Mocha). She reluctantly changed my drink. I then asked if I could be refunded the difference. She had to look at the menu then spoke with another staff who said to me she couldn't ALLOW that! What she did do was give me a fully stamped card for a another drink. Although this was more than I had wanted ( just wanted refund in difference of drinks) I was made to feel I was in the wrong through the whole interaction. Really very bad customer service. When I sat down I discovered a black coffee when I had asked for white. Let's just say I couldn't be bothered with another poor experience asking for milk!
