Go to Naked Dough if you want an excellent pizza or pasta at less than the price of a pizza from you-know-who and without the rip-off add-ons. All the pizzas and pasta dishes are made on the premises by the chef / owner and really good they are too. There is only one main that isn't pasta or pizza and that's steak but there are veggie options for the pastas and pizzas, GF pasta too. Support your local independent restaurant, not some faceless chain.

We went as a family to the coach house, we are regular visitors and are never disappointed. Today I tried a fairly new special, beef lasagna with salad. It was absolutely delicious, a really good serving well presented, plenty of meat and lots of cheese on top. I will certainly hav8e it again. My husbands fish and chips was as usual really enjoyed and my son's cheeseburger really tasty with hot well cooked chips. I had no room for dessert which was a shame as their selection of cakes is superb. Staff as usual friendly and attentive. One of our favourite places to go.

Love this place! The food’s always spot on proper full English and the halloumi burger is so good. Staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome every time. Chill vibe, clean, and just a solid local cafe. One of my go-tos for breakfast or lunch!

I ordered a single lemonade vodka, not expecting much, but what did I receive? A chalice of pure bliss. When I took that first sip, I knew…everything I’d ever done was leading to this. The Crown doesn’t just serve drinks.. no no… it serves unforgettable moments. It creates lifelong memories. Bring your friends. Bring your family. Drag your neighbour out of their house if you must. The atmosphere? Electric. The staff? Legends. THE PUB QUIZ?!?!? I laughed so hard I almost needed medical attention. To anyone who will listen…go. Go to The Crown. Do whatever it takes. This place isn’t just a pub. It’s holy ground. Its essential. It’s a way of life.

It was a last minute decision to go to this restaurant at about 5.30pm on Friday evening....Good decision ! Almost empty when we arrived, but filled up later. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and efficient. Pretty interior, and also outside seating for warmer evenings. An unexpectedly lovely meal.

Popped in as was visiting family in area before long drive home we had the lovely Gary service us again welcomed and sat quickly food was fresh and hot and lovely

Visited with my Aunt and Cousin - post my Dad's funeral. Food took way too long to arrive. And now I've received a £60 parking fine for parking in the car park. Perhaps it's obvious but we were chatting and hugging as we came in from the car. perhaps we should have seen something in the car park. But we didn't see it. And we weren't prompted by staff. I'm assuming (as I still don't know) that you need to do something to verify that you're okay to park there. I don't know - didn't see anything on the menus. I'm from out of area, my elderly aunt doesn't drive, my cousin was over from Australia - so no local knowledge on it. Well done for making a sad event even worse.

Six friends ordered a takeaway last night. It arrived exactly when promised at 7pm and was hot and delicious. Very good value for money and we had some left over for today! Highly recommended.
