Do NOT buy from this place. The food quality is very poor. Meat portions on burritos and boxes are very stingy to push for people to pay for a double portion. If you have allergens then tough luck because staff handles ingredients without washing hands or changing gloves.Not only that but also the staff is very rude and can barely speak basic English. Terrible excuse for Mexican food and not even fairly priced

اليوم رغبنا بطلب البيتزا بدون جلوتن من مطعم زيزي للتوصيل لنا بمكان اقامتنا بلندن وبالفعل وصل الطلب بسرعه ومعه بيزا مجانا ولكن ملاحظتي عليه ان الحشو على البيتزا قليل جدا وتكاد تكون الخبزه خاليه تقريبا اما غير ذلك فلاباس به

Usually get a McDonalds as we travel around just to see if there is a difference. - We ate 3 times across England over 5 days and this one was the worst by far.

El viernes 22 de noviembre alrededor del 22. 55 Un miembro muy amable del equipo , joven con excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente, me reemplazó el té porque era un momento muy ocupado en el restaurante y debido a los pedidos que tardaban más en recogerse mi té se había enfriado un poco Me di cuenta de que era extremadamente agradable amable y disculparse con una sonrisa cálida hacia todos los clientes a pesar de lo estresante que fue para él en este período excepcionalmente ocupado. Creo que este joven merece un ascenso, sería un excelente gerente.

The fish is not fresh, the smell so acrid !! Even the rice wasn’t good- it was like congee or mud 💀💀 You can’t even see the individual bits of rice. The prawns were very thin and the crust around it was thick and soggy 👎 Cured ginger and soy sauce sucked. The whole vibe it gave me was dirty and such a waste of food. Overall, I recommend then fix the rice cooker and give the staff proper training. It doesn’t taste like actual sushi, more like congee with reeking slices of fish. But, since i can’t rate it 0 star, I’ll just say that I didn’t get food poisoning, which was pretty surprising. Definitely don’t recommend- I don’t even know how this place survived.

It was a unique experience, and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is very close to most landmarks, and the service was great. Thank you.

We were apprehensive about it because of the reviews we'd read, but the truth is, we were pleasantly surprised. Admittedly, we only went there to sleep and shower, but it did the job. A small room with two comfortable beds. The worst thing was the very narrow stairs; everything else was fine. It's next to Paddington Station, so it's perfect for getting around by subway or bus.
