Do NOT buy from this place. The food quality is very poor. Meat portions on burritos and boxes are very stingy to push for people to pay for a double portion. If you have allergens then tough luck because staff handles ingredients without washing hands or changing gloves.Not only that but also the staff is very rude and can barely speak basic English. Terrible excuse for Mexican food and not even fairly priced

Not great value at £7.00 for a burrito and they push and push you to get extrs meat£2.50 extra, chorizo £1.00 extra, Guacamole £1.00 extra, be careful, it can cost over £10 for one burrito!

Always go here for Lunch as the food is gorgeous and I am all about the burrito. The way your able to customise your burrito means that you can change and try new things that you may not normally put in your food. Would recommend, they are quite big and are filling so certainly don't need any pudding but still amazing!

Very close to Paddington where we were staying. We had the vegetarian rice box which you make with your own choice of sauces, veggies etc.

I love a burrito and this place looked good the food was good I liked the fresh lime and chilles at the end, the veggies were not over cooked. It the pulses not drained enough so dribbles of sauce. the service was slow at lunch, which I didn't mind. I'd go back but not at peak time.

The meal was filling and the food was fresh. The rice box seemed like it gave the most value for our money as we got a lot of food in that option in comparison to a burrito. There was seating but it was more casual and somewhat in the mix of the restaurant and serving area.

I regularly have salads here. The staff are the best part of the place. They are always really friendly, even when incredibly busy. I like the food, though I find that my salad plus a drink comes in at nearly a tenner. I dont eat carbs, so I add the guacamole and chorizo which increases the cost by a couple of quid. Only complaint.

I was planning on going to tossed next door and was enticed by the thought of Mexican. I ordered a salad box - had to order a double portion of meat because they firstly wouldn't go half and half with chicken and pork and then the portion was very small. Ended up coming to £11 - very overpriced for the quality - the same would've cost around 8.50 from Tortilla and would've been much nicer - they were also pretty stingy on the lettuce given this was supposed to be a 'salad' bowl. I wouldn't recommend going here, I should've gone to tossed.

Great service. Fantastic burritos and quick service. Just about lunchtime peaks are crazy but that's to be expected. Always choose the pulled pork and go spicy every time!

Super friendly staff, they are always smiley and recognise regulars and their orders. Good quality ingredients, you can see all the fresh vegetables in the kitchen behind the counter. Long queues but it goes quickly. Nice to have the filling salad box version, with all the best bits of a burrito without a wrap. Loads of flavour and the brownies are delish.

20p extra for a wheat wrap, £1.90 extra for a few veg on there not including 50p extra for peppers, £2.50 if you want a but more meat (but not chorizo sprinkle cos that adds another £1) then a nice bit of guacamole will set you back £1.....the Base offering at £6.50ish is ok though quite bland, but if you give into temptation and have the guacamole etc etc you end up spending closer to £14

I very much liked the restaurant and the staff!!! Good well priced food and I will definitely return. A good place for a quick bite!!!

The service is very quick and the food is good. Try the pork burrito with the hot sauce, lots of flavor and the prices are good. Great place to grab a quick lunch especially if you can't face another cheese sandwich and fancy something hot.

The restaurant Poncho8 is a very comfortable place. It is situed in front of a beautiful amphitheater in the centre of London so it's quite easy to get there by public transports. The food is delicious and they have a wonderfull equipe, so I would recommend it to anybody!

I work near this branch and have been several times since it opened. The service is good and quick, the staff are very friendly. I generally have the soft tacos and there's plenty of filling and the hot sauce is nice and hot! Would recommend if you fancied something a bit different for lunch and you were nearby.

This isn't bad, but with competition like chilangos right round the corner it's hard to justify the same price for something that just isn't as tasty!

Fast-food version - Burrito, Crab Box, Salad....we had Poncho 8 3 days in a row because it was delicious, fair value and it is near our hotel (Novotel Paddington). The servers were friendly. Delicious and generous portion. Exceptionally friendly staff. Great for sit-down or takeaway.

Keep coming back again and again and again. Really great burrito's from Poncho. Just delicious! And great value for money too. They are huge!
