First time at Paddington Burito. Had a warm welcome by all team especially by Alex and Marine. Really happy , will definitely be coming back

No trip back to Cornwall is ever complete without a quick burrito from here. The food is so good, especially the vegan chicken! The portions are always generous - if not a little expensive still. The service is always quick and friendly too.

Popped in here on the evening of14th Feb just for something quick to have on the train to Devon. I’ve came back after this time to review because the staff really stood out, really fun, friendly and seemed to really care about what we thought of the food. A real stand out 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I recently visited Barburrito Restaurant, located in Paddington Station, for my birthday celebration. I must say, the atmosphere of the restaurant was just okay. However, what really put a damper on my experience was the bird poo on the tables and seats. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I noticed that there were bird droppings on the tables and chairs. It was not a pleasant sight and made me question the cleanliness of the place. I understand that the restaurant is located in a busy train station, but it is still important to maintain a clean and hygienic environment for customers to dine in. Despite the unappealing surroundings, I decided to give the restaurant a chance and ordered a burrito. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of the food. The burrito was delicious and lived up to my expectations. However, what made my experience memorable was the exceptional service provided by one of the staff members, Alfie. Alfie greeted me with a warm smile and was extremely friendly throughout my visit. He took the time to chat with me and even wished me a happy birthday. In conclusion, while the atmosphere of Barburrito Restaurant in Paddington Station may not be the best due to the bird poo on the tables and seats, the delicious food and exceptional customer service from staff like Alfie make up for it. I would recommend giving this restaurant a try, but be prepared for a less than ideal environment. Thank you, Alfie, for making my birthday burrito a memorable one.

Staff very friendly, Fatima was lovely, but unfortunately food was lukewarm. I had loaded fries certainly not worth the money, frozen chips with some sauce, husband had burrito lacked seasoning but that could be personal preference.

I recently enjoyed a mouthwatering of loaded fresh fries with chicken and melted cheese sauce on topped. The experience was made even better by the attentive service provided by Fatima, who took the time to explain the distinction between loaded fries and cheesy fries. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to visit again

I used to go to the one in Edinburgh. The food was so much better. The one in London has been constantly providing bad food and service. The portions are tiny and they overcharge everything Go to chipotle or tortilla instead.

mi love dis place for real, the food is always delicious and i enjoy being inside of bar burrito especially in the winter because it keeps me warm and cozy and there are lovely staff at the piccadilly branch. anyways make sure to come here and try the CALIFORNIA burritos which i personally call carolina

I am a vegetarian, and therefore ordered the vegetarian burrito. There was CHICKEN in it. They had even put the little V sticker on it (maybe thinking I wouldn’t notice)!

Tried to order from here today and kept increasing our wait time. After almost 2 hours, with no explanation, they cancelled our order. Thanks for wasting our time

Worst burrito I ever had, the burrito was not wrapped properly, really unprofessional and won’t try it again.

Fatima and her team make great burrito’s. Good choice of vegan options too! When I placed my order they checked if I have any allergies which is great as my son does, he wasn’t with me yesterday but I love when places are more aware of people with allergies as it’s very reassuring!

It's nice and decent food, works like Subway but with burrito so you can choose what you'd like. Ingredients fell fresh but lack some proper flavors. Taken hot sauce and as you would expect it wasn't hot at all. Guac costs you 1 quid extra, not sure why. Good and quick service. Lots of seat around. It won't be your best burrito but seems for me they try to deliver as a chain. Also a good option if you a bored with usual chains.

I’ve been served a few times by Syeda, and today I had a really big order and the shop was very busy however she was able to prepare my food on time whilst also supporting her staff members. She is honestly a multitasker and one of a kind. Such a sweet soul who is always happy to help and is able to accommodate to your needs even in busy hours. Always gets my order spot on which makes eating from this place even better.

The food overal was good, but meshed up, after all good for a quick meal.

Not eaten at Barburrito for years because food was so poor and rice crunchy last time I went. Decided to give them a try again and was pleasantly surprised. Burritos actually good now, decent meat, rice isn’t crunchy anymore, portion of beans quite small, load of new sauces and extras which makes it worth it. Expensive for a burrito but it is in a train station. Will probably be back.

I asked the guy 2x “are you sure there is chorizo in there” because I didn’t see him put it and he said “yes yes” so I paid £8.95 only for me to then eat my burrito on the train and discover I had paid £8.95 for a wrap with cheese, black beans, and eggs. I wouldn’t have eaten from here if I knew this would happen. Really disappointed as he could have just added the chorizo when I said it wasn’t there.

A standard station food joint which looks slightly fancier than it is. Good thing is plenty of seating area around and behind the serving counter, but nothing else stands out about it. Shop is up a flight of stairs (escalators rather) and has a large view of train platforms. Food is just average and lacks any flavours - Mexican or otherwise. Portion size wasn't small but you also pay for it. I also spotted a pigeon on the tables which doesn't inspire a lot of confidence for food being served out of open containers, though I am sure the staff would keep those away.

I was charged on top of my food without being asked, was told to change tables while eating so two workers (couple) can have the back section for themselves… at least there were pigeons to eat my leftovers, hence why the atmosphere is a 2 stars instead of 1.

Most employees great but the manager put like 1kg of salsa in my burrito, wasn't wearing an apron and looked like he had never rolled one before it was obscene.

Food was fairly good. Staff service wasn’t good as the food was all set out but they stood around chatting, then were surprised I was waiting.

Burrito was decent, but the loaded nachos were nothing more than some non-melted cheese and a tiny bit of salsa. More pressingly, the scrappiest pigeons I’ve seen in my life were flying around the shop and eating off the tables which is foul and concerning from a food hygiene perspective. Would give a miss next time in Paddington.

Having had to wait for my train due to cancellations I wanted to get some food. The team in Padding Station were super efficient and were really helpful and friendly. They added the personal touch by asking about my visit to Chelsea FC which made my feel welcomed as a guest!

I paid almost 10 pounds for a burrito that was cold and disgusting, the staff were extremely rude and told me to get up and leave while i was eating but didn't tell the pigeon that was sitting next to me nothing. overall a restaurant that cares more about pigeons more than its customers. when i went to redeem award they gave me no choice in which desert I got to choose also. the woman serving seemed like she hated herself, the customers and barburrito. i also have a stomach ache writing this.

Terrible customer service. Wasn’t even greeted when we arrived at the till. We were the only people looking to order and ignored while the team chatted amongst themselves. Not helpful when taking our order and didn’t listen to what we ordered when trying to pay Bins full everywhere and one even overflowing. Food was good for fast food.

I had a naked burrito (burrito bowl). The taste is good. If you are eating in, they are serving it in a shallow plate over a piece of wrapping paper. Makes it difficult to eat and mix ingredients. Be careful, you can also end up eating some of the wrapping paper!

I can’t hear after a stressful day and it turned that around. All that’s to Austin. From the moment I walked in his services was 11/10. He took the most amount of care I’ve seen when making a burrito and it nearly good as tasted as the service! Couldn’t recommend the store more - will defo be coming back

Hungry and frustrated by a cancelled train, I was told abruptly that I couldn't order a burrito, only a burrito box. OK, I'll have that then. The lady chucked various items haphazardly into a box. Guacamole will cost you extra, she said. OK. She chucked some in, then literally slid the box down the counter in direction of the cash register. But could I please also have some jalapenos and pickled onion? She makes a face and grabs the box back, chucks in the peppers and onions, and slides the box down the counter again. There is no one at the cash register so after waiting a minute or so, I have to ask if someone can take my payment. A guy rings me up for £12, more than I've ever paid for a burrito before. The box was a mess but at least it was warm and filling.

Austin, Om, Josh and Lynne at Barburrito Paddington are the purveyors of the finest burrito this side of Guadalajara. When I’m rushing for the train and my stomach is rumbling, I know there is nothing that will satisfy my needs like a perfectly-crafted package of premium ingredients from the Barburrito crew. Always have the guac. Yes, it’s £1 extra, but it could be the best £1 you spend that day. It elevates an already sublime delicacy to the next level. And the seamless interplay between the craftspeople is a wonder to behold. They are like a finely tuned Olympic relay team. Josh gets them off to a perfect start, before handing on to Austin to mix up the cocktail of salsa, cheese, guac (did I mention the guac?) and chipotle mayo. Om rings the till like no one on this planet. And Lynne provides the motivation that holds them together. I leave with a smile on my face, and a leap in my step. I devour the creation on the train, marvelling at its beauty and wondering when the Michelin star guide will be knocking on their door. Thanks to Lynne, Om, Austin and Josh - what a rush. I’ll be back.

If you’re from the states it’s similar to Cafe Rio. I had to laugh though, when my husband and I ordered the Barbacoa, they didn’t know what that was. But yet, it’s up on the menu 😂 Tip: Just refer to it as beef. Burrito was decent, lots of filling and staff was pleasant.

A perfect spot to relax with a savory burrito while watching passengers rush by down below the mezzanine. The burritos are generous, and can easily be shared by two. Chips and queso are also on offer. Service is friendly and everyone there clearly enjoys their job and works together as a team. Server "Colleen" is especially friendly and helpful.

The birthday burrito offer was really sweet, a good way to introduce me to the menu! The burrito was super filling, only downside is you have to pay £1 for guacamole, even for the birthday burrito👎🏽luckily the staff were kind enough to offer it to me for free. The space is a bit tight inside Paddington station and the service was a little slow, so I’d recommend coming here early with enough time to spare if you’re in a hurry.
