Bowl, tacos and burritos. The place does not shine with its originality but the concept is nice. You make your dish according to your wishes. Do not hesitate to seek advice if in doubt.

Found by chance, prices in line with the area, super helpful and polite staff, guacamole and above all divinely closed burrito 😅 The environment is also nice.

Excellent welcome, the young woman who prepared the tacos for us was patient, adorable, and gave good advice (not a spicy choice for my children). Clean place. Calm. Background music. Glad to have stumbled upon it.

Food was great, service was nice but failed to let me know what extras/toppings increased cost, (signs weren’t clear on which extras were priced or free). Overall food was good but slightly bitter about the extra price that I didn’t expect to pay.

Had dinner here with my friends. Juliet was very helpful. I highly recommend. Food was fresh and tasty.

We found this place by accident. It’s your typical taco stand. Fresh ingredients. We had a bowl and a burrito. Both were solid quality and flavor.

My wife and I decided to stop by this place while out shopping in London and thought we’d try something different as Mexican food wasn’t on our list of usual food to have. I ordered the tres tacos with the chicken marinated in habanero, mango and chipotle marinade and I have to say I was impressed. My wife ordered the steak hot box which she enjoyed very much. We also shared a plate of nachos queso which was a great way to start things off. The atmosphere was cool and the staff very friendly. Highly recommend this place.

Absolute wonderful night! Food was amazing, so flavoursome. I have to give props to Juliet who was serving us tonight, she was helpful and on top of everything making sure we had everything we needed. Will be coming back here for sure.

I loved the food, especially the pico de gallo, which you could tell was fresh! The guacamole is a little expensive but it's worth it, because you can tell they make it by hand! I am a big fan of beef! It was incredible, I love Mexican food in general, and I fell in love with this place! Delicious Mexican food, unfortunately very expensive. I paid £10.30 (€12.03 at the time) for a (!) chicken burrito, even though the dish was listed as £8.80. I didn't order any side dishes or drinks. Presumably some ingredients that I was asked about by the staff (didn't ask) and nodded in agreement were charged separately. The taste is okay, but a bit expensive.

It was my first time visiting, and one of the staff members( Juliet) recommended the chicken box; and i have to say it was just delicious and worth every penny. Thank you for everything guys and thank you juliet for your amazing hospitality. Deffo recommend it, and will be visiting again.

The flavors burst in your mouth with every bite. The guacamole is so fresh and creamy. Ordered the chicken box and every bite was very flavourful. The staff was super friendly, Juliet was very helpful and the atmosphere was so vibrant.

Very friendly staff! Plus we eat really well there.

Here on a Friday evening. Moderately busy but not rammed in any way. Kitchen and serving staff seemed disorganised, rushed, and not working well together. People rushing out from the kitchen to serve, and other servers rushing to the kitchen to put some meat on because they had run out. My taco shells, even though they went under the warmer plate were 'from the fridge' cold - I'm not sure if that warmer plate was even switched on! Waffle fries were a congealed glob of potato - as far from crispy as it is possible to be. Only upside was the quality of the other ingredients was good. My steak pieces were tasty - as they had to be cooked fresh!! And all the other add-ons and sauces were good. I won't be heading back in a rush.

The food is delicious, but I don't speak English well and it's hard for me to understand English people. Not understanding the boy who served us, he laughed with his partner. They should make themselves understood and not make the client look ridiculous.

I used to eat here a lot a few years ago (one of the few places where you could have a keto meal). Now it felt like shrinkflation really hit the keto box! Also, I could barely see 3 small pieces of steak in the box, even though their Nutritional and alergy sheet stated that it should amount to 277 kcals. Will avoid.

The food was delicious. The positive thing is that you could choose the combination of your dish. I just didn't feel comfortable with the environment since it was cold. We came not only to eat and try the variety of food, but also to rest and warm up from the cold that accompanied us during the day.

It's robbery there!!!! Just a tosco and beer costed me £22( after i checked the credit card billing)

I went to Chilango today and had an awful experience. The place overall was not clean, the toilet was completely dirty and blocked. But the worst part of the experience was about the food: while I was ordering my food, one employee was cleaning the cooking plan and some leftovers were falling from his tissue in the bowls of food and just mixed to the food served to customers. Later, I went to order a drink, the waitress was wearing the same gloves to touch the food, the plates, the trays, the cash machine, and when she opened my drink, she touched the bottle neck with the same gloves. I asked her to change the drink and she argued that it is already open and she would not change it, insisting that her gloves are clean (???). One of her colleague who was nearby jumped into the conversation and acted pretty violently claiming that if I don't want to pay for my drink and food, I can just take everything. Both were pretty rude to me. Their manager told them to simply change the drink and be careful while opening it, but it went on for a bit before the young lady opened another drink and gave it to me. She was about to take the bottle from the bottle neck again, but I stopped her before. Of course, I paid for my drink. In order to answer to this rude and aggressive young man: I did not plan to have a drink and food for free as he screamed in the restaurant in front of other customer (the bad service was completed by public humiliation), but hygiene is an essential aspect to me in a restaurant, and it should be considered even more after the COVID-19 pandemic. I will definitely never go there again and I would not advise anybody to go there, if you care for your health. The manager looked like being a nice and polite man, but unfortunately the staff facing the customers has nothing to do in a restaurant. I reported the food safety complaint to Westminster City Council and I encourage other customers to do so as well if they face similar problems.

On our way to a bar and needed some quick food when we stumbled on this place. The staff were friendly and welcoming and there were a good range of options. The prices were fair and service was quick. The food itself was delicious - we opted for a burrito each and a dirty waffle fries to share. The only negative was that the food - in part because of toppings like sour cream and guacamole, was a little cold, but that’s a minor thing. We would definitely go again.

We were looking for a quick, tasty pre-theatre meal and tried Chilango. We’re from the U.S., specifically California, and always enjoy trying Mexican food around the world (you can imagine the variety of quality we’ve experienced). Chilango has a festive atmosphere with terrific murals but over-loud throbbing music. They weren’t busy and the staff were extra friendly to us, explaining everything. The restaurant basically works like a Chipotle in the U.S., you stand in a queue and tell the staff person each ingredient you want added to your meal, in our case tacos. The sauces were middling fine but the quality of the meat wasn’t great. The other ingredients were okay but the tortillas were tepid, at best (cold flour tortillas are just gross). We appreciated the speed of “fast food”, but we didn’t enjoy this meal… which ultimately wasn’t really Mexican.

It’s a shame most Chilango’s have closed down because their food is amazing. I would highly recommend the vegetarian option in particular.

The best burrito in London, easy.

Always a satisfying burrito from these guys. The atmosphere’s somewhere between a fast-food chain, and a proper Mexican restaurant. Perfectly fine to sit in and eat. Also, the service is always friendly. Not just to their clientele, but to each other, which is nice.

I really had a good experience in Dalton junction , but at Soho , their new staff is not trained properly , as the portion size was literally nothing.

Imani was amazing with his service. He also told me about a lotyalty card and thanks to him I’ve got a free burrito.

Worst experience with chilango ever... Came in, the server was sitting at the counter watching phone. No attentive or welcoming at all. Has been given cold chicken and literally rests of the salad from the gastros.. it was take away, she put my order in a bag but on my way home all the juice from the tomato salsa had spilled all over my bag and my clothes! Terrible experience, even if I love chilango... still can recommend it to my friends, however, not this branch

Came here for the first time, after my friends rave about the place and I must admit I see what the fuss is about! The service was exceptional, all were super friendly. The food was top notch. Value for money was definitely there especially when you factor in the location - right in the heart of London and the busy Soho district. Will definitely be back!

Perfection! Great food, excellent chili sauce (pro tip, they sell it by the bottle) and incredibly friendly, really attentive service without being overbearing. So lovely!

Overpriced, and only a tiny amount of the main ingredient of vegan "chicken". The person who I assumed was the mgr was friendly, but the serving staff were disinterested. Also, wouldn't take cash payments. Went on 29.8.

I had some amazing prawn tacos and an excellent margarita for lunch! They don’t skimp on the booze 😎

The margarita was served as tequila only with a slice of lime. When I explained that margaritas usually come with lime juice, they said this was how they made them. When asked for a refund, they said no, this is how they’re made.

Poor quality food and terrible service avoid at all costs this place is dreadful about as Mexican as a wet sponge.

We came here to get a bite for a late dinner. We were greeted by a very nice and awesome guy that helped up order. I got the three tacos with chicken, steak, and pork. My husband got a steak burrito. The food was amazing!! Definitely recommend coming here to eat.

I am visiting London from California and so I know good Mexican food. This restaurant is one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve experienced! Whatever your dietary needs, this restaurant can meet it. And the food is absolutely delicious!!

A wrap-ba mi válogathattuk össze mit szeretnénk beletenni. Az eladó hölgy segítőkész volt. Végül finomat ettünk. Ami nem tetszett az a hely és a WC tisztasága. Véleményem szerint több napja semmilyen takarítás nem volt az étteremben. Minden asztal üres asztal tele volt ételmaradékokkal és a föld is. Olyan piszok volt (ételek) a földön amin látszódott hogy nem az előttünk lévő emberek ejtettek le hanem már ott volt több napja mert látszott az állagán és a szagon. Erre mindenképpen oda kellene figyelni és amikor éppen nincs kiszolgálás akkor oda menni és letakarítani és felsöpörni.

My first time experiencing a burrito at Chilango. I have absolute no complaints great atmosphere with trendy music. I was greeted by one of the staff Joneysson who was very friendly and made me feel like I had been at the store before gave good recommendations. I encourage you if you like a burrito and you’re in the surrounding area come and check out Chilango you will not regret it!! I will be visiting again soon.
