Potato waffles are £4.25 on Deliveroo. I received 4 waffles - more than £1 each. Absolute joke. First time ordering and won’t be returning. Barely any meat in the burrito either

Miserable amount of meat that they put me on burrito. That would have been max 30 grams of meat, I have paid almost 9 pounds for some rice and lettuce

Undercooked rice, so that it was hard and crunchy. Fairly miserable portions given the price. Finally, order for some reason was more expensive collecting in person relative to click and collect. Won't be returning.. only positive was that the people seemed fairly polite

Can be decent, but it’s pot luck whether you get a decent sized portion or a stingy one (even if paying for a double). Very poor treatment if you should have the temerity to complain. So much for being a regular - there are plenty of alternatives in the area that seem to have a better attitude.

Nice but rather overpriced. The salsa isn't spicy enough, and the ratio of fillings could be improved. Far too much rice!

Great staff always happy to help and positive attitude. Possibility the best manager of any restaurant around Chancery Lane always happy and makes you feel at home. Vegan chicken is great, burritos could be filled slightly more for the price

Food was very mediocre for the price. I ordered chicken burrito which has barely any chicken in it (you can have more but it will cost you about £3) the chicken I did have was also very gristly and even had a small bone

The food would've been delicious, however, the lady serving me gave a literal quarter amount of the fillings and sauce to me compared to the other servers building the meals. Ended up being a dry bunch of rice with chicken, and a rare occasional piece of grated cheese and lettuce. 😔

I went for take away option. It is busy during lunch hours. But easy to get your food. I got a burrito and honestly was tasteless. The tortilla bread was not really taste. I choose carnitas lack of flavour. Not sure if I will ever come back

Such a lovely little gem just off the main road serving burrito and boxes the prawns are absolutely lovely. Service is always fast even in peak times and the staff are all nice and polite.

The staff was absolutely lovely. One thing that really stood out, was how they were consistently checking the temperature of the food, and continuously wiping down all surfaces to ensure safety for all customers. The food itself was also delicious and the place was incredibly good value for money with something for everybody.

Food quality and staff are ok, but portions of meat ingredients (esp prawn and steak) are very small; given the price, it’s a bit of a rip off.

Good burritos with tasty fillings, I like the pork and chicken. Prices have gone up a little but you get a decent amount of food for the money. Friendly and efficient service, if there is a queue it usually moves quite quickly.

Prior to lockdown this was an easy 5 stars but doesn’t seem to be as good anymore. Feel like i get the same amount of filling whether I order single or double meat just there hands a bit more shaky with the double. Love watching stuff fall out my burrito and them not bother to put in back in. Let’s just leave that steak and chicken on the counter, doesn’t have to actually go in the wrap (sarcasm)

As a Latinamerican, I was underwelmed with the taste overall - I've had my share of mexican food spots in Panama, NYC, California, and from Mexican friends. The food portions are ok (granted, I lived in NYC and portions are different there). Not sure if this is a UK cuisine thing, but please dont be afraid to add salt to bring out flavors...

The burritos are good, and the service is what you can expect in a fast food place. As a Mexican I'd say that the taste is not quite authentic, but I cannot complain for the price. It is a big plus that they have a keto option.

Daniel and Luca were the superstars serving us and we got to witness Daniel make our burrito in 15sec! The music and decor are fantastic and I honestly cannot wait to go again! Was feeling pretty tired from studying and a little stressed thinking about some work I needed to do. Went in to get my usual veggie burrito order and waited to order. While queuing I was just so happening to think about my previous positive experiences with the staff at this branch where most of them are extremely friendly, from the cleaner to the cashier. While ordering the cashier apologised/thanked me for “waiting so long” (I really wasn’t, there were only 2 people ahead of me) and asked me if I was a student as there was a student discount. Was really happy to be offered a discount, but I didn’t actually get the student discount at all. When it was time for me to pay the cashier took 50% off the price of my order to thank me for “waiting so long”. Completely lifted my mood and brightened up my day. Food at Chilango is always tasty but this branch in particular is special as it is staffed by literal angels. Burrito’s aren’t exactly cheap but are definitely worth the price. You can also get boxes which are pretty good value for London for just under £5.

Always great for a quick bite. Keto and low carb options are great, the burritos come jam packed. Speedy service too but can get busy at lunchtime.
