Chipotle in City of London, Westminster

It was the same as any chipotle, not that its a bad thing, exact opposite, if you’re eating chipotle chipotle, before it’s exactly as good(or exactly as bad depending on upon your experience), for me there was a time I used to eat exclusively chipotle for lunch, that was now about eight years ago. However, now the prices have gone through the roof an eight dollar chicken bowl is now 14$ and the portion sizes have gotten smaller and smaller, I stopped eating there. The only reason I went there is because I’m in a different country and my family wanted to go other than that I stopped going.

Staff too rushed,. No time to choose and even try to understand what they are telling us... nothing in the tacos except 2 small pieces of chicken... my friend's burritos had more rice than meat...

Very small place. Received wrong order and had to bring it back. Overall, not the best.

This is a review from a person who eats tons of Chipotle in the USA Well, this is definitely different from USA’s Chipotle. The process/format is the same but it is different. The interior of the St Martin’s Lane branch (a stone’s throw from Leicester Square) is minimalist, with bar stools against a large metal table and a small basement with individual tables and chairs. The same process that we follow here (USA). I ordered a chicken bowl (I asked for extra rice and beans and seems they were not ready for that, lol ) No of items were way less than what we get here, but they did a decent job. Overall – they need to learn a thing or two from our US counterparts. 3/5

Was quite hurried service we felt - my boyfriend has a stammer especially when it comes to ordering food and he felt very rushed. We also had to repeat ourselves a bit when ordering (eg: “Beans?” “No beans please” “so black beans?” “no beans please”) Toilets also had what looked like mould on the ceiling.

Very good, quite hearty dish. Unfortunately a lot of people so staff in quite a hurry, little patience.

Excellent, choice for all tastes including vegetarian and vegan, really very good. Looking forward to more of them in France

Finally, I tried it. It was tasty but a bit too salty for my liking. The portions were really big, but unfortunately, the place was quite dirty.

Unaceptable came again to pick up 2 deliveries and they dont prepare them for at least 15 minutes. DO NOT ASK DELIVERIES FROM THIS CHIPOTLE THEY TAKE AGES. THEY DO NOT CARE FOR DRIVERS AND DELIVERIES AND CUSTOMERS AT HOME. ZEROOOO CONSIDERATION when we say noone preparing the deliveires. Zero from staff zero for customer service.

After a few years, I come back and the experience was extremely disappointing. Not only have being refuse the rice without coriander, but when reluctantly they agreed they didn’t bother adding salt and lime as they use to. My friend has asked for barbacoa and she has been told they run out and the alternative they’ve offered was steak which is very spicy. Despite the place not being busy, I’ve been rushed choosing the options. I’ve taking the vegan option which was very very salty and when I asked for a squeeze of lime they told me that they didn’t have, but I know they use to do it. The tortilla chips were absolutely testless. I’m very sorry, this place use to be like home for me and my friends. 💔

Very dirty Chipotle. No more burritos at 6 p.m. Be careful because they like to charge for guacamole, which isn't even in the bowl.

The staff and the place are always clean; however, the size of the burrito has been halved in terms of stuffing. If you can hold your stomach, wait until you get home. It's not worth £10 for a simple burrito that’s half empty.

The food is good. We arrived at the branch early at 10:30am and waited for the opening time at 11am, no one opened the door even though the staff could see the line forming outside, eventually at 11:15am one of the staff opened the door, then we had to wait for a while until they took the orders.

The bowl was good because you can make it to your liking but I thought they would fill it more for the 9 pounds it costs

Had a salad and Dash lemon sparking water here late at night! Portions were generous and service amazing. Accidentally got a san pelligrino water instead of a Dash and the staff was super understanding!

I recently visited Chipotle and had a satisfying experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. My [bowl/burrito/tacos, etc.] was packed with delicious ingredients, perfectly balanced, and had that signature Chipotle taste. The service was friendly and efficient, with the staff making sure everything was prepared quickly. The restaurant wasn’t crowded, which made it easy to find a seat. However, the cleanliness of the dining area could be improved a bit. It would have made the experience even better if the tables and seating area were a bit cleaner. Overall, a great place for a quick, tasty meal, and I’d recommend it if you’re in the mood for some fresh Mexican flavors.

Every single time I order from this chipotle the food looks half eaten no care no nothing goes into the food they give you the tiniest bit of rice and sour cream it’s highly frustrating when you order and spend so much money for it to be presented like that!

Service was quick and easy. We had three burritos. The food was fine. We sat downstairs as there weren't 3 seats together upstairs. Pretty much your usual fast food experience.

Over priced and very salty food. Not really enjoyable in my opinion. Not to mention, Mens toilets were out of order. Womens toilets were quite disgusting. Lots if wet toilet roll on the floor.

Recommended if you are looking for an easy solution, and also love Mexican food. The ingredients they used seemed to be of better quality than what is often used in such restaurants. A bit of a drag for how easily they charged a fee for extra toppings, when we only asked for a little bit of some things. We also only got a little like the ones we asked for, but the price was doubled without giving any notice.

I was having a great meal until someone stole my backpack. Unfortunately, it is an unsafe place. Watch out your things constantly otherwise they are gone and nobody will do nothing to help you.

Overall we really liked it. Food was great and tasty. But it dropped a star because there was no soap in the loos and maybe the clean down of the big table could be a bit more thorough. A previous diner had spilled oily chilli/tomato on the table and it ran down the side and underneath. My poor daughter was wearing her favourite white top and leaned against the table and it's stained badly. White top is now dyed black. Please wipe surface and sides of tables.

Hey everyone worst experience even I feel.in Chipotle no cheese ,no gucamole at before 1 hour and this guys tell us that we are about close .

I think that the main problem was the taste of the food. Our tacos were drained in excessive liquids from the salsa which ruined the tacos, the guacamole, and the chicken inside. The service was okay, but I felt like the staff kid too much in front of us while we were trying to communicate more effectively. Lastly, the tables and toilets were not clean and it did feel hard to enjoy the meal like that.

Useful for a cheaper and quick meal if your attending one of the theatres in the St. MARTINS lane area. Pretty standard level for Chipotle so you know what you will get, seating upstairs and downstairs so you should find a space if you want to sit in.

I've been to many Chipotle locations, but my recent experience at this one was particularly disappointing. From the moment we stepped in, the staff seemed more interested in rushing us through the line than providing a pleasant dining experience. We were pressured to order quickly, which made the whole process stressful. When it came time to assemble our meals, the staff almost carelessly threw the ingredients into the bowls, resulting in very small portions. This was frustrating, especially considering Chipotle's usual reputation for generous servings. To make matters worse, the employees kept asking irrelevant questions that only added to the confusion. Instead of clarifying our orders, these interruptions made it difficult to communicate what we wanted. Overall, this visit left much to be desired, and I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the customer experience.

Great food, taste and quality is the same as it is back in America. Also a great place to eat dinner since it’s mostly always chill and cozy, employees are friendly and quick. Definitely recommend this location if you want a burrito, bowl, taco, or a drink.
