Been going to this Chipotle for many years. Always the best burritos. Many memories. Often crowded but worth it for the burritos

Quick service, very generous portions worth the money. Extra seating downstairs which is good to keep away from people constantly being served.

Really disappointing Chipotle doesn’t offer their rewards program in the U.K. like they do in the U.S.

Stingy.. to many other good options around. compare!

Fast food restaurant. You choose what dates they put on the plate. It's very tasty

Worst service on earth. I almost got an anxiety attack while asking for my food. Really really inappropriate and rude. Plus, my purse was stolen while I was eating, and “ none” of the cctv was working in the premisses. The food was pretty good, but not coming back

We went here because we would go to Chipotle in California. The burrito size is smaller than USA. The rice was hard. Not a lot of seating. Staff were nice.

My all time worldwide favorite restaurant. Chipotle has perfected the customized healthy non-fried fast food. Its good protein for vegetarians and the same taste everywhere around the world.

Not great. Veg weren't hot, beef wasn't enjoyed. The tables were dirty and there was no space to sit down as you can't move the seats. I wouldn't go again and don't recommend if eating in. Also the Tortilla chips are expensive but not tasty.

Very crowded when we were there. Burrito was ok, chips were crispy and salsa was quite spicy. Overall , only if you were hungry.

Visited during a rather quiet time. A couple comments: (1) the size of my burrito was obviously a victim of central London shrinkflation - okay taste but too small for £10 (2) being quieter the ingredients were not getting stocked/refreshed as regularly, was sad to see I got the last of the very sad/dry looking steak instead of refilling with fresher (looking) meat. (3) they finished the steak in my burrito, but I clear on whether what was left was actually a full portion, given the size of my wrap in (1) - probably not. Other than the above - typical chipotle.

Firstly I’ve visited this place only for my guests, as they wanted a quick bite. Service is average, although some of the staff are nice. I was ordering food for 6 people and they rushed me through and missed two orders, had to quite up again. Food, tasteless. Atmosphere, seating could be better. Not very clean. I recommend to get a take away.

If your not Indian, try to be friends with the staff so you can get your enough portion of the rice and chicken. Worst chipotle experience ever around UK and the US.

This location is convenient to the hotel I’m at. I’ve stayed in this area a lot but never eaten at this chipotle until yesterday. The portion size was much smaller than other locations I e been. I also didn’t think it was as tasty.

No taste at all. Very untidy place. Specially restrooms. Very disappointed, price too high too. My daughter got bad stomach after meal at Chipotle. Was very poor with vomiting. Very very disappointed!

Food was cold, really stingy with the toppings

The smallest burrito I've ever seen in my life. About a table spoon of rice. The guy behind the counter scowled when we asked for more filling and gave one tiny scoop more of protein. Paid for a Diet Coke, there wasn't even one in the fridge. Probably the worst customer service I've ever seen, openly hostile in fact. Avoid like the plague.

Food tasted good, BUT portions way too little especially for the price you pay!! Bathrooms and tables were dirty and just looked used! The service was totally stressed and the store was too crowded. Please change something! Especially about the serving sizes!

Unfortunately I’ve been a fan of chipotle for a while but to see the worker isn’t serving with love like they used too is a shame, the serving size is absurd. I hope they look in to it and try to go back to the good old days. PS. The portion on the picture is after I was asking her to serve more of every ingredient.

Experienced issues at Chipotle: initially served chicken instead of vegan sofrita, got a replacement but they gave me less rice without notice. Manager, with black hair, was rude and lacked customer service. Overall, don't recommend this branch, considering avoiding Chipotle altogether.

Ich habe bereits viele burritos in Deutschland Frankfurt gegessen genau der gleiche Laden wie hier auch,das Essen war richtig schlecht. Die Mitarbeiter wissen nicht mal wie man ein burrito rolle muss. Der tortilla viel auseinander und der ganze Saft floss durch die Hände…Das Fleisch barbacos war wirklich schlecht. Ich kann diesen Laden null weiter empfehlen. Richtig schlecht!

Usual good food at Chipotle but they don't accept cash and the seating isn't comfortable or relaxing.

Food is very good. The portions vary it depending on who serves you. I thought the burrito filling was very minimal last time.

hardest tortillla chips with an extremely watery excuse of a medium salsa which lacked flavour. downstairs seating was small, cramped and had little adequate lighting with no charging ports and a very small bathroom area. the person who served us was kind and tried his best to accommodate us which is why this place is getting any stars at all. overall disappointing, go to barburrito or even tortilla for better quality food.

Enjoyed a very tasty burrito, a wee bit small for my liking and not the best I've had but scratched the itch. Tortilla chips were tasty and a large portion but I was expecting much more flavour from the guac - sadly not enough seasoning and expected a bit more spice and crunch but couldn't detect any jalapenos. Friendly staff.

Had the chicken bowl. The food was prepared well and presentation was excellent. The food tasted great with a fantastic mix a flavours. If you like burritos you will really like the food here. Very welcoming staff and service was excellent. Will try to visit again

Good place for fast service before the theatre. Reasonably priced. Difficult to find seats to sit together in a group. Good for solo eating.

I was not impressed with the price transparency by the server. I was asked if I want any Guacamole but didn’t mentioned about the price for the extra add-on, I was so shocked and surprised by the total price. I asked why and the cashier said I added Guacamole and I said I thought it’s free because I was not told that it is an extra price. He said they can’t take it out and I insisted but there were a long queue. So turns out I needed to pay EXTRA than what I ordered… this is not good!

£9.50 for a small burrito. It was a bit dry - both the carnitas and the rice. Could barely understand the clerk talking

Change de ce que l'on trouve habituellement à Londres. On choisi un Tacos, Bowl ou 3 quésadillas, et on rempli avec ce que l'on souhaite. C'était bon et pas trop cher. Il y a une salle en bas pour s'asseoir si le haut est saturé

Update: the bad avocados made me sick rhe next day. Avoid!!!!!! Avocados in the guacamole had gone bad. It tastes disgusting and unhealthy. It is too bad because the guacamole is usually really fresh at chipolte in the USA. Chips are stale as well. Guacamole should be light green, not this dark. It means the avocados went bad.

Buen burrito pero no es como los de USA. Esta muy bueno y tiene de todo, aunque tiene menos salsas en estados unidos, y es mas pequeño. El local es pequeño pero tiene algunas mesas donde puedes sentarte a tomar algo.

Conocemos esta franquicia de comida de EEUU, y sin duda, está increíble. Pedimos un burrito y estaba muy jugoso. Totalmente recomendable.

For my taste, it was a little bland. The burrito was mostly rice and other filling. The best part would have to be the chips and guacamole and even the guacamole was bland compared to many other places. Definitely not expensive by any means but also not cheap. Works in a pinch or if you’re craving some American style Mexican food.

I had a chicken burrito, which was really good. They really cram a lot into the burrito. My daughter had a burrito bowl, and she thought it was excellent too. Both were delicious and filling. Service is good, and you get to watch your meal being prepared. I would recommend this place for a good Mexican feed.

Got the soft tacos, and the taco was cold. They used to warm it up so nicely. Also staff could better explain the new chicken options. Went after a few years, expecting Chipotle of old. Probably a 3.5/5, but just disappointed with my usual expectations

It's a bit small and downstairs can be closed at times, but the location is good, the food is delicious, and the staff are very friendly.

Food was cold took it back abd got a replacement it was still cold the service said it would still be cold onvtge second service. I didn't ask for my money back as I found the person to be argumentative and left our food. I definitely want go back.

I paid £9 for the smallest burito I have seen in my life. This was not like this before. Definitely avoid. You are getting a snack not a burito. ( keep in mind I have small hands)

I love chipotle, but this particular location had not so good staff. I asked for a burrito and every ingredient was tossed on the tortilla, instead of the usual more careful laying on the tortilla. The result was an uneven distribution of ingredients in the wrap. The cheese was yeeted on the tortilla and was just at the end of the burrito. This might be nitpicking, but I quite enjoy the combination of sour cream, corn and cheese together. I didn't get that this time. Probably won't come back to this location next time. The location is pretty good tho.

The food was not good, the portion size compared to the price is wrong, the chicken was hard to chew and the avocado was not mashed at all!! I WILL NOT COME AGAIN.

Food was nice, staff rushed you so you didn't feel you had time to think about what you wanted..the toilets were in need of a real good clean which made the down stairs eating area a bit smelly.

Staff have no care for their work. Burrito was slopped together and folded incorrectly. Watched burrito bowls in front of me get made that looked mostly empty. Food wasn’t good. Rice was undercooked, steak was cold and dry. The tortilla they use also doesn’t seemed to be low quality and not the type of tortilla I would expect from chipotle. I would guess margins are thin and owners are trying to milk it for as much as they can before they have to close it down, because I certainly won’t be returning.

Sadly not halal which means you're left with the vegetarian alternatives. The taste wasn't too bad but it wasn't anything different or special either. The servings were quite stingy and it wasn't filling at all especially when you're paying a minimum of £8 per person. The restaurant itself was also quite dirty with the seats and tables not being wiped down or cleaned so it was left with people's rubbish or lots of crumbs of food. Personally I prefer Tortilla when it comes to taste, portion size, value for money as well as the eating in experience.

Chipotle is great. We like it very much. One meal at Chipotle is a must on every trip to London.

Truly horrendously slow service. It was a Friday evening, but it wasn't that busy, and the staff were unbearably slow. It seemed that they were more focused on deliveroo orders than any of the people in the store, and even then... everyone was moving at a glacial pace. I understand it's a new location, but it was a truly painful experience, waiting about 15 minutes when there were only 5 people in front of you isn't even a joke

Went to Chipotle around 2PM, and the place seemed to be run by new staff. The big table was dirty even though it wasn't busy, so we had to clean it ourselves. The team seemed more interested in chatting than helping the few customers there. Ordered 2 burritos, and the person who rolled them clearly had no experience – they were just folded improperly. My wife even commented on it, but he ignored her and walked away. The food tasted okay, but the lack of cleanliness and proper service made for an unenjoyable first visit.

One to avoid for sure. All the staff I spoke with had a poor command of English. I had to ask repeatedly for the options. The portion size was small for the price. Because of miscommunication at the till I had to pay twice as the Torilla Chips were missed from my bill. I don't like that only card payments are taken. Staff were 'ignorant' and that is not a term I like to use. But really sums up the five staff I interacted with. Only wooden forks were available. Normally I would get a spoon and knife option at other branches of Chipotle. I went downstairs to their additional seating area and the place had not been cleaned in some time. I had to clean the table myself. Staff kept coming past me to the crew room and were happy to pass by the filth. The area was also quite dimly lit. I attempted to ask staff members if they could clean the area and I was simply ignored. The main bins were at capacity evidence it had been in this state for some time. A couple came down the stair saw the state of the place and promptly went back upstairs. I opened the bag of Torilla Chips and was disappointed with the tiny portion. My meal was cold and tasteless. All in all very disappointing. I imagine Chipotle get way with this terribly poor level of customer service as their customers are tourists. I won't be returning to this branch.

I was rushing for a late lunch. I would say these were really small portions for 10 pounds, the place was bit dirty, but I ate. The line was short and staff was doing a good job though. Overall, I've seen better mexican food restaurants.

Tried thier tufo it was nice and service was quick. I ordered it on my phone while I was sat on the table and when is my time to pick I just went to collect- so much quick

Heads up this chipotle gives tiny portion sizes. Recommend to go to the other chipotle like 10 mins walk away.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever had by far. Rice was stale and had no flavor, the barbacoa meat didn’t even taste like anything, let alone meat. Burrito was also stale and had no flavor. At the very least, the guacamole was average. I strongly recommend that you go to another chipotle spot.

Purchased meals with my friends and the staff were very rude. They got our order wrong because they couldn’t hear us over the noise, and proceeded to ask us if we had a problem annoyed, because we corrected them. The staff were then all sharing side eyes as if we couldn’t see them. I had to request my salsa choice 3 times. And when my friend simply asked if they took student discount at all the staff member behind the till was very short. Not what you expect when you pay over a tenner for a bit of salad.

I ve been heard about Chipotle for the whole my life. What a disapointing here. Food was absolutely amazing, everything else is unacceptable for Central London Girl who has made burrito crushed tortilla, I know it happens but she refused to prepare new one and start to push us to take double wrapped!!! Cashier girl has sold us sparkling juices for 4 year old kids (I asked for still. ) They are selling cans and do not have straws. And downstairs, bad smell,dirty toilets, guy with bags full of rubbish passed next to the table. Chipotle in Highbury is amazing and highly recomended ,this one need managment attention

Your portion size is literally half the size of West Hampstead, and you had the cheek to ask me to pay extra for pointing that out.
