It was a unique experience, and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is very close to most landmarks, and the service was great. Thank you.

I had a fantastic experience at the Belmont Hotel. The room was clean, and included thoughtful amenities like slippers, a dental kit, and fresh towels that were changed daily. The staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Location is prime for the price I paid, everything within walking distance While London hotels are often known for their smaller rooms, I found mine to be perfectly spacious for my needs—no issues at all. Overall, a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay. I’d absolutely return and recommend it to anyone visiting London!

The location of this hotel is it's only real redeemable feature, however I saw the other reviews so should have known better! You are definitely getting what you pay for, the room was small and dark the en suite was like a caravan bathroom and the TV didn't work. Literally enough room to shuffle round the bed, it's fine in so much as a place to rest your head while sight seeing but is probably the worst hotel I've stayed in.

Where to begin... 1. The windows were held open by planks of wood. I nearly broke my hand closing the sash windows to stop the noise of my incredibly loud neighbours. 2. The amount of rubbish outside said windows would put Birmingham to shame. 3. The TV picture was out of sync with the audio 4. The kettle was stationed nowhere near a reachable socket. When I did manage to find a safe and suitable place to plug in the kettle, it fused the lights!. I had to shower in the dark. 5. While showering in the dark, the shower head came off. I had to attempt to re-attatch it in the dark while being sprayed with super hot water. When I did screw the head back on, the water temp went from scolding hot to icey cold every few seconds. 6. The shower drain was block so water ran all over the cubicle and into the room. 7. The advertised desk was non-existent. Even if what they defined as a desk was a desk, there was no chair. 8. There were suspicious brown stains on the duvet 9. Oh, and only two tea-bags. I'm British, the British drink lots of tea

Overall this place is great value for money. My room and the bathroom were both very clean and the staff member who checked me in was lovely. It’s very basic but if you need somewhere clean and convenient to stay this is a great shout for a price that is frankly unbelievable in London!

Value for money. It is a simple accommodation, well located although having the road next to it it is a little noisy. The pros: Quality of the shower, complimentary coffee and tea, comfortable beds, dental kit and bathroom shoes. Very fast and correct customer service. The cons: It is VERY dirty. Mattresses with stains, duvets also with stains, the bathroom with drips and dirt, the furniture sticky, our sink had a clump of hair inside the drain that prevented water from passing through. The heating cannot be turned off and the rooms are very stuffy, we had to sleep with the window open because there was no way to regulate it. An environmental waste.

SCAM. The photos provided by the accommodation bear no resemblance to reality. The room is tiny, very dirty, damp, has no closets, and the worst part is the "bathroom." The photos speak for themselves...

Very well located for tourists, not very noisy, the bathroom gets a little wet and is small, the bed is double, daily cleaning and heating, fair price

Great experience overall, but the real star was Rodi. She made us feel at home with her warm welcome. The icing on the cake! We will definitely be back.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! I’ve seen make dorms in better condition. The hotel itself was appalling!! Dirty, loads of rats out front , mold in the shower, dusty, miserable staff, dirt marks all over, dirty carpet, yellow pillow cases!!! The list goes on!! We stayed in room 5(the family room with balcony)

I recently stayed at this property. It is located near Paddington station in a very quiet area and well connected to the rest of London. The structure has 3 floors and we were on the top. The stairs to go up are very narrow and steep and several times we risked flying down. The room is small and contains the essentials. As soon as we arrived we found a welcome kit containing slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. The room is dirty, there are fur and hair in the blankets, the mirror is dirty and the windows are full of dust and fingerprints. If a person is a little bigger they cannot enter the bathroom as it is tiny. You can't take a shower because it's very narrow and if you move you'll bump your elbows into the wall. The shower curtain is broken and therefore cannot be closed, thus wetting the entire bathroom. We stayed 4 nights and on the last day they didn't come to clean the room, we didn't have towels or toilet paper so we were forced to call the reception who fortunately brought us what we requested immediately

The hotel is located very close to Paddington station, therefore in a well-connected area of London. As for the room, it is really small, the wardrobe is pitiful and the bathroom is even worse, as the shower is tiny and has no doors but a dirty curtain that doesn't even move. The sink is so small that it is difficult to even wash your face. The bed mattresses are comfortable, the pillows low and very uncomfortable, the duvet too thick. My sheets were dirty and smelled. The "cleaning" is done daily but not accurately, in fact they limit themselves to changing the towels and making the beds, leaving the mirrors and the floor in a pitiful condition, furthermore one day our room was not cleaned even though we had left the towel outside. card that said to clean it. The stairs were very narrow and very steep, doing them with a suitcase risks falling. The staff isn't too friendly, and it's hard to get into the bathroom near the reception. I don't give a star just for the excellent location, but I do not recommend this hotel.

We've just checked out of the hotel and we had a wonderful 1 night stay for the price. The lady on reception was welcoming and polite. We stayed downstairs and had a family room (even though there was 2 of us). The room was clean bright and had a great powerful shower! If I were to criticise, the bedding could of been better. The duvet cover didn't fit the duvet and was a heavy weight winter duvet. Our friends stayed upstairs and they weren't too impressed with their room but ours was lovely. Seems like it's the luck of the draw. Worth a booking for to get your head down if it's a cheap room you need

Worst hotel EVER. My room 6 had curtains that only covers the upper half of the window so people can still see you no privacy at all and the sun shines on your face early morning lmao. Dont get me started on the small toilet. You can hear loud water pipes all night long so you can't even sleep. Waste of money I'd rather be homeless.

I HAVE BEEN USING THE R.A. GRAND CAFE FOR A LONG TIME AND HAVE TO SAY THAT EVERYTIME A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE HAS ENSUED. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FAULT THE QUALITY OF FOOD, SERVICE AND SPACEOUS SURROUNDINGS WITH SOME NOSTALGIA THROWN IN....A BETTER TIME COULD NOT BE HAD EVEN IN FORTNUM AND MASONS...!

The hotel is in a great location. About 1 hour of slow walking from the center through a beautiful park. The rooms were cozy and clean. The maid came every day and cleaned the rooms. I liked the quality of the towels, you don't see that anywhere else. What bothered me was the breakfast. They say that in England they are picky about tea, so don't expect good tea or coffee in this hotel. It's the same for breakfast every day, you have to pay extra for the rest. I have a lactose allergy and so I was pretty screwed. Yogurt, milk with flakes (the cheapest ones), toast with cheese and then only jam and croissant. We didn't even go for it on the last day. I also missed a glass or the possibility of making coffee/tea in the room. I recommend the hotel, but without breakfast.

Charged £6 for half pint of lager shandy??? The bar server was clueless and I felt to embarrassed to question her at time.
