Having just returned from a splendid mini-vacation in London, I recommend this hotel to everyone with its unsurpassed quality/price ratio. Quiet neighborhood well served by transport and shops, basic but perfect room, cleanliness, courtesy of the staff. Comfortable beds, warm room and brand new bathroom. Excellent breakfast.

A very quiet and pleasant hotel. The rooms were nice and clean and were cleaned every day and you could always reach the reception The only drawback was the breakfast. There was only the cheapest of the cheapest and you had to pay extra for everything.

Today is my third day at Lords Hotel. My room has never been serviced and two of the three days the Internet has been out. The staff here is wonderful but the manager and or owners are neglectful.

We stayed here in December for about 4 nights, we didn't expect much from the hotel as we know London is expensive and this place was very cheap. Well, this place surprised us a lot. A beautiful clean room, spacious (we had one double and two bunk beds, even though there were only 3 of us, but unfortunately it was no longer available) the bathroom was beautiful, new, clean. Sometimes it took a while for the hot water to come in the shower, but I think it was because we were about up to the 3rd floor... but it was enough to wait and then it started. The breakfast included in the price was also great, it was enough to fill you up, you could choose from a few options. They even brought gluten-free bread for my mother with celiac disease. I praise! So we were very satisfied and the next time we go to London we will stay here again! 👍🏻Christmas London was absolutely beautiful! I am adding a couple of photos from the hotel, the view from our window and the breakfast that we paid extra for in one day for English, otherwise the ones included in the price were also great the other days!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best budget-friendly hotel in London!! - the only minus is if you have a problem with the stairs, they are quite narrow and there are a lot of them, and no elevator, but it was not a problem for us - another thing, a little minus, is that the hotel is divided and breakfast is in another building, so you have to walk in about 5 minutes, especially in winter you have to get dressed to go out, etc.. up and down the stairs .. but again, for us personally, it was not that much of a problem 🙂

Just the right hotel for a trip to London.

Typical British!! Nice house outside located in Notting Hill. The interior is very narrow with a very small room with a window to the interior patio, carpeted floor as usual, but yes, both carpet and bed and bathroom are quite clean, something not so common. The lousy breakfast in a basement accessed by a wooden staircase that in Spain would be reason to close the establishment.

I have been to the Lords Hotel twice, in May and just before Christmas. The hotel is in a very beautiful and quiet area, a few steps from two tube stops, with a walk you can reach Notting Hill and Hyde Park, several shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is simple but functional, there is no lift, the first time I was on the third floor but it didn't bother me, on the contrary, I liked the view from my room. In December I was on the ground floor near the reception, beautiful but louder. Each room has the bare essentials, the bathroom in both cases was new, which is no small feat. Breakfast was perfect for me, I'm not used to stuffing myself. Friendly and extremely discreet staff.

We have been very comfortable, small room, but with everything we need, clean and comfortable, friendly staff, good location and well connected. Good choice!

Come at 4 for the 1st of the year! 4 nights with breakfast €1155 or almost €290/night. The rare times we sleep in a hotel for a night we do so in 1st class or F1 and that suits us very well. We don't expect the comfort of a palace but this is really a bargain for the price! 10m2 room for 4 with bunk beds and a double bed. The beds creak. The mattresses are not comfortable. The floor creaks we can hear all the neighbors…. When they shower, get up, go to the toilet…. 1 chair for 4. A TV mounted crookedly that doesn't hold when you straighten it. A broken shower support that does not support the hand shower. Hygiene in the room is more than limited. We were staying in another building with 66 steps to climb with the suitcase…. 5 mins walk to breakfast in the main building. A breakfast suitable for people on a diet! The only 2 positive points: the hotel well located in a nice, quiet area and the kindness of the ladies taking care of breakfast. The value for money was really not there!

Anyway It's ok. It's not a luxury hotel but is clean.

we had a great time ! the room was clean, beds were comfortable, workers were friendly and the hotel is quite central, you can get anywhere with the tube (stations queensway or bayswater). breakfast was pretty plain but for the price it was alright. would definitely stay here again !

We chose the hotel through booking relying on the reviews and the description made available. The hotel is managed by Italians, upon arrival at check-in the owner informed us that our available room was in another hotel a few meters away near the main one. Hotel with carpet and room located on a 4th floor without a lift, the room available to us was clean but very poor with a small bathroom (not worth the pre-established price). The location is excellent as it is just a few meters from the metro and around you will find restaurants and supermarkets. The included breakfast is not a buffet and there is also very little choice available, if you want something more substantial you have to pay a supplement.

Rooms clean and OK, tiny, drain stinks, beds squeak. Location good - bus/train stations easily accessible. Ok for the price for a short London trip. The breakfast is miserable! Choose 4 things from cornflakes, apple/banana, yogurt, toast with jam/cheese (either burnt or way too light), tea, juice. The epitome of bad English food 😅 unfortunately I think it's "normal" for there. Anyone who travels a lot is probably used to better things everywhere else.

A great city hotel, very central and a good price/performance ratio. The staff was also friendly.

What a dump. Seen bed sits with better rooms. Shower took 15 minutes to warm up. No TV remote and only 8 channels to manually select. Most of which were shopping channels. When I got to where my room was, I had to duck from planes flying into Heathrow, as I walked up the stairs to the gods, and I had to walk as there are no lifts. After I was dropped at the hotel with all my bags and checked in, I was told I was actually staying 250 metres away in another building, and was given no help to then take my bags all the way up to god knows where to find my room/hotel. No tea/coffee making facilities, no ironing facilities, but there is a hair drier for my buzz cut. Although I was told ‘laundrette down road’ to get my shirt ironed. Helpful at 5pm. Don’t be fooled by the pictures on the website, the rooms look nothing like them. Looking forward to my half kilometre round trip for breakfast tomorrow. This place is a joke. Do not book here. On the plus side I got 45g of soap, just for me.

Decent place for a cheap trip. No lift.

The room is good and clean, the bathroom very clean and nice. The very bad thing is the bed and the pillows, the mattress is terrible and the bed makes a lot of noise. And the worst thing is breakfast, if you can call that thing breakfast.

Clean and well kept hotel, but be careful: BREAKFAST IS NOT A BUFFET In fact, when you book the hotel through Booking or other applications, it says "breakfast included". In reality this is not the case, or rather, there is no buffet breakfast. They probably just do it to attract more customers, but that's not the way to do it. In the morning they give you a piece of paper where they offer 4 "dishes" of your choice for free. Unfortunately they are always the same, every day, there is absolutely not much choice and the stuff is packaged (like yogurt) and not very good. They only offer: tea, apple or banana, toast with cheddar (not even melted), toast with jam (packaged), yogurt (packaged), cornflakes with milk, fruit juices (always packaged and not squeezed). All other things like sausage, egg, etc are PAYMENT AND NOT BUFFET. However we tried to get a plate with two sausages, but they were small and not good. I asked for two consecutive mornings if they would kindly bring me hot milk, but they promptly said yes and then brought me frozen milk. In short, a fool's errand. The most infuriating thing is that the owner is Italian, but what they offer is not good.

The location was very convenient and the area was pleasant. We would have expected more for a superior room (in the basement, loud). The bed linen was not changed and there were often no fresh towels (even though they were wet and used on the floor).

I recently stayed at this hotel in London and was very satisfied. The rooms are a little small but have everything you need. We stayed in a superior double room. The breakfast, although limited in options, is perfect for starting the day with gusto. The location of the hotel is truly wonderful, in a very quiet neighborhood, with excellent restaurants nearby, supermarkets and the metro less than 5 minutes away on foot. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in London! We will definitely be back!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel in good condition but not maximum comfort.

A good value hotel, with slightly squeaky but still comfortable beds, an immaculate bathroom and a slightly dated but perfectly adequate room. I therefore recommend it for small budgets.

A peaceful place to sleep in a good location.

Located in a quiet residential area. There is no elevator. It was difficult to carry the carry case in the room on the third floor. The width of the stairs themselves is also narrow. The room is small but clean. When I opened the window, three ladybugs came in. There is no bathtub, only a shower. There is no refrigerator or electric kettle. Apparently they will change your towels for free if you stay for 3 nights, but if you want to change them every time, you will need to pay 1 pound.

The hotel is decent, the bedroom is ok for what you pay despite the stairs squeaking a lot. However, the breakfast is very limited, only a couple of free foods to choose from and a very long waiting time.

We booked the hotel on the occasion of our NFL trip. Location is great and cheap compared to many other hotels in terms of price. The furnishings of the rooms were rather spartan, as we only slept and had breakfast in the hotel, which was sufficient for that purpose. It was also clean. The breakfast was a bit of a shame. You could choose 4 things from a menu, everything else was an extra charge. If you want an English breakfast it costs extra anyway. This wasn't obvious to me before we booked. In addition, it wouldn't hurt for the waitresses in the breakfast room to smile once in a while. Conclusion: If it's just an overnight stay and you don't value any frills or anything like that, everything's great. If you have more expectations of a hotel, you should look for another one

Absolutely convincing value for money for London: Rooms are clean, modern bathroom, breakfast is okay (coffee/tea, toast, cornflakes, fruit, yoghurt; full English breakfast available for an additional charge). What impressed me most was that the necessary repairs that I reported to reception (fan in the bathroom broken, shower wall door rollers no longer in the track) were fixed within one day and that was a Saturday. I didn't expect such great service from a 2-star hotel! Highly recommended!

We got the room on the very top floor and with no elevators it was a pain to walk up. Not only that but the room was incredibly hot (even with windows open). The breakfast was very limited and very low quality. You can hear every time someone opens a door or uses the water. The room was clean enough and looked fine but overall disappointed.

The provided lounge was also a good place to chill while waiting before/after your check-in/check-out I would easily recommend this hotel

Great location and vibe for Carnival

Rooms doesn't get cleaned, towels don't get changed and the staff wasn't there (but we weren't at the "official hotel") because we in another building. Breakfast doesn't have buffet and doesn't have much variety of food. If you want to eat something decent, you need to pay. Don't recommend. 🙅🏻‍♂️

I loved every second of my stay there. I’ve been alone in a single room which was small but for one person absolutely fine. There was nothing to sit on besides the bed but I didn’t mind it. Check in/out was amazing. I arrived late at night and checked out at 2am which was not a problem at all. Staff was really nice. The room itself was clean. The location of the hotel is amazing. As a women travelling alone. I felt safe all the time. Breakfast was included in the price. For that price, in that location with breakfast… a real gem. I would book again 100%

Well it's a zero star hotel for me No elevator Supposedly breakfast included but only the cheapest everything that might taste good has to be paid for in Xtra, then a breakfast costs up to 15 pounds and it's not worth it.

Fine hotel. Good price but unfortunately there was no airco so the room was boiling hot all night with the windows open. The breakfast was kinda confusing with the paper. But overall 4 stars.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from Bayswater metro station, making it easy to reach other key spots in the city. The cleanliness standards are also very high; the rooms are always spotless and well-maintained. Although there is no elevator in the hotel, it wasn't an issue for me. Additionally, the hotel offers great value for the price. Overall, it provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

No AC, basically melting all night long. Also the included breakfast is a scam, it’s just fruits and they sell you an actual breakfast separately.

The room was relatively small for 2 people. Unfortunately there was no real seating option in the room other than the bed. What was missing was a sofa or a table with chairs, so to speak. In addition, the room we had was very warm and the temperature could not be regulated by opening the window. The beds are worn out and the pillows are very hard. Otherwise it was clean and well maintained. At breakfast we thought it would have been some kind of buffet but no, you were given a note to order toast, fruit, juice, tea and coffee. These things were free and included. I thought it was a shame that the other things weren't included and you had to pay if you wanted something else. The location of the hotel is great and everything is easily accessible. Despite everything I have mentioned, I would recommend it based on the location.

The stairs are very narrow. Cleanliness. Choose a room on the lower floors. The location is very good.

What a great-value find! £90 per night, including a basic continental breakfast, simply can't be beaten in London, especially now the traditional 'value' chains have hiked their prices to eye-watering levels... The rooms are basic but clean, and the location is brilliant. It's a very quiet area. We are regular visitors to London and wish we'd found this facility YEARS ago! The only thing that would make it better would be tea and coffee available in the rooms, not just the lounge. I'm off to book it again for the start of next month!

This place is only to choose for the location. Near plenty public transport. Walking distance from cafes, restaurants, Hyde park and Portobello road. Breakfast is minimal. Top floor is during heatwave unbearable.

Hotel without elevator, 5 floors high. Not recommended if you don't want to do sports in addition to sightseeing (stairs!) Breakfast is rather meager, everything except Nescafe, sugary juice, fruit yoghurt, cornflakes and dry toast costs extra.

An outdated hotel, without an elevator, with low ceilings, little water pressure and no change of towels or sheets. Also if you pay for breakfast IT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE FULL BREAKFAST. If you want an "English Breakfast" you must pay for it separately. Of course everything is packaged. The curtains that block the light (since there are no blinds) do not do their job well, and when the sun comes out, the room is filled with light. There is a 24-hour reception and it is generally clean. It is far from the center (but close to two metro stations and several bus stops).

Omg £108 for THIS!! I thought I would have a nice cosy experience for the night but turned out to be the most awful. No help from the 2 staff there with my suitcase, window was stiff to open and I was too tired to try and close the window, so dirty bathroom with the tap dirty as well, no refreshments in the room when there are supposed to be, no room to move around as I kept banging my left hip on the damn metal bed frame. And the bed, like sleeping on a rock with 2 rocks as pillows. DO BETTER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS who paid a lot for this disappointing night. Plus side the view was nice. And booking are keeping contact with me because of this and said I am entitled to a refund from this awful experience.

Room was clean and tidy, bathroom also spotless. Great location for where i was going that night. They are also accommodating with myself and the person i was there with (in a different room) i was originally booked in to a different building and he moved me to be in the same one. All in all a great place to stay for a short stay Will definitely book in the future if i have anything on in that area Thank you for a pleasant stay

If you do not want to spend a lot of money on accommodation, it is a place without air conditioning, which can only be used for sleeping, but with a very good bathroom... And its location is also very good...

I visited for London pride and was severely disappointed, upon arrival the staff seemed pretty indifferent to guests but I wrote it off as a one off, my room was as expected in terms of size but their were stains up the walls and ceiling, their was also jk kettle which seemed odd, the so called included breakfast was a joke , a slip of paper was flung at me by a girl serving on which you circled what four items you wanted hough if you wanted the free breakfast included it was basically just toast and the option of one small cup of tea coffee or juice, if you wanted anything like eggs, pastry eat it was around £2 extra, I've been to hostels with a better included breakfast, I felt very uncomfortable the whole time and was very disappointed, the location is fine hut won't be returning and wouldn't recommend.

Perfectly adequate, utilitarian hotel if you want somewhere to crash near Paddington. Breakfast not worth bothering with, and insultingly poor: no buffet, just a few plain items from a very limited selection, and you're charged for anything further.

Hotel with clean rooms and shower, excellent location with two metro stations very close, breakfast included in the price Really quiet area, there is no traffic and there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The only downside is the breakfast staff, never a smile, they don't communicate and even one lady seemed to get annoyed every time you called her, always sulking. With customers you must always be smiling and available, it is us customers who make you work (think about it).

I don't even know where to start. The price of 798 euros for 3 nights is absolutely not justified! Yes the location is central, and with two metro stations in 10 min walking distance very good, but unfortunately there are more things to criticize here that even the good location can not save anything. The breakfast was so bad that we preferred to eat in a pub the last two days, almost the same price as if you want to buy everything on the spot, and the staff was still friendly in the pub. 2 adults and a child, we had booked a single room and a double room with two single beds, we got a storage room and a double room, not even in the same building. Whereby the single room was even worse, on the third floor in the main building, so stupidly located that the door to the 4th floor blocked the exit from the room when other guests went up or down. The double room in the other building on a side street was reasonably ok but again it was behind another door which could block the way. Also this room was moved to the building because supposedly only there are double rooms with single beds. Yes, where were they? All in all this hotel gets 0.5 stars, it should not get more. Because the price-performance ratio is not right here. And yes our expectations were not high but even that was more than bad! And we travel to London regularly, even to other hotels. Lords never again for us

There is no elevator. I was worried about how I would carry my heavy suitcase, but luckily I was allocated a room where I didn't have to climb the stairs. Book Superior Small Double. The room felt newer (than I expected) and was clean. It's in London, Zone 1, and Notting Hill, so you don't have to worry about safety. Free breakfast included. (Choose up to four and circle them on the paper. Select yogurt, bread, banana, or orange juice) Approximately 15,000 yen per night. Amenities include bar soap and body soap only. Hair dryer and hangers in the room. I was able to take a comfortable shower without any problems with the shower temperature or water pressure. They made the bed and cleaned the shower room every day. Towels are exchanged once every 3 nights. You can get a towel for an extra £1 if you need it. The front desk staff looked me in the eye and talked to me, giving me the impression of being kind. The disadvantage is noise. You can easily hear the footsteps and voices of guests on the upper floors. But if I can't help it, I generally had a comfortable time. It's a hotel with great value for money, so I'd like to stay there again. Thank you so much.

Very nice hotel with excellent location, very nice neighborhood, elegant, quiet and very close to the other famous neighborhood of Notting Hill. Advised.

It's OK for a good sleep and nearly to the train station

Very good value for money for London. The room was clean, big enough and a simple breakfast was included in the price. However, the rooms were very noisy. The staff was very friendly and the reception was open 24 hours a day. The hotel was also accessible via several subway and bus stations. I would recommend the hotel to everyone.

Talk about tiny rooms! It’s about the location though with great restaurants and easy access to the tube and nearby parks

Nice hotel with good value for money.

Very low quality hotel, the bathroom smelled very bad, we asked for a ground floor and they gave us a second floor and in this hotel there is no elevator, a big problem for me, the very bad mattress sank on one side, all carpet and very old to put Something good, the breakfast is very good and the location, the neighborhood has a lot of life.

It's reasonable considering London prices, but it's really the worst. The shabby walls, smell, unfriendliness, etc. are the worst... Please don't go. There is no elevator.

Hotel with an unbeatable location and the most affordable in zone 1 of London. Rooms without luxury but functional. Very friendly staff and acceptable breakfast.

I give 10/10 simply because the Latte from the coffee machine was the single greatest thing I have ever had in my life.

El hotel tiene sus cosas buenas y malas. Buenas: la ubicación, es un barrio tranquilo, precioso y bien comunicado. El desayuno estaba muy rico, lo vi completo y asequible para el precio. El precio está muy bien para ser Londres, y el personal es amable. Malo: no se descansa nada bien, el hotel es de madera y se escucha todo lo que pasa en las otras habitaciones, incluso amplificado porque cruje todo... Encima si te tocan vecinos ruidosos como fue nuestro caso vas a flipar (además, suele haber muchos estudiantes y excursiones...). Nosotros tuvimos que quejarnos de nuestros vecinos de arriba y les llamaron la atención, pero esa misma noche nos hicieron una gotera en el techo (entiendo que entre el mal uso por parte de nuestros vecinos de arriba y el "mal estado" del hotel), al principio no querían cambiarnos de habitación pero después de insistir nos dieron una nueva (peor) por esa noche (fue un autentico fastidio tener que mudar todas nuestras cosas en mitad de la noche). No han tenido ni el detalle de devolvernos parte del importe que pagamos por las molestias. Y depende de donde mires encuentras un poco de suciedad, hay zonas donde no limpian bien (recovecos y ventanas, por ejemplo). EN RESUMEN: si no quieres gastar mucho dinero y duermes como un tronco, no está mal. Pero si puedes, cógete algo mejor.

Café da manhã muito limitado, todos os dias são as mesmas coisas para comer, você não pode se servir, tem de escolher em um papel os itens que quer e só podem pedir 4 itens por pessoa!

Os quartos são limpos, mas o banheiro é péssimo, muito pequeno e parece um banheiro químico que foi montado dentro do quarto. O café da manhã não é a vontade e o croissant é ruim e murcho. E o pior, existem quartos que ficam a 3 quarteirões do hotel, longe da recepção, do café da manhã e não te ajudam a levar as malas.
