PLEASE FLEE!!! 1 star but if I could have zero! We arrived in such an unsanitary room, hairs in the shower on the bed and on the floor, mold, rust, a broken shower door, a very damp ceiling at the edge of the window with cracks and peeling paint. Toilet paper with yellow marks on it. Dust all over the sheets, on the floor in the corners and on the ceiling light! If it had only been that... indeed after checking we discovered bedbugs in the two single beds. We then called the manager who redirected us to a colleague on the same street whose room was just as unsanitary. The nightmare continues at 1am... with blood stains all over the sheet and rat or mouse droppings!! Neither of the two managers seem to be aware of the deplorable nature of the rooms offered! They ignore the facts and re-make the bed for the next customers in front of our eyes. Both relate the value for money, obviously you have to have money to have a minimum of hygiene. TO AVOID URGENTLY!! How can an establishment like this still remain open? Where are the health checks seeing all the other customer comments? PS: Via booking the comments are not the same as on Google! Odd

Good location, close to Paddington and Hyde park. Upon arrival room was dirty with garbage under the bed from previous guest. Really small bathroom, no leg room in toilet. Shower with stains and mold. Extration vent with plenty of dust. Service was just ok. They try to be nice and helpfull but most of the time they are checking their phones instead of focusing on guests.

First Floor TerraceLas hamburguesas en Diner fácil. son preciosas! eds Si pides que una comida te dan patatas fritas, aros de cebolla y col, también el tamaño de la bebida es suficiente para dos bebidas, así que en verdad te la pena. La única cosa que fue una decepción en mi visita fue la camarera que nos sirvió. Ella parece que no sabía lo que estaba haciendo y no tenía idea de cómo hacer un pago en efectivo y pagar el saldo pendiente, que había dejado de usar una tarjeta, ella también no entiendo muy bien debido a la barrera del idioma. Eso en cuanto a la comida, tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable.

Parecía que era demasiado pedir leche de avena. Mi chocolate caliente estaba lleno de cacao sin disolver. Nos sentimos muy poco bienvenidos! No volveremos de nuevo.

15 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3WA EnglandI visited Joe the Juice with a friend on Wednesday the 12th. While the smoothies were enjoyable, unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. When we arrived at around 7:15 pm and ordered two smoothies, the waitress made a joke about the high price, which was unprofessional. To make matters worse, 15 minutes later, they turned up the music to a loud volume, even though the closing time was not until 8:00 pm, making it uncomfortable for customers to stay. Additionally, the bathroom was marked "Out of Order," which seemed to be a tactic to encourage customers to leave before closing time. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and not worth the cost. I will not be returning to Joe the Juice and cannot recommend it.

1418 London Road NorburyI took my mum for mother's day treat, for breakfast. Ordered aloo paratha, and halwa poori breakfast. We waited 30mins or so to be told that they didn't have aloo paratha, as they had run out of allo prep, they had to preapre it. And it wasn't busy at the restaurant at all when we went, around 11am. Then we said just give us the halwa poori, in which we only got chana and halwa and not the allo vegetable. Overall the service is very slow, no apologies and their standard of cooking is not stable, keeps on changing.
