We went there for Dinner and breakfast. The food were delicious and love the atmosphere.

We used to get this dish and it was plentiful but not anymore. The price has gone up and the meat and chicken content has dropped dramatically. Also the rice is much less. We won't be buying this again as it's just a waste of money. Shame

Brilliant food the best curry I've ever had.

Called and made an order for collection. Received food with excellent customer service from the team, and the food was delicious, flavourful, and very fresh. Great value for money, as the portions are generous.

A hidden gem! - We came across Sala Thai Kitchen after visiting the Cathedral around the corner. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating even though it was mid afternoon & unexpected. Really lovely food, (although I wasn’t expecting the massaman fish to be in breadcrumbs). Definitely recommend trying this new restaurant.

Popped in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon with my partner. The restaurant is well presented and spotlessly clean. The waiting staff were very polite and accommodating. I ordered a peroni top and a bottle of house water, we recieved these along with a stray glass of wine, that wasn't ordered or consumed. The grilled chicken appeared to be frozen chicken chargrils from the supermarket, the fillets were very small, thin and dry, and smothered in BBQ sauce. I ordered the Lamb Iskender. The lamb Kofte had far too much mint mixed into it, which flooded the taste of the lamb. Furthermore the kofte was overcooked, making it very dry and leaving a bitter aftertaste. I left feedback with the waitress who asked if I would like to order something else, to which I declined. My partner had a chocolate fudge cake for desert, which looked and tasted amazing, accompanied by strawberries, blueberries and cream. When I asked for the bill we were charged £55 in total, including the stray glass of wine and a pre-included 10%service charge. We basically were charged £11.56 more than the price of what we ordered. Basically the restaurant looked very nice and the waiting staff were very good, but in truth, the food was substandard, especially for the price. Also I don't expect to charged for things I haven't ordered. Taking into account the quality of the food, I believe it was a cheek to automatically add a service charge to the bill. I personally believe a tip should reflect the overall service and should not be expected. Taking into account all the other reviews, I expected so much more, very disappointing indeed. We were going to go back here for valentines day, but after sampling the food and the billing issues We will not be going back here again. If a restaurant cannot cook and serve good quality food, there's just no point.

I would like to leave a review on the way you have treated a member of staff . Degrading discrimination on apperance offering no support even from the manager.this is an absolute disgrace to treat a human being where is the support .guidance.compassion from the manager and your other staff absolutly disgusting behaviour .and by reading some of the feed back .well what can i say . To speak to a staff member in public in front of other staff members is out right un professional behaviour and you call your self a mamager . You should of spoken in private in your office to discuss the situation and to offer support where needed .yes i will post on your site so other people will see how this staff member was treated . Not happy one bit .

With the wonderful welcome from Tulip who continued in this light with service and attentiveness to the delicious meal with fine wine in a comfortable and ambient environment; a real treat. Will certainly go again and hope Tulip is on

Service and fine and the food except the vegetable rice has too much vegetables it hardly looks like rice and the staff don’t know your name when your a regular customer bad place sorry.

Had a lovely evening walk into town and grabbed some chippies to have on the bench with our dog! Chips were fresh, fat and full of flavour... just like our dog haha! These are the first chip shop chips that I've been able to eat in years and not felt ill or felt a vile aftertaste in my mouth. Thank you so much for doing fabulous chippies, it was such a lovely treat for me (And the dog - your new mascot) Highly recommended Staff were lovely too

The pub is really nice. Has a really good atmosphere. Staff is friendly, food is good. Parking is easy but not too much space available when busy. Has a huge terrace area which is ideal to drink a cold pint on a sunny day. Only issue is the speed of sercice... it's not bad but staff could moove a bit faster.

Myself and multiple family members booked to stay here on Friday 2nd May due to a wedding near by. The member of staff working (ONLY ONE) was friendly but was running around serving on the desk, bar and preparing food so service was slow. The rooms were okay but the bed was smaller than other premier inns and were UNBEARABLY hot the rooms were reading at 34 degrees, a fan was provided but that just circulated hot air around and the window only opens about 5 inches. None of us really slept due to how hot and uncomfortable the rooms were. Saturday morning we went down for breakfast and there was very little selection and what there was it was cold.

Friendly staff, clean premises, fresh food, great location. Amazing tasting COD and tartar sauce, will go again!
