Taken here for my birthday and it did not disappoint. Was a very busy service and staff went out of the way to make sure we were taken care of and even gave us some rakia to celebrate. Brilliant food and so nice to see it being cooked in the window.

We popped in for dinner and cocktails on Saturday. We were a walk in and made most welcome and given a lovely table outside. I had the feta salad. My partner had lamb fillet. Both meals were delicious and the service was very fast and friendly. The cocktails were amazing and very good value during happy hour (4-7 every day). Great experience!

Excellent food and service. Lots of choices on the lunch menu all served with a touch of magic! Easy to find and very comfortable chairs and surroundings.

We had a Baby shower, as usual food was delicious, outstading staff, very friendly, entertaining, a very nice space, we always come back. We done several celebrations, even our friends start celebrating there. Well done Misya!

I don’t know where to put this as we got a take out but I am so disgusted with our food I can’t even begin to explain how bad it was. We have eaten at this restaurant many a time and it is always beautiful. However we got a take out tonight and it was beyond awful. For 62 pounds we got a small bit of lamb a tiny bit of rice and some bread and dips. The food was all cold and so disappointing. So much for a pay day treat, what a let down, poorly put together awful take out. So sad as I would not to now eat in the restaurant even though we have done many times before RC

I have visited Misya many times and have always been impressed by the service. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere tends to be lively but can sometimes be very quiet in there. The decor is a little blingy with glitter and the music is quite cheesy but otherwise tasteful. I’ve been disappointed by the food portion sizes and quality lately— the falafel has been quite dry and the meat quite minimal in the dishes but overall I would recommend for authentic Turkish cuisine.

Recommended by husbands work colleagues. Def didn't disappoint. Food was amazing. It's the way a restaurant should be run. The Manager overseeing his staff.

We have always loved Misya and have never had anything but excellent service and excellent food. This particular evening was amazing. I was out with my girlfriends for my birthday (we are all in our 40s/50s) and the night was really one to remember. After brilliant food and drinks the disco and dancing started. The lady who is the general manager had an exceptional skill for managing to get everybody in the whole restaurant up on the dance floor. It was a really fun, casual and relaxed environment full of people of all ages (some groups and some couples) who really just wanted to have a great time. We stayed right up until closing. The staff are the restaurant are (without exception) friendly, helpful and lovely to be around. We are so pleased to have Misya in our town.

Visited here recently with a large group of friends and our children food below average bland and SMALL portion size very overpriced staff was friendly but very slow had to ask 3/4 times for sauce/drinks one member of the group ordered a chicken shish from the main menu it came out the same size as the children’s meal shish asked if they made a mistake and was told no one member of the group didn’t get her food until everyone els was finished eating I have been to many Turkish restaurants and have never before seen one not do a sharing platter this one don’t and you don’t get much for your money at all I would not return left feeling disappointed

I visited this restaurant for lunch with a colleague, the food was okay but personally I didn’t think the lunch deal was particularly good value. The staff were very friendly and I didn’t have any real issues or complaints.

A cracking place especially if you like Kebabs.

I saw them shouting on a poor delivery driver, would not recommend as they need to learn how to treat people nicely. They also advertise their food as Halal without any license/certificate. Not recommended!

2 adults and 2 children under 10. We were in Welwyn Garden City for the day and had seen this restaurant when we entered the area and were looking for parking. We later returned at around 3pm and saw they had a lunch time menu on up until 4pm so we decided to have lunch. We were with our small chihuahua sized dog and he wasn't allowed in the restaurant so as it was a lovely sunny day, we sat outside. What was disappointing was that, once we had said we would be sitting outside - we waited a further 3 - 4 minutes and nobody came out to arrange the tables. I had to put the tables together myself and arrange them so that all 4 of us could sit together. Then once I had done that, the head waitress came out with plates and cutlery, but I then had to ask them to wipe the table down first before any of that was placed on the table. Once that was done the rest was fine. We ordered off the lunchtime menu which was £12.99 for two courses, a main and either a starter or dessert. From the starters we ordered x2 Kalamari and from the dessert the kids had a chocolate ice cream and a vanilla ice cream (1 scoop each). The Kalamari was very nice - one of the best we've had and tasted fresh..not frozen. From the mains we ordered, imam beyaldi, chicken wings, chicken shish and lamb shish. Each came with rice and salad. We asked for cucumbers for the kids and they were not stingy with the portions. Each person had said their main was really nice. We ordered x2 extra chips to go alongside and a large bottle of water. Everything came to £66 and with service charge which was added onto the bill, the total was £73. The expense was the chips which were £4.25 for a small portion and the large bottle of water was just over £5. I found it to be good value when ordering from the lunch menu. Overall, I gave it 4 stars as the service initially was very slow and not really up to standard, however this did get better and we were checked on regularly with the waitress even getting water for our dog 🐕. The food, on the other hand, was very nice - surprisingly nice actually as we didn't expect it to be as nice, being a Turkish restaurant with no competition in a location which predominantly doesn't have a large Turkish community. I would definitely return again as it was only about half an hour drive from us.

We used Misya Meze to cater for a party we were making for 14 people. They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They came and set up everything the afternoon of the party, laying the tables and making sure everything looked nice. We had organised the food we were going to have a few weeks in advance, with suggestions and quantities recommended. The food was presented beautifully and served wonderfully by a Misya Meze waiter. He fussed over all of us and made sure everyone was happy. We loved the surprise extras too. Our friends loved all of the food. It was absolutely perfect and made for a truly memorable party. Thank you to everyone at Misya Meze. Mehmet for all of his help in the planning of the food, his team for the instrumentation of the cooking and delivery of the food and Denis our lovely waiter for the night who so kindly looked after us. We would 100% recommend Misya Meze for catering an at home party.

It’s our local kebab restaurant which we love anyway and we chose to have my husband’s 60th birthday party on Friday night because they have a DJ. What can I say! Mehmet and his team were phenomenal. Everything they promised to deliver was delivered and much more. Their food is always fantastic, fresh and hot but they also supplied all the extras, introductory cocktails, a great Meze for starters (guests told me they thought the starter was the main because it was so generous), a fantastic drinks package, and a great great service to make sure guests left full and happy. They partied with us and treated us as though it was their own party. They decorated the venue, and threw in lots of lovely touches and extras for us which we can’t thank them enough for. Thankyou for a fantastic night! We would not swap this venue for any other. It is cosy and atmospheric and the management run it extremely well. Their priority was to please us - good old fashion great service where nothing you ask for is too much. We are so pleased we chose Misya - thank you again for helping us make great memories:)

really disappointed this time round with ordering from you guys. our order didn't have any sauces , salad, or anything with it. which is a shame as have previously loved from you guys.

Always my favorite Ramen - whenever I'm in Kielce I can't resist it - delicious. Recently, the staff was a bit too aggressive in pointing out which table we could take, even though we were there quite early, because around 12 PM there were only 2 people in the restaurant apart from us, apart from that everything was fine - I recommend it.

Came for a party late Jan. Nice room and very convenient location. Good range of drink at comparable price for the area (but more than I am used to!). Food was very tasty, especially the halloumi, but it came out in a really odd order with a significant delay to the hit dishes which meant because people were hungry they ate all the colder items and then lots of the hot items were left over. It did feel like perhaps they don’t do parties that often. Would like to return to try eating from the menu - I suspect that would be delicious.

This is by far our favourite restaurant in town. Whether it be for birthdays, family get togethers, a night out with friends for cocktails and a dance or impromtu lunches, we're are always made welcome and served delicious food with a smile.

Amazing service the staff are so welcoming and full of good vibes. I booked for my girlfriends birthday and they made the experience a 30th birthday to never forgot the food was lovely. I would highly recommend was a lovely night we’ll be back for sure. I just want to say thank you again to all the staff for being lovely and making the experience so lovely for everyone.

This is a lovely Turkish restaurant with great quality food, friendly and helpful staff and beautiful decor. They often have live music, which really adds to the dining experience. They offer takeaway too, which is always delicious. All in all, I'd highly recommend!

We visited for New Year’s Eve celebrations . Very busy and a bit disorganised . But staff very friendly and helpful . We had a long wait for food but then I guess it was a very busy period . Food was good ..chicken shish was tender , Music and entertainment was good fun

Had a fantastic evening with the girls - service was very good, food was incredible- a bit pricey but it's Christmas so heyho. I had no. 60 which was delicious- had the sorbet for pudding- very yummy - will definitely recommend if budget is not an issue.

Went for my daughters birthday , just the 4 of us . Food I think is always good , Service is good as always, very friendly place . Only thing that bugs me with this and most other restaurants now adays is the already added service charge , always leaves a bitter taste in my mouth ,

Enjoyed my visit here, but I had Turkish recently in Potters bar, and that was superior and cheaper (The Baklava was, however, fabulous). Nevertheless, I would give it 3.5 stars overall and for service and Atmosphere, and I may return and try again.

Dont order a take away, unless you want a whole bunch of lies and to receive your food takeaway in 2024. Constantly blame just eat, but having tried both efforts at a takeaway, both as bad as each other. Bloody dreadful!!

Had a wonderful evening for my birthday with friends. Delicious food as always, great atmosphere and amazing service from start to finish. We sat upstairs which has beautiful interior, a lovely bar and even a performance by a very talented dancer. Our waiter Hamza, made our evening very enjoyable from start to finish. Would highly recommend Misya.

What a lovely place. I just love it. Food is amazing. Staff are so kind and joyful. I've been here twice and both visits were delightful. If you wanna have nice and tasty food, there are many cocktails and nice attitude from staff. Definitely it represents Turkish cuisine and much more. I barely like restaurants but this one absolutely deserves five stars. On weekends there is live music at the upstairs lounge. Give a try. You won't regret it.

Went here sat nite,a party of 8of us .The music by fantastic girl on guitar,staff so well trained,food was excellent.We ended up all dancing & singing, because of the great atmosphere . Management so accommodating, nothing was too much bother.A brilliant nite wud definitely recommend it & we will be returning.

Great service, great food! Fast and quick service, nice atmosphere (had some halloween decorations up for the occasion as well) and great food! There is now a vegetarian starter platter as well, which is greatly appreciated.

You can look at the history yourself. I ordered at 5:45 and it didn’t arrive until after 7. The ‘driver was at the restaurant’ for over half an hour until I rung the restaurant to ask what’s going on to find out the delivery driver wasn’t there and they couldn’t get in touch with them. Basically an hour and a half since ordering and just eat was no help with updates. How long does it take for ‘waiting for an update’ before ANYTHING is done?! Shambles.

DO BETTER!!!!! Everyone who didn't work there, the bellydancer and the DJ, were great. Paid 100 great british pounds for nothing. The Greeks have been free from the Turkish for a few great decades, but today I felt enslaved all over again

Excellent food & best in WG City Can get a bit noisy & we would prefer not to have the violinist moving through the tables. Far too noisy !!
