We visited this quaint little tea room for breakfast today. One of the best cooked breakfasts I've ever had. I asked for my poached eggs to be hard, and they were perfect! Lovely tasty sausages and bacon and 2 rounds of toast, which is rare. Very busy, very friendly owners, and I would highly recommend. I hope the owners see this review as I promised I would leave one. Thank you. We will definitely be returning!

Amazing food and desserts. Also a little kids play area.

This is our families favourite cafe to eat at when in Haverhill. We've been coming here for a little while now. I'm never one to stay on top of doing reviews but I thought it was deserving after having to eat somewhere else because Starburger were very busy today, and ending up not being totally satisfied with the place we ended up. We popped out to have a family lunch, but the cafe was very busy upon arrival and couldn't accommodate us for a little while, which is fine. I expected it to be some what busy on a Saturday. We usually come during the week when it's less busy. We'd already waited for about 15 minutes and it was quite chilly outside so didn't want to wait around much longer. We found another local cafe near by that was much more empty. We weren't too happy with it as an overall, and made us realise just how much we really enjoy Starburger!! Portion sizes are much more manageable. I'm not sure if restaurants think by serving you a mountain plate of food will encourage you to come back... It doesn't for me. Starburger feels and looks more cleaner as well, and reasonably priced. Nice, friendly service too. Next time I will know to wait around, even when it is cold 😁

We went in the foraging tour then a meal afterwards. It was one of the most enjoyable experiences of my life. The foraging was fascinating!! Since I've been home, I've found beefsteak mushrooms and parasol mushrooms and I've picked and cooked them with confidence. I'm now addicted to the whole world of foraging. A wonderful venue. Mark our guide was a legend. A fab day in every way!!!

Lovely welcome by the staff who are very friendly. The food was very disappointing, I had a sirloin steak which was very overcooked and tasted like it had a curry coating. I did not say anything at the time as we were with family and I didn't want to cause any awkward situations. Such nice people but pull your standards up if you want people to return.

Not a bad charity shop overall, plenty of stock, wheelchair accessible and some classic/vintage crockery towards the back. The only downside is the pricing, quite a few items are up for sale that are sometimes double the price than they are normally. For example their second hand dvds, which they sell at £2 each, CEX you can buy the same thing for £1 and other charity shops usually 3 for £1 or 5 for £1. If you want your store to put more money through the till you need to make the products that are donated to you more accessible to the people that want to support the charity.
