Horrible coffee. Toilets absolutely 🤮 disgusting, if you saw toilets before ordering drinks or food you would never entertain the place. Look at the photos of the disgusting toilets. When were these last cleaned hygiene should be upper most 🤮🤮🤮🤮 this was first thing on opening and toilets had not been checked and no check list on the wall either. Sorry can not come back it was just too bad.

Tasteless,oily and small portions

Found this on Google looking for dog friendly places for lunch after a walk and it was fabulous. The sausage rolls were great, the amount of salad was generous, but the quality was exceptional. Everything was homemade and the attention to flavour was outstanding. The staff were welcoming in a way that they knew they had a great product and genuinely wanted us to share in it. Wonderfull place.

Lovely member of staff who served us and the food was good and plentiful. There is room for improvement though regarding the cleanliness of the crockery and cutlery. My fork had remnants of food on which was very off putting, it was replaced, the teapot and crockery were in dire need of a good wash, even though they were black I could clearly see the grease and grime and deep tea stains, the saucer had remnants of food on which I wiped off with a napkin. The milk jug had old dried on stains down the front which was more obvious as it was white. I was thinking ‘why do they think this is acceptable?’ Were it not for that I would’ve enjoyed my meal, but the cleanliness issue was on my mind the whole time.

Dreadful ‘brunch’ experience Extremely poor customer service, one menu for 3 people, lack of interaction and information with a misleading menu. States they had a ploughman’s sausage roll which when we order we were told it wasn’t available. No signs as to what the cakes were, asked, the one we wanted although there were some on display were then ‘unavailable’ Ordered 2 diet cokes as husband is insulin controlled diabetic, 2 large glasses of coke arrived, I took a sip, and questioned what coke it was to be told she had indeed served us ‘normal’ coke….potentially very dangerous!! When the diet cokes then did arrive they were half the size of the original ones… There was also no ice. Cheese scone ordered, arrived dry and solid. There were only 3 other people in the cafe besides us 3, and we waited a ridiculous amount of time for food and drinks. When the toastee arrived rather than walk an extra few steps she lent over the banister, and 2 of our party to pass to me at the far end of the table when she could of just walked round and put it down in front of me. Overpriced and food disappointing compared to other local cafe’s. This was the first time we had visited and it will most definitely be the last. Give this terrible establishment a very wide berth!

No brown sauce sachets nightmare ! But, they did a half portions chippes

Really gorgeous Thai restaurant tucked away in Diss. The staff are lovely and the food is wonderful. I have a food allergy and they were really attentive and good with my food. Would definitely go back

Fantastic, can't fault it. I used to get kebabs here as a teen, I recently moved back into the area.. we stopped by for a chicken burger for lunch the other day, my autistic son loved it! Nice big chicken pieces. So we ordered tonight as a family of 4. Unfortunately I had technical issues and ended up double ordering, I phoned & the staff were very helpful. They told me how to get a refund sorted for my second order. The food was soo good!! We ordered a family meal which included pizza, chicken buger, fried chicken, chips & a drink. All of it was delicious! The chicken wrap was exactly as I remembered it, very tasty! And the Donner kebab with chilli sauce my husband said was delicious too. He was very impressed with the consistency of your chilli sauce! Fast delivery, fantastic service & excellent quality tasty food, we will absolutely be a regular. Definitely recommend.

Met some old friends there for lunch and will definitely be going again! First class all round!

What a find just passing through Diss and looking through windows could see the Mere out off the back windows that enticed us in. Warm welcome and great food. Lovely terrace overlooking the mere.
