Amazing food and a great place to sit and chill out

Very poor quality food . Used to be very good not sure if new chefs or owners but definatly going downhill. Served beer in dirty glasses aswell

This is the sixth time I've tried to enjoy a drink but it always takes too long to get what I've paid for. Today was in the region of 45-60 minutes and I had to give up again in order not to miss my bus home. I've tried different times and avoided busy periods but no luck so far...

I've ordered a Latte and was awaiting my coffee in the queue. And while we were waiting, there was a man who served the hot drinks one at a time for each customer, he did not ask for the drink that each customer had chosen because logically everyone knew what he had ordered in order of arrival . And when it was my turn, he said "Latteee!" and when wanted to take my coffee, he kept it back and asked me dismissively what I had ordered. Which I found weird, until I realized that he didn't ask this question to the customers before and even those who were right after me. He gave me back my coffee, but I felt I have been unfairly treated on the fact I'm black. I did not feel welcome. "Pret à Manger" must be very careful when they recruit staff and make sure they treat customer with respect and dignity. If This man was expecting to serve only white customers he clearly do not have his place to work there. Thanks

Having written a review some months ago asking that the cleanliness and HSE (trip hazards) are addressed, I was pleasantly surprised that the staff who were previously unhelpful and didn't seem to care about customer service, have been replaced with Indian nationals. I found the Indians very customer focused and the toilets were cleaner than L have seen for a long time, the trip hazard on the main entrance step had also been repaired. All I can say is well done to the new staff.

Long time for a takeaway, but we pushed ourselves for a treat, tasty, but disappointed, with no free prawn crackers as requested and agreed as over the price to receive. Dry rice was the best of what we ordered , really really tasty, ribs chewy, sauces nice but not the tastiest punch of flavour.. would go back for the rice

Fui a Spudulike pero no me gustó. Estaba deteniéndome brevemente antes de abordar el 11. 30 autobuses a Londres Victoria desde la estación de autobuses de Norwich, y le apetecía un relleno lleno y sabroso. Fui a Spudulike pensando que proporcionarían un excelente spud, dada su especialidad. Desafortunadamente, el queso estaba fibroso y congelado y la "ensalada de col". Bueno, difícilmente podrías llamarlo así. Era una sustancia muy extraña. Me decepcionó gastar una cantidad significativa de dinero en un spud por debajo del promedio. Fue grande, diré eso. También diré que el servicio fue muy bueno. Pero para resumir, estaba muy decepcionado y no volveré si me encuentro en el área de Norwich nuevamente.

Pretty pointless place now. Seems a bit stupid to not let people eat outside food when it's half empty. 4 of us got told to leave for eating outside food. We were going to buy drinks from the bar once we were done, but the staff preferred that we didn't spend money there for some reason.

Whent at 0645 17 April 2025 the early bird deal was £1.40 even that is expensive it whent up 10p on 1/4/25 to day the price was £1.75 that is 32%in just over 2 weeks for on a normal day less than hot coffee with a cup that is only three quarters full. No price was displayed today that is illegal when I complained I was told Lee must have put it up some bloke appeared with a lap top at 7am and the manager and him were doing prices to display while they talked and the manager kept pointing at me then at 7-20 the price sheets were put in front of the tills utterly disgusting

Llamamos aquí según sea necesario en algún lugar rápido y fácil de comer. Como hemos visitado otros subterráneos con regularidad en el pasado, ¡estamos seguros de que sabemos qué esperar!Los sandwiches eran geniales, y el personal era amable. La zona de asientos fuera es agradable, y todo el lugar parecía limpio.

Don’t bother! Bought a box of cookies as we really craved some Bens Cookies, but we don’t have a store in Norwich, so settled for Millie’s. Really overpriced, cookies were tiny, they all broke in the box. The taste is non existent. Save your money!

Went in for brunch, Cornish style pastry, cappuccino and dutch apple pies, Not asked if we wanted chocolate on coffee, given apple strudle instead of dutch apple pies, Cornish style pasty was more lumps of potato than meat or other veg and dutch apple pie was half inch thick with pastry Don't mind paying for good food but thsiswas a waste

Thank god justice prevailed and the place has been permantly closed as never had the right to start trading as the owner was in receivership and nolinger had control of the property.
