Marquee of St Benedicts in Norwich

DO NOT ORDER!- SCAM! Faked a delivery and calls dp not go through!! Its a norwich number, yet a cambridge order?! Make ot make sense!!! I believe this is a front for illicit activity!

Last Tuesday I went in to this subway it was about 3pm I placed a order on the machine I ordered £11.87 on food it said order number 70 payment approved please go to collection point I it did not print a receipt I when moved to collection the screen said order 69 is ready it did not say my order 70 was being prepared so I tried to get hold of one of the staff to find put about my order they ignored me it was after 2 minutes they finally came over I said where is my order please order number 70 I look at a screen very quick look said not order 70 then waled away and started making other order they did not look at screen long enough to check properly the screen that showed order number said order 69 ready then went to order 71,72 it was about 2 more minutes of trying to get a staff member to find out if they going to make my order or not then other staff member came to the till I asked are you going to make my order please as my bank said the money has come out of my account I also said the machine did not print a receipt he said no not going to make order in a angry tone and walked away they did not have any customer service I am still trying to get my money back I have been trying to get in contact with subway customers service no luck everything I go in to this subway and use the machine it never gives a receipt staff are not friendly or helpful I paid for my food never got it very bad experience I will never go back to this subway I would no recommend this one DO NOT GO THERE I have used other subway and never had this problem in other one staff are friendly and helpful NEVER WILL I GO BACK TO THIS SUBWAY very angry at how I was treated it has been two weeks now and I have still not got anywhere with subway customer service I still paid for food and I can't get a refund NEVER GO TO THIS SUBWAY staff as other subway as alot better

Don’t bother! Bought a box of cookies as we really craved some Bens Cookies, but we don’t have a store in Norwich, so settled for Millie’s. Really overpriced, cookies were tiny, they all broke in the box. The taste is non existent. Save your money!
