Very poor quality food . Used to be very good not sure if new chefs or owners but definatly going downhill. Served beer in dirty glasses aswell

Llegó cuando los pasteles parecían acogedores, al caminar en un café y pastel ordenados que eran agradables, solo una persona que sirvió dio la impresión de que estábamos arruinando su día solo allí, fue grosero en el mejor de los casos y parecía de mal humor, podría haber tenido un mal día, pero me lo echó a perder a mí y a mis hijas que solo le estaban entregando dinero, hay excelentes lugares en Norwich con un servicio agradable, ¡desafortunadamente este no era uno de ellos!

A pleasant surprise. Popped in for a quick coffee and bite to eat. Lovely interior. Friendly service. Good, fresh latte and a tasty bacon and egg bagel. Would definitely go back. Not really sure what the other reviews on this site are talking about.

He estado aquí varias veces, diseño de interiores realmente genial y algunos buenos cafés y tés especiales. Trajo a mi hermana que estaba impresionada con la decoración y su café con leche, se sentó durante media hora trabajando en nuestras computadoras portátiles. Estaba reunido con unos amigos y les dije que nos encontraran allí. Nunca habían estado y estaban, nuevamente, impresionados por la atmósfera. Se fueron con nosotros después de otros 15 minutos, después de que mi hermana y yo terminamos nuestras bebidas. Cuando mi hermana y yo pagamos, un hombre estaba sentado en el mostrador mientras la camarera procesaba nuestros pagos. Mi amigo comentó sobre uno de los rollos de salchicha que había salido, diciendo lo bien que se veía, y este hombre dijo "sí, puedes comprarlos, sabes. O podrías simplemente sentarte y no pedir nada ”. No pidieron nada, sin embargo, mi hermana y yo habíamos tomado bebidas, y otros clientes no estaban luchando por encontrar asientos, por lo que no los molestábamos. Todos hemos trabajado en establecimientos similares, por lo que somos muy conscientes de tales cosas. Vengo a Rabbit regularmente para tomar un café y trabajar, y he traído a mis amigos de la ciudad porque lo califiqué muy bien. Me daba vergüenza haberlos traído aquí. Poco sabía él, mis amigos y mi hermana incluso dijeron "oh, este lugar es tan agradable, definitivamente volveremos aquí cuando tengamos más tiempo"; eso fue antes de estos comentarios sarcásticos e innecesarios. Perdiste un cliente leal y tres clientes potenciales hoy. No habíamos hecho nada malo. Hay tantas cafeterías en The Lanes en las que no se te abusará verbalmente sin ningún motivo. Ir a uno de ellos en su lugar.

La primera visita no comenzó bien. Una gran cantidad de opciones de un menú ya limitado no estaban disponibles ya que la entrega de sus productos frescos aún no había llegado. El café llegó y también estaba bien. Sin embargo las cosas mejoraron cuando llegaron nuestros bagels. El salmón ahumado y un panecillo de huevos revueltos y tocino llegaron con una ensalada mixta y ambos se presentaron bien y se sabían mejor. El viejo adagio que cuentan las primeras impresiones debe recordarse aquí.

We had visited Roots on several occasions and found it so good. Great choice of food and drink.They even had a map of East Anglia from where they purchased their local products, but obviously this has gone bye the way. Now it is Rabbit, what a surprise at the change. Very dark walls, creating a strange feeling. Menu selection very limited. We had the bagels which were not that bad. The sausage rolls which came out after we had placed our order looked fantastic. The selection of homemade cakes looked also appetising.We also ordered 2 local beers which was advertised as from the chiller. When they were served the beers they were not chilled. I asked for a chilled beer and was told "we sell them not chilled". It was suggested that it was put in the chiller, but that was not acceptable, so I decided to have a coffee. I am so disappointed with the change as we will not be going back.

Just wanted to leave a review to say how happy and impressed we were with the service on our visit the other day. My boyfriend and I visited with my dog, Henry and were made to feel welcome instantly. Henry was brought water and the lovely server also brought him some dog sorbet to try (which he loved!). The brownie was gorgeous but huge, and my boyfriend really enjoyed his bagel. The cafe is rather dark but it adds to the cozy feel and is beautifully decorated. Thank you so much!

We had had breakfast here in the days when it was Roots and were always pleased so we thought we'd try the Rabbit version. When we went into the main restaurant we were overwhelmed by the blackness, black paint on the ceiling and walls. Never mind we thought, we'll give it a go. The menu comprised filled bagels, salads and nachos with some things on them. We ordered coffees and three bacon and scrambled egg bagels. The young server went to the front, made the coffees and brought them to us, then disappeared into the kitchen to make the bagels. Meanwhile other customers arrived with no one to greet them. When the bagels arrived they were accompanied by some limp salad leaves and it seemed as though the eggs had been precooked and reheated. The bagel was dry, and the overall effect was not very pleasant. The bill came to nearly £30. I don't wish to criticise the young server who appeared to have been left to do everything. I will however criticise the poor management of this establishment, and the fact that there seems to be very little reason for it to be in business

Stopped for a quick coffee and a sausage roll, wasn't sure if the place was open on a Sunday as it look very dark from outside but served by a very pleasant young lady and enjoyed a fantastic sausage rolll
