Pret a Manger in Norwich

I've ordered a Latte and was awaiting my coffee in the queue. And while we were waiting, there was a man who served the hot drinks one at a time for each customer, he did not ask for the drink that each customer had chosen because logically everyone knew what he had ordered in order of arrival . And when it was my turn, he said "Latteee!" and when wanted to take my coffee, he kept it back and asked me dismissively what I had ordered. Which I found weird, until I realized that he didn't ask this question to the customers before and even those who were right after me. He gave me back my coffee, but I felt I have been unfairly treated on the fact I'm black. I did not feel welcome. "Pret à Manger" must be very careful when they recruit staff and make sure they treat customer with respect and dignity. If This man was expecting to serve only white customers he clearly do not have his place to work there. Thanks

Lots of clean tables and fridge well stocked but this restaurant let down by rude and unhelpful staff

Entré aquí mientras mi hija estaba de compras. Estoy tan decepcionado de que hayan detenido mi envoltura de aguacate y ensalada. No hay nada allí que pueda comprar ahora para comer, así que tomé un capuchino.

Las mesas nunca están limpias, siempre hay que preguntar. Baños sucios desde que la directora embarazada se fue Me encanta la comida porque soy muy quisquillosa, pero si ves a alguien limpiar una mesa, tendrás suerte. Par de personal miserable también

Buena comida para llenar, donde nos aplastamos con otros comensales pero es rápido y fácil. Tuve una ensalada de pollo con salsa de vinagreta, cerveza de jengibre de una lata y rebanadas de mango para seguir. ¡No es gourmet pero es Pret A Manger! Podría funcionar con más espacio entre las mesas, por lo que no tiene que moverse para dejar que otras personas tomen una copa o usen las instalaciones. Amo la simplicidad pero quizás menos es más.

Stopped here for coffee and lunch. Nice seating in and out. Good service and usual Pret menu and coffee

On a tight schedule, a dozen of us we served pretty quickly after we had self selected sandwiches, wraps, cold drinks etc. Just what was required.
