Ordered a takeout from here, hugely disappointed. 1/2 Peri peri chicken was stale, cold and smelly. Honestly, looks like old chicken that was chucked in the freezer and microwaved with a few seconds on the grill lol. Please don’t serve this type of food to your customers, it’s not safe at all. Defo won’t be revisiting.

My husband and I enjoyed a good meal this evening and we were looking forward to eating steak. The cut of our choice is rump, you now only offer sirloin. It was cooked to our liking but is no where near as enjoyable as eating rump steak, which is much more tasty and a better texture. Not the fault of the staff as they can only cook what you sell. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. No complaints except the cut of steak. We would pay a bit more for rump.

We stayed overnight to fly to Gran canary’s We went to Foggs restaurant it was just what we needed after travelling 3 and half hours from Lincolnshire. We had brilliant service from the boys in the restaurant and bar food was good very reasonably priced. Thank you Vicky and Andrew

I was in this pub this evening,where, to my and everyone else's surprise, the power suddenly went out, and instead of having a backup plan in place, the staff and bouncers promptly kicked everyone out. It was quite shocking that they didn’t seem prepared for an emergency like this. There was no provision for continuing to serve food or drinks, and customers had no option to purchase refreshments. The lack of lighting or any form of heating added to the discomfort, making the situation even worse. It’s really disappointing to see a place with no contingency plan for such situations, especially when they rely on providing good customer service and hospitality. The staff also locked the front doors and gave a 15 minute warning before everyone got kick out.

I had a highly disappointing experience at Nando's Luton Town Centre on June 11, 2024. During my lunch break, I ordered a Mediterranean salad, 1/2 avocado, and chicken thigh to go. Upon returning to work, I discovered mushrooms in my salad, to which I am allergic. This ingredient was not listed on the menu, which is a serious oversight. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, who advised me to come back to the restaurant for a refund. As I had already taken my lunch break, this was not possible. He assured me that the mushrooms were from the olives (something not mentioned on the menu) and that I would receive a refund. Despite my efforts, including visiting the restaurant twice and leaving my contact information, I received no callback or refund. When I visited the restaurant again to resolve the issue, I was met with extreme rudeness from the manager, Jay. He accused me of lying about the mushrooms and was dismissive of my concerns. His unprofessional behavior was unacceptable, especially considering the potential health risk involved. If I had consumed the food, I could have been seriously ill, possibly requiring hospitalization. The lack of concern and poor customer service at this branch is appalling. I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this location, especially if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies.

This place offers good fast service. It’s expensive, but comparable with other restaurants at the airport. You can see into the kitchen, where you can see the ingredients all stocked. I was particularly annoyed as I could see a large stack of eggs; so I could tell they were cooked fresh. I wanted poached eggs but was told that they were not available from the menu - only fried or scrambled! Simply shocking! I’ll pick somewhere else next time!
