Got tired of travelling but black sheep coffee make me feel fresh ... also the way staff gave service made my day .... a boy name sidd took my order and was very frank and kind ... was a good communicator .... satisfied service 😁

Nice stop before a flight. The really friendly Indian guy made for us a delicious coffee before our departure. even though he was coming from a night shift, at 11am he served us the best smile and vibe. Namaste

Bit low on vegan food but staff very good

A gentleman named Yasin made my hot chocolate and it was divine 😋, super creamy with extra sauce, he was really really really friendly and helpful. Best first experience of Black sheep 100% would go again before I fly. I also had a pizza sandwich which was cooked perfectly by one of the employees Emmanuel who helped me through the vast menu that's available. There was also someone called fahmida who helped me find my way around the airport and I noticed was also extremely kind to other customers as well which I found quite professional and welcoming. All round good service and team.

Black Sheep is always my go-to spot for an almond croissant—it’s honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. I even make it a point to visit wherever I can find one. During my recent visit to Luton Airport, the Black Sheep staff were absolutely lovely and super cooperative. I was lucky enough to snag the last almond croissant in the store—what a win! I highly recommend trying their almond croissant paired with a latte. You won’t be disappointed!

Stumbled upon this cozy coffee spot during a match break, and honestly, it was a win in itself! The coffee was spot-on, and the service by Diwesh made it even better. Food was blend, no spice or any taste, coffee was so weird in taste I could not drink it, it tasted horrible I ordered large latte it was mistake. Atmosphere there is idk a lot of ppl just sitting there without drinks just with luggage, I know it's an airport but there is a lot of place to sit out side of this coffee shop, and it's not like they wait for drinks or anything, staff was not preparing that many drinks to have a full place with ppl , no place to sit because ppl with luggage... At least service is good, fast, nice and pleasant personel.

I ordered matcha latte and I must say I prefer it to any other coffee shop at the airport. The place is tidy, all tables have charging ports. Staff was lovely, smiley, especially Martyna. They also play great music!

Such a good place in the airport to relax and got a good service from Antony.

We came for breakfast as we had an early morning flight, i had a sausage sandwich my partner had a toastie. He is now bed bound with a bad stomach and we can’t do anything on our city break. The bread was all soggy and the cheese looked questionable. Definitely will not be eating here again
