Absolutely my favourite spot at the airport.. It’s situated at the cozy corner of airport offering variety of cuisines with relaxed atmosphere.Excellent customer service by Divesh who looked after us very well during busy time with his efficiency and friendly services. Divesh helped me to decide with drink and food, he also made sure I am happy with it, he has been absolutely outstanding managing everything in the busy cafe.I highly recommend this place.

It was extremely busy morning, Divesh took my order and he was such a nice pleasant person to deal with, we have 2 toddlers and it was chaotic but Divesh was so patient and had a lovely smile to offer. Best experience so far at Luton airport in a long time! Thank you Divesh for the excellent service and making our journey a little easier today:)

Despite the low number of visitors, I had to wait quite a long time for my order. The “Norwegian waffle with strawberries and cream” was OK, while the “Berry smoothie” tasted more like cardboard than berries. I didn't receive a receipt either.

It’s a super nice place. The guy serving me gave me the vibes of On Call Cafe back at Stanford, CA. I think his name was Divesh. Very pleasant to interact with and brews your coffee with the warmest smile. Makes you forget that ur in a busy airport for a good 10 minutes.

Black Sheep Coffee is hands down one of the best coffee spots I've been to. The vibe is modern yet cozy, with a great mix of chill music and friendly General manager ( Divesh ) who genuinely has the knowledge of coffee. I tried their specialty brew and it was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. You can really taste the quality in every sip.

First time at Black Sheep Coffee and love all the options and health boosts you can choose from. Also love a strong coffee and there’s a lot. I’d say for the quality it’s reasonably priced. The food options are also great but disappointed that both things I wanted weren’t in stock. Service was great but it is modernised. I miss ordering from a person at the till and the screens may be efficient but overall just gross me out (anywhere I go). Efficient but not for me I guess. That being said, when I did get to the till Justin and Sidd were very professional and polite, offered me options when the stuff I’d ordered wasn’t available. Flat white with gut boost shot was lovely. I do prefer drinking coffee from an actual cup as opposed to disposable. Overall 4 stars as food and coffee was lovely and service (once I got to the people) was great.

I forgot to do a review, yesterday I met an Italian guy named Manuele, he made me a super delicious Norvegian waffle,we also had a little chat, was an amazing experience 5 star deserved!

Last month went to Europe for a holiday and stopped by this cafe at airport. Was starving and wanting some where i can relax my self and have a lovely coffee then found black sheep coffee right infront of my eyes.so ordered my coffee and some savoury to go with it. Customer service best . I was served by a handsome staff named sidd was very friendly and helpful and had a cheerful smile. Food was excellent, ebviromnent customer service was amazing . So i recommend this cafe when you are at luton airport.

A gentleman named Yasin made my hot chocolate and it was divine 😋, super creamy with extra sauce, he was really really really friendly and helpful. Best first experience of Black sheep 100% would go again before I fly. I also had a pizza sandwich which was cooked perfectly by one of the employees Emmanuel who helped me through the vast menu that's available. There was also someone called fahmida who helped me find my way around the airport and I noticed was also extremely kind to other customers as well which I found quite professional and welcoming. All round good service and team.
