"The wedding itself was beautiful, and the venue had a lovely atmosphere. However, the food could be improved, and the restrooms need better maintenance. It would also be helpful to have a larger, dedicated space for prayer time."

I have used Venue Central on a few occasions and they have never let me down! Service was fantastic as always! Food was complimented by all the guests! It's always a pleasure working alongside such a dedicated team. Everything was executed perfectly—couldn't ask for more. Would always recommend No amount of questions are too many! I have to say this place charges decent money but the food is well below average. Not what you expect when the chef’s simply don’t put in any effort on the standard or the quality of their food. Literally an amateur can cook better than these lot. Because for me and many other’s it’s the taste and quality of the food that matters not the way the venue is set up or decorations.

Guy in the car park start barking like a dog don’t park here . Where else shall I park ? On your head not my fault the car park is limited change locations n it my problem . Also thank god I never used the car park …. RATS RUNNING AROUND THE CAR PARK I HAVE VIDEO PROVE

I visited venue Central on the occasion of fundraising evening of Kashmir Orphan Relief Trust (KORT) for the largest hospital in Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Its a memorable day for me as I joined my first ever fundraising event.

The WORST venue. Upon arrival was greeted by Ilyas unsure whether he is a waiter or a security guard of the car park. He is the rudest, most ignorant, ill mannered and uneducated person I’ve ever come across. He ruined my closest cousins wedding, be rest assured none of my family will be booking with this hall/venue again. He was very rude to my relatives who travelled over two hours to attend our family wedding! Absolutely appalling service.

JazakAllah Khair We had guests from across Europe, a few places in US, some doctors and generals etc from back home Karachi and Lahore, people who are used to big parties and posh events etc. They loved your place and said the food was great which is a big compliment considering the food in Lahore and Karachi is amazing. Honestly, they had a lot of good words to say. May Allah SWT put more barakah in your business.

Can handle high head count on its two floors, was there for a wedding recently, Hall was packed out, some on site parking available, the rest had to park on the main road on single yellow, lucky it was Sunday. Disgusting management, Mitu is so rude. He asked us to come attend a viewing at someone else wedding, wouldn't let us view the venue, didn't confirm the location, refused to give tasters, was so abrupt and disgusting tone. First said they order food from out and then said it's inhouse catering, make your mind up, the food isn't freshly made as he said he still needs to steam it all. Refused to show us how the food was going to be served. If a wedding starts at 6, why isn't the food not served till 8:30. The venue might look nice but the toilets weren't clean at all, cobwebs everywhere, chairs in the waiting area were stained, staff weren't well dressed, looked like they just got out of bed.

Food was ok. The parking attendants were rude. They turned aome cars including mine away whilst allowing some cars to enter even though we were at front of queue.and there we could see there were plenty of spaces.

Nice entrance. Lots of places to take nice pictures. Parking is good. Food was okay. Not bad. Wasn't amazing and wasn't poor. The service provided by waiting staff was excellent. Great attention to guests. Center pieces were okay. They had a lift aswell which is brilliant for a venue to have for disabled people. Overall seems alright. Just wasn't amazing and didn't have a wow factor but I would imagine it meets most peoples needs and all the essentials you would expect from a wedding venue to be ticked off.

Well decorated & Have enough parking space

Massive amount of space good for wedding, table and chair are what your would expect at a wedding, place to pray as well. Parking is a bit tight and is limited compared to the size of the hall, but otherwise, it was good to visit.

The best. Used for my son's wedding. Lovely venue, fabulous experience from start to finish. In particular both Mitu & Kabir were outstanding, well organised, polite and always went that extra mile to help out. Made it a less stressful experience. Was allowed to tailor the standard menu and they accommodated the changes effortlessly. Highly recommended, would definitely use gain. Many thanks

The location isn't the best but the inside was very nice and clean. Service was fast and friendly.

Venue is fine, food is very poor. Catering needs an overhaul. They've been serving substandard food for too long now. A big shame.

Well laid out venue with decent amenities, biggest negative is the lack of parking available for large functions, cars need to be left in residential bays, sometimes a street or two away.

The food was below average honestly i never had such bad food like this before on a wedding plus the space is very little

We attended a charity dinner here organised by FOBE. The venue was clean and the service was efficient. The food was tasty too.

Nice place and service was good, the food was nice and hot , the staff were nice and polite. The only issue was the lack of parking so people were parked on the main road and even on white ziz zag lines.

Worst experience of my life! The drinks were all flat and had no fizz to them, even though I sent the bottles back TWICE. Therefore, the only thing I had to drink was water. The food was flavourless, cold and didn’t taste nice at all! It remained untouched on our table because no one liked it. The customer service was awful as the waitress refused to give us desserts just because we weren’t at the table (we had gone to the restrooms). The bottle was dirty and I sent it back but the waitress bought me back the same bottle! All she had to do was clean the top bit, which I then had to do myself. Very very poor customer service! You’re spending so much money for good quality food and service but you don’t get that. It’s a waste of money! Go to Crescent Hall on Dunstable Road instead.

The centre itself is amazingly decorated and laid out. This venue is brilliant for wedding celebrations and has the capacity to cater a big audience. The only issue would be parking in and around the area where it is situated, but apart from that, the centre is really good

Really nice venue. Good food. Hardworking staff who want to help and stand around incase anything is needed and then actually do the job! Special thanks to kabir and khalid for management and making sure everything went smoothly. Venue was clean. Enough parking for our event and the venue looks great in photos. Thanks again! I went to wedding yesterday and the service was ten out of 10 food was 10/10

They need to spend some money and time to bring this place back to its previous standard. Cheap staff provide cheap service. Parking is great and they do have some outdoor photo areas. On a very busy road.

I feel like the venue has gown down hill! When I got married there was lovely , then after the food does not taste great at all also I hate the fact especially for evening wedding they literally chuck you of the tables so bad unprofessional! Please be kind and let guests eat in peace and talk

What a venue. the host was Incredible and the waiters were all on point. 110% top service Can't fault it. The place is wonderfull the decorations WoW! plenty of parking spaces plus security on hand too so ur in safe hands.. we have had 2 functions here..

Came from Birmingham. Had a wonderful experience. It was a pleasure having a wedding here. The food was very nice and the service was brilliant. The foyer & stage setup were all decorated beautifully.

Had my wedding here few months back and Mithu and team were amazing!! From the very first moment we booked with them, any questions I had were answered with such ease and super quick! Food was to die for and the decor choices impeccable. The money that has recently been put into it for renovation has definitely paid off. My family post wedding raved about how amazing the food was and how smooth everything ran on the day. Would recommend!! Hajrah

Visited this place for a wedding. Not one of the very spacious venues for Asian weddings, but they have used the space quite wisely for medium-sized gathering. Inside the entrance, they had stacked up fruit juices. Separately, they laid down fresh fruits and desserts as well as chocolate fountain. Food was one of the best I have tasted in a long time at a wedding except lamb kebabs that lacked flavour. Overall, I think it ticks most of the boxes, although service does need to be improved.

The other venue might be better but it's still good

Food is not good its smell was coming from kabab and also i ask for pink tea the waiter said wait then he started giving to the other people after 40mins he sever me a helf of cup. After all i said the people works in that place they not good.. the old owner above 4 years ago they was very good nice service everything was on time..😥😥😥

Was at a wedding, the venue, food was spot on and I was very impressed how the waiter's were organising the tables and helping eachother out. Just got back from venue central leagrave, my 2nd cousin had her wedding here today and it was fantastic the food was amazing and wholesome the staff were polite professional and on hand they catered the event superbly i cant praise the staff enough they are the backbone of venue central. One thing i would say the car park was reserved for VIP but there is plenty of parking around the venue i literally got a parking space a minute away. I live in London and I've been to some top notch places like around Mayfair and the Ritz, Shard building and honestly the food here was just as wholesome and just hit the spot

You expect the venue to be accommodating and helpful on an already stressful day. Ilyas was great however Mitu turned everything into an issue and decided to be really difficult. Fortunately the guests were happy however the family will forever remember the stress caused by the venue. VC doesn’t need recommendations and probably don’t care about reviews but it would be nice to be treated with respect considering the money we paid.

rubbish hall and bad service. had 2 events there and unnecessary chaos started from the workers which nearly ended up in a fight and was caused by young workers shouting at kids using foul language. don’t recommend it at all!

Beautiful wedding, with lovely people, shame about the management, specifically Ilyas who chose to pull the chair the photographer was standing on without warning and "shout get off the chair". The photographer is a professional with full insurance and she has covered weddings at palaces with no issues around standing on chairs. A simple, please can you not stand on the chair would have been sufficient as we are all reasonable souls. The fact is she could have fallen off, but then instead of apologising he snatched the mic from me and stated, I'm getting you lot out if here. We were guests at this wedding and did not know it had overrun. The professional attitude would have been to speak with the families who had booked. He then became even ruder stating, I don't want to talk to you, get on with your job, which he literally told her to stop doing a second ago. Absolutely awful customer service, clearly this has been an issue in the past, I wouldn't have been surprised had I of seen the reviews before I went. I don't know if he was intimated by women but he seriously behaved in the most disgraceful manner, even when male guests inteveneed to inform him that he was wrong and needed to calm down. Nella our waitress was awesome, unlike some of the others who walked around aimlessly, and even took food away when we said that people were still eating. Horrendous customer service!

I had such a great experience with venue central as a bride they catered for all my requests even to the point where we had a number of excessive guests. The food was amazing and fresh as well as the layout of the fruit and chocolate fountain. I loved it so much! The staging and decorations were beautiful and I would like to personally thank Mithu for planning my wedding so well and handling everything professionally. I would highly recommend venue central for weddings, events, etc.

Service is really excellent but food quality is not up to standard. I have attended more then 11 weddings in last 6 years and food quality has always stayed the same. Hope they change the chef or improve the quality and taste of food

Had my wedding at this venue back in 2019. My guests still can't get over how amazing the food was! Catering to decor was all perfect enjoyed my day thoroughly with no stress. Only issue with this hall is parking as its very limited.
