Food was 4/10 , worst thing was the pepsi taste like water stop mixing water !

I used to eat here regularly. Well not here exactly as the restaurant was round the corner. But I have recently moved back to Luton and had to revisit. The food is still fantastic, hasn't missed a beat. It was delicious, filling and masterfully cooked. I can't praise it highly enough. The staff were welcoming and friendly, finding time to interact and check in even though they were busy on the phones for orders and short staffed. Absolutely fantastic. I was there relatively early and got to enjoy the restaurant to myself for a while. It is tastefully decorated and kept immaculately clean. When other diners did show up they were greeted and treated to the same friendly welcome and high calibre customer care.

Just got a take away from here, for 3 and it was al really nice 👌

In my latest visit to Raj Finest Indian Cuisine, I indulged in two standout dishes that left a lasting impression. The Tandoori Mixed Grill, served with a fluffy naan bread and priced at £11.95, was a symphony of smoky flavors and perfectly charred morsels. Equally impressive was the Chicken Shashlick Main, a steal at £9.95, which tantalized my taste buds with its succulent pieces of chicken, marinated and grilled to sheer perfection. These dishes are a testament to the restaurant’s prowess in delivering health-conscious yet flavor-packed meals.

I ordered King Prawn On Puri and Chicken Tikka from them and they are one of the of the best Indian dishes i have tried so far.

This is my 1st review pilau rice was slightly dry, I had lamb vindaloo, the lamb chunks were huge, and melted in your mouth, so succulent, vindaloo slightly spicier than most places but that's how I love it, bombay aloo, absolutely tasty, garlic naan was nice, wish had more garlic but no complaints, came to £19.24 so got another dinner for tomorrow, would I come back again is the big question? Of course I would, my constructive criticism to help you improve would be steamed rice to make it more moist and slightly more garlic, nothing negative here, all good, remember to have massive chunks of lamb and so tender is hard to do in most restaurants, I'm foodie, and this was banging.

Terrible i ordered the special offer the chicken massalla is coconut and tomato purée mixed with chicken tikka and the pilau rice is so dry probably microwaved for long time and the side dish veg bhaji is disgusting its just cabbage and potatoes everything went straight into the bin 🤮🤮

First time in the restaurant for a birthday celebration with 11 people. Food was cooked perfectly, fresh and tasty, staff went above and beyond, lovely and curteous, definitely recommend, will be returning soon.

Food never came, tried calling multiple times, no answer, uber couldn't get through either, avoid if you actually want your food to arrive.

Very nice Indian cuisine: tasty, fresh and in good quantity. The service is fast and friendly. The restaurant moved from the previous location and now is more comfortable.

We order from the raj every time. Tasty hot plenty of meat cylon and vindaloo madras. They are all tasty. With rice and Bombay aloo plus peshwari naan .soooooo good ..

Was working down luton from manchester for a week and visited this place on the Tuesday and then got food from here Wednesday, Thursday Friday.....best Indian cuisine i have ever tasted and i actually wanna travel back here with my mrs on a weekend just to let her experience it....what a curry !!! And Abdul was the most pleasant and friendly guy ever this place is literally to good to describe....thank you abdul !

picked up a meal yesterday, it was absolutely fabulous. Don't understand some of the negative review, food was full of flavour and very tasty. I definately recommend. Biriany was pucker and lots of it too.

Ordered biryani, Bombay aloo and salad with few starters. Starters were ok, but the biryani was very dry and tasted 2 days old and the salad was also clearly days old, the potato also tasted as if it had been cooked a day or two ago. Absolutely awful

Regularly order from Raj food always arrives on time piping hot, tastes great and isn't swimming in oil.

Perfect atmosphere and kitchen, the staff is very polite and friendly and everything is just perfect strongly suggest to come and try it out!

I ordere your food for few years now and it was always pleasant experience. Beautiful curry and most delicious nan bread. Very nice customer service, always happy to order or eat in. I am not sure what's happened today, but it wasn't edible at all...I had to bin everything. Mixed starter ( my favourite, always order the same) was chewy, chicken Buna was bland bowl of undercooked onion and uncooked tomatoes with few pieces of chicken. You always used to serve me such a delicious curry and today it was just one big disappointment. Sag alo was tasteless no spices, not even a salt...I didn't even try your rice or nan ( and I always loved your nan bread) ... I just hope that your chefs are on holiday and hopefully in few weeks time you'll get your amazing standards back. Your loyal but very very disappointed customer

The food is amazing, really flavourful. They deliver within their estimated time scale, warm and friendly staff and the deliveries have attention to detail, it packaged beautifully with the type of added touches you would normally only get in restaurants.

Absolutely Appalling. My Daughter and I ordered 2 main meals, 1 Rice , 1 Nan and chips. We were charged £27. Which I thought was very expensive. But the worst part was finding 4 Thick like hairs in our meals. When I phoned to inform them they denied this. I told them I had taken photo's of them and the manager became very aggressive and rude towards me. He then tried to convince me they were hairs from their pastry brushes. He would not give me a refund so our meals ended up in the bin. A very expensive waste of money. My advice choose a different takeaway

Food always good, and good value. Often use for delivery. Sadly the current waiting staff, one in particular is not doing doing the place any favours. Very brisk in he service, far too hurried, and tries to get every penny out of you. Will continue for delivery but will avoid going there for time being.

Ordered a takeaway from just eat from here food tasted good. A little oily and greasy so I've knocked a star off but not bad would definitely order again.

This is a very small restaurant and you can get very personalised service. I always find the staff very welcoming, helpful and warm. The food is usually very good and well prepared. The service is usually quite speedy. I would suggest that before you visit that you book as it is so small. There is a section which is probably suitable for someone with disability. They are willing to serve alcohol and have a reasonable amount. It is great to take a small group or for a couple who is looking for somewhere quiet. Highly recommended. Try it I believe that you may love it too.

Card machine mysteriously worked after waiting twenty minutes with food cooked when manager turned up. Gave me diahrea and cold sweats totally sick just about bareable. Then manager turned up at my door and wanted to know my life story. To be honest it just shows how rubbish Luton is all round.

Not very happy with this restaurant atall. We ordered our meal and it wasn't very nice to say the least. I normally just put it down to a bad order and leave it but my partner ended up being very sick not long after eating the food. The chicken in the curry was very tough and didn't taste right. I called the restaurant and spoke to someone and explained the sitation, they just told me no one else complained so the chicken must have been okay. Will never order from here again or reccomend it.
