Absolutely awful service had to repeat my order three times … chicken and chips (all of 10 chips in the box) taste like cardboard. Avoid this rubbish place, a waste of money … never going back.

First time ordering here, I must say lamb Karahi is absolutely my favourite here tasty nice and soft full of flavours

Haven’t ordered from this place since I was a kid, and absolutely stunned that the food quality hasn’t changed at all and still been tasteful and perfect. I ordered daal and lamb curry and I can say confidently that this is one of the best places to get authentic home cooking food at affordable price. This is now my go to and I cant recommend this place enough. I have tried many curry places in Luton and this is so far the best. Thank you guys got such a lovely meal.

Order was missing chips and drink with meal.The sweet rice was burnt and went in the bin. Everything was lacking in taste.

Awful food Overcooked Dry Cold

Consistently good food and service over the years.

Ordered a large doner kebab wasn't cut properly tasted horrible, salad was just full of onions had 1 cucumber badly disappointed.

Peri Peri wings smelt off and the chicken and chips were extremely dry and tasted stale like they had been fried and refried again and again.

Ordered saag with paneer, so good Can’t wait to order again!!!

Chicken was overcooked with skin burnt, as if it had been cooked taken out and then refried to make hot again.

Nearly a hour late and food wasn’t to its usual standard

the bombay potatoes was so oily and asked for it to be hot ans it wasn't even hot

Food came early BUT the quality of food was a disappointment I am absolutely gutted as a food blogger my duty is to be honest and stand by what is right. Food arrived early was cold and very small portions of chips, burger was over cooked and donner kebab portion was less than half. Chicken pattie was burnt, dried tasted awful.

Delivery was 30 minutes late, and the food was cold. No flavour and watery. The curry was chicken was old

My friend recommended this to me and in the last 2 weeks I've order 3 times and the food is amazing. I ordered food today and they forgot my chips; I called them about my chips and this is the first time I've had an Asian run place come all the way just to deliver some chips. They have really good customer service as I have never had a restaurant in luton deliver food that they forgot. Thank you so much.

Sent wrong item originally but very quickly made up for it and added extra in with a very quick second delivery. Food was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Just didn’t hit the spot, the biriyani seemed to smell a bit off, so not sure if the rice had gone off as it had lemon but the taste wasnt as good as last time

Food was amazing- my family are regular customers and we even got some extra food for free (samosas and sweet rice). Customer service was lovely- flamers never seem to disappoint!

We were hungry so we ate the food but it was not worth it.. the chicken was sooo dry like it had been sittin for couple of days.. and the chicken burger tasted sour and it was rubbery and dry.. first and last time ordering

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - Absolutely terrible customer service very rude staff with extreme attitude. I'm not even a fussy person but was Absolutely shocked how I was treated. They increase the price when you come in be aware everyone. Very dishonest establishment. Chicken burgers were good, chicken was spiced well just a tiny bit hard otherwise great!! Qeema naan was on spot!!

Had really, mouth watering lamb kadahi in whole Luton. Bestest delicious cuisines I have ever had till now.

Wouldn’t ever use again. The korma was half full of oil. The naan was crispy like a cracker. The onion Bargy was in pieces. Most of the meal went in the bin. Obviously they have no interest in selling quality food.

Usually their food is good but today not one thing was good. It looked like someone's leftovers had been sent. I’m very disappointed this time.

Used to love flamers pre COVID but last few orders are over price and portions seems smaller.

Food is nice, there are better places to eat however within the area this is the best for curries and roti within their price range, overall on a whole this place is good based on the variety that they serve on their menu. Recommended place

The food was terrible. We ordered two Mixed Grill & both meals had undercooked & off meat. It wasn't at all cooked properly. Shocking condition of the food. Not Happy.

Ordered a chicken tikka masala tasted like a vinderloo. Spicy ! Had to bin it could not eat it wont be using this restaurant again

Terrible. 1st dish. Instead of chicken donner kebab received some sort of spicy lamb (I assume, definitely not chicked). 2nd dish. Donner and chips were completly terrible. Everything was wet and soggy, felt like kept in a plastic bag for couple hours. Meat was basically undercooked and tasted terrible. 3rd dish. Peri peri strips meal. Tasted fine, chips were much better than in Donner and chips. However, chicken strips were pathetic, 3 maybe normal strips, and 2-3 slivers of chicken sliced in 1mm thickness. After delivery, I've tried calling restaurant, but they were closed (didn't know that it was close to their closing time at the time of the order), which is fine, I don't expect them to stay longer than needed, however, DO NOT ACCEPT ORDER IF YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE IT WAY BELLOW ANY STANDARD. It's just disgrace to a customer and completely pathetic.

After I got the notification my food arrived 40 minutes later and the delivery driver told me he had too many other deliveries before. This results in my food being served cold and soggy. I phoned the restaurant multiple times to confirm my food had left the shop and to chase the driver explaining my food will be cold by the time it arrives to me. I only live 4 minutes from the shop it’s unacceptable to take 40 minutes from leaving the shop to my house. I have ordered multiple times from Flamers

Doner kebab was good, chips were ok. The chicken was not great as the batter tasted bland.

Food was stone cold and we asked for salad in a wrap and was just dry meat the restaurant refused to send out our order again as thay said its to busey un store i wont be ordering of them ever again we had to bin all of it and lost out on £35 worth of food not happy. The food is always on point when we order from here… today I had a mixed grill kebab - the food arrived hot, meat is very tender and the chips were tasty! Lamb biriyani was delicious too. The delivery was early too which was a bonus! Will definitely be ordering again soon :)

Bread over cooked and hard in placed resulting in not being able to eat it 🤬. This is vey unusual

Didn’t expect this food, the pictures on the meun didn’t match the food. I got a kebab wrap which was flat as a pancake. On the picture it showed nan bread but clearly didn’t get that.

The biryani was excelent….but the bhaji wasnt nice i even said please dont send me the flat bhaijs but they still sent that…& i ordered veg samosas & they sent me the meat ones….not a happy bunny sorry…

Some days they cook the food very well, other days they don’t . Some days they give you fresh food, other days they don’t.

Called and asked why my order was late. No answer given. Told driver was on his way. Order arrived 30+ mons late. Food was cold and most of it was not edible

So so disappointed. The delivery time is an absolute joke. Biryani so plain and the chicken didn’t taste nice. Naan bread tasted like an actual dough. Ordered 1 pc chicken which barely had any meat on it. Unfortunately won’t be ordering again

Used to be a frequent customer but after getting my orders mixed up multiple times and no decent apology or accountability I had to ditch them. Only went there because it was local to me other than that it was always a chaos plus they're always late in their orders say 25 mins but ends up 40 mins sometimes. Also they claim they're "indian takeaway" but actually are some Bangladeshi/Pakistani people just using Indian name to attract more customers!!!!! Avoid!

Food is nice, but they’ve massively increased their prices, we were one of their regular customers, but unfortunately we can’t afford to keep ordering from here, when there are many other cheaper places close by.

Note to self, don’t order from this place again. Extremely HOT and excessive marinade added to kebabs, making them inedible and too spicy. Very unnecessary, feels almost deliberate. Happened 2nd time in a row. Waste of hard earned money. Used to love this place. Real Lack of care.

Food was okay, would've expected better for the prices but maybe thats the cost of inflation.

Use to order from here on Hungry House app few years ago. My favourite thing here was Chicken Tikka Masala and the Mixed Grill. Ordered a chicken tikka masala and wait till you see the pictures of this curry. Omd, it was shocking bad. Nothing like what it's supposed to be. Tasted like a Chicken Cream hybrid with 0 taste. £12 for a large portion. Total waste of monies. Won't be using again.

I notice quite a big jump in prices for food now and some recent reviews have been poor. This is unfortunate as a regukar customer now very reluctant to order.

The lamb chops were so small, I have ordered before and were at least double that size but today they looked like they had shrunk but the flavour was amazing as always. Not really value for money at all this time 😢

They used to be the best but have lowered their standards a lot recently which o don’t understand why as they have increased their prices very heavily however have become so stingy with their meat and chicken etc the quality and quantity is not the same anymore , if your going to charge £9 for a large chicken curry atleast put 4 pieces of chicken in it instead of oil and sauce. It’s sad as I used to order very happily from here before

I must say me & my family have been long time customers of Flamers, but this meal was very much... meh. The food was cold and tasteless. The chips were rough, the meat and chicken were cold as well. Really disappointing to be honest.

Really disappointed this time round. Ordered 7pm arrived 8.45pm tried calling at 8pm for 15 times but no answer, contacted just eat who just said there was a delay. 1hr 45mins for a kids meal and one curry and rice!! The curry wasn’t even that nice v.bland.

Ordered food at 6pm for 7:20 and it came at 7:45

Waited an hour and a half… when it came it was soggy and bland…. Asked for it to be spicy and it was incredibly lacklustre.. ordered the spicy donner meat and chips and could only eat the chips. Very low quality and very disappointing

Absolutely ridiculous timings today. Usually they delay up to 10 mins but today was the worst. Ordered for 4:20 and received message that it was ready at 3:50. Went to collect at 4:30 and chips weren't ready so was delayed by another 10-12 mins. Received food very late during break in shift and only had a little before I had to start working again. Very disappointed - what's the point of a collection time if they can't stick to it?
