It took the restaurant just under 2 hours to deliver the food. I requested an eta via the app but got no response. I then called the restaurant and they advised the food left 20 minutes ago, so shud be with me shortly. I then waited a further 25 minutes before the food was actually delivered. The food arrived cold, family was very disappointed.

Absolutely disgusting service never going to order from here, waiting over 1 hour 45 mins and app saying food is here. Never again

Long wait time for a simple food. If I was to walk into the restaurant to get the food it would take 5 minutes not 45

great food and really tasty peri peri sauce on the meat. only problem was they sent a can of coke instead of a 1.5 litre. managed to get a refund so not problem there. happy overall

unfortunatley not great. lettuce in both chicken burgers had browning on them. 1 out of 2 of the pizzas were burnt. both sets of chips with the chicken burger meals were suuuuper soggy. Maybe this was just a one off. milkshakes were good as was the meat samosa. luckily was 40% off so didnt totally waste the money! id try once more but only if it was 40% off again in case its more of the same !

Hi shopowner, The pizza was pretty awful ....ask 6 youngsters who were heavily disappointed with what is a basic cheese and tomato pizza.. I hope this was a one off and not your usual standard. However, i feel you should know of our experience.

Always good food from here, we was missing chips but they sent some out stright away. Everytime we have ordered the food has always been tasty and hot

Im really not happy i had to call twice and the first time after 5 mins late saying that the food had not left even though on the app it had said enjoy your food, the food arrived and i paid for a large donner meat and fries and a small portion had arrived i would personally like this to be refunded as this is poor service and not what i ordered

the food was absolutely wonderful!The came hot and the flavour were extravagant I always order from here and I've never been disappointed by this restaurant the food quality is amazing as usual.To conclude I will continue to order from here when I want some seasoned and actually spicy peri peri wings.

Our food came cold.. due to the fact the driver couldn’t find the front door. Parking to our house is at the back you walk down an alley way and you will find the front door. The driver had got back into his car and drove round the estate before he returned back to the back of house where he rang me again saying he couldn’t find the house. This is happening more and more often because the drivers cannot be bothered to get out of the car and walk round.

Chicken was really dry. Chips are tasteless.

Decent lunch time grub from here. Early delivery too.

everything was bang on and soo good! Only criticism i have is the peri wrap had no sauce to it so was very dry & no cheese as asked. Tasted good & flavorful just dry as no sauce was put in.

amazing food as always, and they never disappointed with the flavours and temperatures and quality of the peri peri chicken and chips! I've been a loyal customer for a year now and it's my favourite place to order from.

Sometimes late delivery, missing items, one of the guy on phone is always rude. Price keeps changing depends who picks the phone and same for the minimum order to deliver that make it so doggy. A loyal customer for 5 years but now only order as last option.

ETA 19:05.Half an hour later and food hasn't arrived...Definitely lost a customer.

menu needs an update, "cheese bites" are actually chilli cheese bites to my sons shock 😅 chips were soggy, lemon and herb burger was more like a mild peri no lemon taste at all. shame being a local legend and other good reviews was expecting alot better. Milkybar milkshake was good though

We ordered a special platter which was in the leaflet priced at £13.95 & was told that it would be £18.95 so I questioned it & was told that we had an old leaflet so I asked for a new leaflet. When he delivered it he gave us a new leaflet with the prices & it was the same price as the one we've got so I telephoned & was told that it was that price 5 years ago so I said why were they still giving out leaflet with the old prices to which he replied it's ten to ten, I'm closing now & not going to do anything about it, then put the phone down. I looked up the prices on line & it said £13.95

Food boxes weren't closed so all the food fell out into the bottom of the bag, once i scooped it out the food was decent.

Worst doner kebab I’ve ever tried. Greasy and just disgusting. You only sent me 3 wings instead of 6 even these were nasty. Wont be using you anymore I’ve had enough of this establishment

great chips great chicken only one problem the mayo and the sauces you give away they seem too open up spill onto the chicken and the chips then we have too throw away some of the food can you make sure we dont recieve anymore relish or mayo-- apart from that great food

Go to place for a peri, peri double up burger... they put this cheesy/ mayo sauce inside and its unreal. The peri sauce range of flavours is great, xhot all the way... and the burger is huge!

As a loyal customer who attends the shop weekly with my children, I the mother of the young boy who was taken out of the shop this afternoon, am very disheartened by the attitude of the staff member who removed my son from the premises. Due to my younger child being off sick from nursery and vomiting in the car, I was running late to collect my son. I called him and asked him to wait inside the take away we regularly eat at. With the weather being absolutely freezing my son was told he cannot wait inside the shop and was asked to leave. If other customers came in, other tables were available and the shop was not busy. I saw this for myself because thankfully I had arrived as my son was leaving the shop. My son did slam the door as he was extremely upset when he was asked to leave. Had this been dealt with in a polite manner he would never have reacted in such a way as he is a very polite boy. When I did call the shop to speak to someone as to why this happened I was told I was irresponsible and would be reported to social services for not fulfilling my parental duties. My child is at an age where he is allowed to walk home on his own unsupervised, otherwise the school would not be letting him go - the only reason he doesn’t walk home is because of the distance and the weather! We will no longer be attending this place, it’s a shame as my children loved coming to the shop after school once a week! I hope this is not repeated and a more gentle approach is taken towards one of the most vulnerable groups of our community - children!

Recommend the fried chicken as it was so good it could rival Colonel. The peri chicken is grilled to perfection and the fries are perfectly crisp 10/10!

Chips lacked salt seasoning, none was provided separately either. Otherwise the piri chicken wings and strips full of flavour and well cooked.

My partner had the mixed kebab and apparently it was great! Good delivery time. I had the pizza and well I really didn't enjoy it. It had very little sauce and felt like I was just eating cheese on bread.
