Subway in Luton

I liked the food and its value for money. But especially the attention of the girl who was very kind even with my bad English :)

because they use fresh ingredients the food is ALWAYS great tasting, the only thing I don't understand is why is there the option to have things heated up because by the time we get it the heated food is always stone cold but that would be my only grip. We do much prefer the wraps, could you make a salad only wrap as the food is so fresh and great tasting

the delivery driver was sat out side our house on his phone for 15 minuets, our food got here stone cold!

ordered a subway melt. would have assumed that it wouldn't be cold and wet!

Food came 2 hours late, was cold

The delivery man was quick and I respect him for that considering he was only on an electric pedal bike and had to come from town to stopsley. He was nice and made sure that I was the correct person for the order. Lovely man lovely food

Hour and a half 20minutes for stone cold food with some ingredients missing. Not good enough!

I was missing my nachos, submitted a request and still waiting to hear.

Courier was fast but delay at restaurant poor with ETA constantly getting later. So why was the Breakwich stone cold, because it clearly wasn't freshly cooked - the cheese wasn't remotely melted! Disappointing. Again.

Subway Luton requested us to carry out a diagnostic and potential solution to a issue they have with there cctv system , We agreed a price on Call out charge being £30 however once our Engineer visited and left they are refusing to pay - which is shocking for such a well known brand to do so. We will be submitting a claim with Subway Directly as the management of the store dont seem to care and havent paid for the engineers time for coming down to see there issue during out of work hours.

My food is soggy and cold. Your driver took my food on a tour of every LU2 postcode, whilst conveniently losing signal as he collected more orders and stopped off other places on the way. My food was in the back of his moped for well over half an hour. Also, my drinks wrong. My nachos are ruined. I ain't happy!!!!! He didn't even have the decency to day sorry.

Wrong drink was place in the order

Ordered milk chocolate cookies, received rainbow cookies (horrible - the rainbow sweets make it overly sugary). Also, you only get 4 meatballs in the meatball pot & only 5 pigs in blankets in that pot. So I won't be ordering those again.

Big Breakwich sparsely filled & not the same ingredients as usual. Cheese added when it was not requested & it was stone cold.

For the 2nd time there are items missing from my order, is it that hard to read a order and send the correct items! Food quality is also poor will not be ordering for this subway again.

Staff member on 26/09 @ 8:40pm gave really slow and a ‘I can’t be asked’ service like he didn’t want to be there. Took longer than usual in any subway I have been to. And customer service is a must, as I am a manager at Sainsbury’s. Check my linkedin.

Delivery driver went to back gate. Swore on phone and food arrived late.

Driver just knocked & dumped it outside my door. Notes clearly say I am disabled - how did he think I was going to get down there to pick it up?? Very inconsiderate.

Despite my order instructions/address saying it had to be delivered to the 1st floor due to disability, the driver still phoned to say 'you come down'. After explaining, he did then come up.

My order was delivered late. Food was cold and had no quality. I tried calling restaurant 6 times but nobody picked up. Not recommended at all.

Clean and good range of products. Staff distracted by Uber Eats order so started making that in the middle of our families meal. This resulted in a long lag between first (toasted) sub and final sub being ready. Similarly also meant the subs were thrown together rather than the careful placement you expect from Subway. E.g. all the cheese at one end, main filling on the crease of the sub so it fell apart when picked up, sauce not even. It was just rushed due to more focus on the Uber eats customer rather than everyone equal. Not bad, just no way near the standard I'm used to at subway.

Instructed that I DID NOT WANT THE SANDWICH TOASTED… who toasts lettuce and tomato?? Recieved a toasted sandwich anyway. Typical.

Disrespectful staff , After taking the order they are saying that dine is not allowed as we are closed . Why did you even take order when you are closed . Am i exepected to eat foot long sub with some sides on the road . Was there for a movie in galaxy mall . The sub was also roasted to black and hard , even after timer is completed no one came to remove the sub from oven for long time , which is obviously going to be badly roasted and cracking taste . Would never recommend this .

Almost zero marinara sauce in the sub - it's like someone spread a little in the middle with a knife, not even the whole way along. The merest sprinkling of cheese. Also, it was stone cold. Very unsatisfactory.

Great food as always, fast delivert.

My some of my food was stale. The nachos was like they was made the night before!! The hash browns was the name stale like yesterdays food reheated!

Ordered The Meat Feast Sub. Came With Hardly Any Meatballs. All Could Taste Was Thick Tomatoe Paste. Utterly Disgusting. Improve Your Work.

The restaurant kept putting the time back and back, it took and hour and a half. The meatballs were cold, the wrong cookie was sent. I tried to call the restaurant a few times to see what was happening and no one answered. Overall very disappointing

When it arrived it was cold and soggy

I ordered a tuna sub and olives and cheese were missing, it was 40 mins late and they gave me the wrong cookie and drink too. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here and I’m very unhappy!!

There was NO meat in the mega MEAT sub! The second sub was so squashed, the chicken had become one with the bread. Delivery was quick and polite though.

Went in here for breakfast today morning and was served by a very moody gentlemen. I felt like I didn’t have a chance to choose what i wanted because he seemed very intimidating, and moody. Customer service was extremely poor, he didnt even try to explain the meal deal offer and went to charge me more than what i bargained for. Will not be going back here!

Would be really helpful if the different wraps in a multiple order could be labelled so as to identify them without having to open the packaging and wraps.
