Nice place to have waffles and shakes. The food is tasty and filling.

Had the worst experience The supervisor on 20/3/24 at 20:30 (name given was Ali) was incredibly rude and argumentative. Pathetic excuse for a supervisor. We ordered the nachos in addition to coffees and banoffee crepe and were served plasticky tasting cheese sauce and gone off guacamole. However upon pointing it out to the supervisor we were told it is what it is. He further went on and asked us to go to another place in the future. Absolutely disgraceful considering we had paid for all the food already. I hope he gets some training in customer service.

Have visited this place on several occasions and enjoyed but tonight’s experience 20/3/24 20.49 was so awful that I will no longer come to this place. We ordered nachos to share but were disappointed. The manager was very extremely rude and dismissive of our feedback. He outright refused to refund despite us not eating the nachos. He stated that “your standards are too high for this place go to another restaurant” He is no credit to the company and personally should be fired unless the company want to lose more customers. Either that or he needs training on good customer service . I had to choose 1 star but would have given zero.

It was ok not to my expectations. I didn’t like the light egg smell coming from waffle… otherwise it was ok.

The food was soo badly made and tasted sooo bad and looked horrible. It tasted as if it was really old and it wasn’t made properly. Some had tooo much chocolate on them and some had nothing on top of them. The manager didn’t even understand and apologise, instead he said he is amazing and his food is perfect but it looked sooo horrible. I’m very angry and I will definitely go there one day and slap him up cos he doesn’t want to realise that his people are defo not dessert trained. I don’t know why I was gicen dessert with really old strawberries and only a quarter of it as if I would be happy with that. Defo no respect for the customers happiness .

Me and my good friend KB were very exited to indulge in what seems to be delicious and delightful treats. NeVeR oRdEr ThE cLaSsIc WaFfLe. It was dry the lemon was to strong and zesty and upset our stomachs. We are currently regretting our decisions

I used to come here all the time and would bring my friends too, but whoever the new management/staff are so rude and racist. Didnt serve me and my partner just turned their backs on us after clearly knowing we wanted to order (we kept trying to ask them if we can order). We were totally ignored and they just didnt care!! Never coming back here.

I visited this place today. service very unfriendly, reluctant to bring orders to the tables. A mistaken order and some piece of plastic on the top of the dessert which the employee pulled out with his fingers and left the dessert on the table, there was also a problem with the exchange the employees were outraged and they started talking in an unpleasant way about the client. NOT RECOMENDED. Staff really should be trained how to work with the client!!!

Good hygiene, the staff are great. Food is served to you in 5 or less minutes - perfect place to go to load up on sugary food

Great place to go for an amazing dessert or ice-cream. My son has a Dairy allergy and he had his first plant based waffle, mango sorbet, sliced strawberries and bubble gum sauce at the age of 11, one very happy boy ! We will most definitely be back as it was super tasty.

I don’t have words to describe how dirty was the place! I used to work at Creams caffe in Edgware but was totally different!! The staff in Luton was not wearing gloves when they prepair the food, the customer service very poor and the staff was having really dirty shoes, the mirrors on there was very dusty and a lot of marks on, the table where we sit was really sticky. Very disappointed I used to order at home creams every week, but after this experience never again from Luton. Thanks for opening my eyes, I know for future to visit the restaurant and after to order food home .

Never ordering again.. if they can’t even read the orders properly they shouldn’t be on Uber eats and Deliveroo!!!! Rip offers . AVOID ORDERING also the staff can’t speak English 😊good luck on ordering..

Good Service Clean Wont take too much time to serve

Normally order the vegan waffles which are good. This time ordered the vegan cheesecake... Don't do it!!! It's awful!!! Not ordering this again, was hard and still trying to work out what flavour it was.!

Lovely ambiance and the Menu is wonderful, the staff need to give that homey touch and make you feel welcome but besides that love the decor.

I have been in this place many times.There is no any issue with dessert and taste.However, the customer service is really very very poor.I was standing to be taking my order,there were 3 people working behind the till and they do not even bothered themselves to let me know that they will be shortly or anything else.Just the feeling is that you have been ignored easily 5 or 10 minutes.Do not expect a smile face at all!! Another times,when I was ordering ice cream,staff just called me while I was walking through to a table to take my order to my table and this has been happened three times so far!!Also,place should be improved seriously by cleaning level.Tables was not clean proply and toilet definitely should be checked more often!!If they are going to do improvement of customer service(it is incredibly a big issue at the moment ) and cleanliness that would be a better place for ALL CUSTOMERS!!

Customer service was poor, the cashier thought it was appropriate to argue with another customer about an order the messed up which was ridiculous. I asked to add an extra element to my waffle and was refused because my waffle was already cooked. The same waffle i then waited another 15mins to receive. When i got home and opened up my food i was greeted with two ferreros plopped on either side with absolutely no care. Ive eaten in before and had plenty ferreros on my waffles so i was just a bit confused, i didnt know u get less toppings if u takeaway. Overall really disappointed

Me and my friends have made this place our go to place after uni. the food is 10/10 and the staff is extremely nice and super welcoming, no matter how many times a week we go there, they always have smile on their face and its always a good vibe in there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

New management is not so good. Very slow service. Only 1 person handling everything the rest are new staffs dont know anything.we waited almost 20 mins just to get icecream. The knickerboker icecream was awful. Instead of chocolate chip icecream they put chocolate sorbet which wasnt mentioned in the menu..

Went for a dessert with my girlfriend ordered apple pie was told by the indian man serving that it come with vanilla ice cream and would i like normal vanilla or gelato i chose gelato as he gave me a choice the order was then brought to the table a sundae for me and the apple pie with no ice cream the indian genius who took my order then claimed that i must pay more for the ice cream lol but yet when i originally ordered he gave me a choice of ice cream he then proceeded to want to charge me extra at this point we left didn't even stay to eat will not be going back... AVOID!

The dessert it's amazing can't fault it. However, tables need to be clean on time, basic customer skills needed, staff seem miserable so it sets a miserable atmosphere when walking in.

Quiet in the afternoon but nice booths to sit in and enjoy the dessert of your choice, I decided on the Waffle Royale which was so huge so only ate half but they kindly gave me a takeaway box. The gelato was creamy and the Ferrero Rocher was delicious

Overpriced for inconsistent food. Previously ordered a Nutella crepe for delivery which came with small amount of Nutella - crepe was also thick and hard. Second time round thought I would add extra chocolate incase it came dry again. They must not understand basic orders as they put no Nutella inside, only my additional chocolate request on top?!

Absolutely disappointing experience. Not the first time either. Ordered for collection. Upon arrival at the empty shop time on a Tuesday night, I was not even greeted or even spoken to for a good 5 to 10 minutes. Simply waiting while the member of staff proceeded to deliberately not acknowledge my presence the entire time. 10 minutes go by of complete ignorance from the only 2 staff members present behind the till, I then decide to go up and ask where my collection order is, to which they then proceeded to get out the fridge which was ready the whole time. Food was decent as expected but very unlikely to bother even ordering again due to the highly unprofessional staff with absolutely no clue about customer service.

We ordered create your own cookie dough waffle today and it turned out so delicious. It was the best waffle I had in a long time. Chose coffee arabica, and choco fudge icecream with toffee sauce and fudge cubes. Pure heaven. 4 stars because the order took long and waffle wasn't piping hot. A bit expensive but worth the money and enough for 2.

This place is a great hangout spot in town. Good ambience and clean. There is a vast variety and everything is quite affordable too. One must try their banana Berry split, strawberry waffle, kinder Bueno waffle and salted caramel ice cream. The staff is superb and friendly and caters to every needs and requests. 10% student discount offered + halal.

My friend and I visited this afternoon. The desserts were delicious but the customer service was seriously lacking. When we walked in only two tables were occupied so it was very quiet. However, even without the pressure and distraction of peak times the staff were very unfriendly. We approached the counter and the woman behind the counter abruptly said to us "Yeah. You alright." She looked miserable aswell. A man took our order and didn't greet us. He just took the order without barely speaking. Then the miserable woman brought the order over and just plonked it down and walked away without a word. When we were leaving a staff member was standing behind the counter not doing anything so I thought he would say goodbye but he ignored us as we walked past. Really disappointing.

I came here with my cousin today to buy some waffles and abruptly we were distracted by the poor work ethic displayed in the kitchen, the workers were slacking off and talking over our food. If you aren’t aware little particles of bacteria can fly over your food. Unfortunately I do not trust the code of conduct and I’m afraid I will have to purchase a PCR test. I will demand the costs from your restaurant. Secondly when ordering my cousin asked to eat in and the waitress rudely disturbed his chain of thought causing him to order the wrong thing. Third of all once our food arrived the waitress demanded 1p for eat in charges even though we asked to eat in. This destroyed my evening! When asking for a fruit shoot we were given disgusting looks which made me feel inferior to your staff. This has caused my cousin to purchase antibiotics to contain his depression due to the dirty looks given to him. Overall I will never come back here and I will tell my whole Hamadan to never come here. Allahafiz

The customer service of the staff could be improved, to be a bit more friendly. It had a homeless man come in and ask for money whilst I sat inside with my family.

2021 - 2 Stars: They removed my favourite dessert from the menu (Apple Crumble Waffle) and nothing else on the menu is impressive to me. I tried their Apple Crumble and it was terrible. I tried the Vegan Mango Waffle and it was just okay. The customer service is terrible, poor communication and the staff have no interest in going beyond the bare minimum. Today (Sat 17th July '21) the waitress literally dropped my plate on the table and walked off. 2018 - 4 Stars: Creams has an EXTENSIVE selection of desserts and I enjoyed the dessert I had - Apple Crumble Waffle with custard (very delicious). I give 5 stars for the food but the customer service isn't amazing and nor is the cleanliness. I certainly was not a fan of the communal cutlery. It isn't a place I'd go on a special date, it's a very casual venue for friends and families.

I went here on a very hot day. Inside was shady and cooling. They were busy, but it did not feel uncomfortable, because there are booths to sit in. My daughter had an Oreo based Sundae and I had three scoops of Gelato, pistachio, salted caramel and vanilla...delicious, but there are lots of Sundaes and flavours to choose from. We enjoyed it. Sevice was friendly and fast. A nice treat on a hot day.

Lovely desserts, I had pancakes with white chocolate drizzle and snickers and strawberries, and chicken waffle. There wasn't any chicken in chicken waffles except for 3 4 small pieces.

Ordered one item and they got it wrong, phone the caff and they were terrible.

Ordered off Uber Eats, took 40-45 minutes to put together and was delivered in a terrible state. Only good thing was the taste of the 2 scoop mashed sorbets which made up a small part of the order. Triple Treat cookie dough was almost £10 but was like slop in the middle of the box, same with the regular Chocolate Cookie dough. Both were the size of actual cookies and drizzled in sauce as if that were to make up for the small portion size and they arrived cold because of how long it took them to even hand it over to the uber driver. The Chocolatier was not fully filled in its container and was actually then found to be the wrong order altogether. Everything was either up to a poor or mediocre standard. Poorly secured bag too which led to things being crushed during delivery. Not ordering again.

The food was lovely, as was the woman that served us who was very attentive and incredibly helpful! However, the building was very humid, which made it uncomfortable.

The bueno waffle was delicious - a bit too sickly but really enjoyed what i managed to eat as it’s a big portion. The waffles are very reasonably priced but the drinks are overpriced. We were served quickly but the staff aren’t particularly friendly or welcoming.

Nothing to do with Italian Gelato, local people like it but this is becuz they never tried Italian Gelato. They got nice staff though.

Came for some cookie dough and ice-cream after work today. Have to say the team work was very impressive. I appreciate that it was very busy among the 2 workers (I had only seen 2). Despite this Manojkumar, of whom I asked his name, stood out to me. He was very fast at doing customers orders and taking them too. The other male on shift was also working hard but wasn't taking orders at the till (understandable). I hope the workers see this review and are proud. Would definitely recommend. The desserts are delicious by the way!

I ordered desserts from here on uber eats big mistake. The waffle with banana and strawberries look like someone had vomited in it!! It was presented in a disgusting way. Desserts are meant to be appealing this looked absolutely appalling, the bananas were black everything look like it was chucked together and made in a rush. As for the cookie dough, rock solid and again not very appealing. Waste of money never ordering from here again even the milkshakes were not tasty.

Came here for the first time a few days ago with my family. I was served by a young girl at the till point, didn't catch a name! She was extremely patient and answered all of our questions. Food didn't take too long, presentation was great and the taste was even better! We were served by the lovely Hamizah, great customer service! Will deffo be visiting again :)

My daughter went to creams luton while she ordered her food left her fone on table turned around someone stolen her spoke to the weed manager hd didn't care at all very rude asked him To check cctv refused never going there ever again.

Nice range of desserts and ice creams. You can build your own or select from the menu. Waffles, crepes and sundaes are their speciality. Worth a visit if you have a sweet tooth!

I visited the Luton creams with a friend earlier this evening to order and take away, when we arrived it was not busy however It took a long time for us to be acknowledged and served, we were not warned of a wait time. 20 minuets later and now it’s busy we are still waiting for our order and I have not seen a single staff member wash their hands the whole time I was there nor were they all wearing masks and not a single one wearing gloves while handling the food. I tried to speak to a staff member who was very rude and impatient asking me what I want, I pointed out that I watched the young girl bare handed wipe down the side with a dirty cloth and then handle a waffle 2 seconds later picking up fresh fruit and then handling ice cream scoops and then moving onto a new order with no hand washing in between and that nobody was washing their hands or working in a hygienic manor The only response I got was “yeah I know” before he promptly walked off cutting off the next words out of my mouth. After a 30 minuet wait we got our food. Fast forward to eating our food I am half way through when I pull a long light brown/blonde hair out of my mouth still stuck to a hardened piece of cookie to which I will add a photo. I am absolutely appalled by this service and the standards of cleanliness during a pandemic. No wonder Luton is a hot spot with such low standards being shown.
