I recently visited Creams Café in Luton, and it was an absolute treat! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere with fun, modern décor that immediately made me feel at home. The menu is a dessert lover’s dream, filled with an impressive selection of waffles, crepes, sundaes, milkshakes, and more. I opted for their signature Nutella waffle, and it was heavenly – perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, generously topped with fresh fruit and just the right amount of Nutella. Their milkshakes are also a must-try – rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the visit. Despite being quite busy, the service was prompt, and the food arrived fresh and beautifully presented. Whether you’re looking for a casual spot to satisfy your sweet tooth or a place to hang out with friends over delicious desserts, Creams Café Luton is definitely worth a visit. I can’t wait to return and try more from their extensive menu!

Boba so good really try I love it don’t you know how good it is like saying a question right? How good is the Boba there? Right? I had Boba on holiday right because I was in Spain so it’s really good at Spain. I go to tropical passion Boba, but I got the mango Boba here for delivery For dessert, it was really good. Need to try it. Other ice cream is so yummy, bye.

Went in here today, was happy with the service until I used the womans toilets, absolutely awful looked like they had never been cleaned broken toilet seat, filthy toilet brush, do not waste your money !

To spend £10 on a waffle to then receive a near enough naked waffle is shocking. This place is so stingy and cheap with the toppings. So sad because it used to be good quality

Driver kept passing me, I was outside waiting, even after phone calls. Late, dessert cold and broken.

There was man in the till serving us today (01/10/2024) at 22:45pm, he was so rude and arrogant. He made a mistake on taking the order. He missed an item when they bought in dinning. I wanted to clarify the missed item in the bill from him, by the time he was very rude to me and he didn’t reply properly. And the way he called my friend to pick the item was so arrogant and inappropriate to attend the customer in such manner. That’s truly disappointing. We were regular customer but I haven’t experienced this.

The quality of the crepes was so bad, it was cold and not cooked properly with barely any chocolate sauce. The staff members clearly don't know what they are doing and have not been trained properly. Robindar Kaur refused to get it changed for us and was shouting in my face. Absolutely disgusting attitude and low quality of customer service and food. Wouldn't recommend

that crepes is the saddest thisn I've seen this month.

Online order. Mixed up by delivery driver. He claimed it was Creams fault. The young lady who answered was useless I'm a customer I don't need to be told why the driver mixed up. I just wanted a resolution. She told me to reorder with something else and they could send it. Waited an hour for the wrong order to wait another hour for another one. Unhelpful, useless staff who need customer service training. The service industry is difficult but there are also a lot of other BETTER places to order your dessert.

Horrible customer service. Doesn’t even serve on time. They don’t even serve the ice cream properly the portions are not even correct. The ice creams taste powdery and absolutely terrible. Absolutely appalling.

I revive it all throw it on a very crunchy crust. That’s not how a waffle supposed to be, not even close, it was disgusting. I want my refund on this.

We had a good time there. All members of cafe are very welcome and they have a good behaviour specially Ravender and Avantica.

Nathan here, the food is amazing and the customer service is impressive, it's the main reason I continue to eat here along with the delectable consumables, the lighting and music is also great, they have a good selection.

Today, my son and I visited for the second time at 1400, and once again, I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere. I contacted creams after my order was marked as delivered and the items were not delivered to us. To then be informed they cannot help and to call Just Eat, looked for a contact number and not able to find one. If I could give zero for everything then I would have!!

Hi everyone…I have been to that place in Luton and I have been really pleased with the kindness and the will to satisfy the customer. Ice cream are good the menu is appealing so if you fancy a refreshing moment do not hesitate I enjoyed it !

The waffle is very cold and bot tasty

They have changed the policy for takeout. Desserts such as waffles and crepes no longer come with the complimentary scoop of soft serve. I even paid an extra £1 for an “extra scoop of soft serve”, which obviously wasn’t “extra” and it was the only scoop I received! Not to mention my cookie dough tasted like cardboard and the waffle was basically raw. The prices have also skyrocketed on Uber eats, paid a whopping £25 for two things. Will no longer be ordering from this establishment again. Quality has gone down severely 👎

I actually went there and enjoyed a lot. The taste of the food was aweosome and naill biting. Service was excellent and the atmoshphere was cool and calm where any family can easily go and have the taste of their life.

they overcooked the cookie dough IN THE MICROWAVE and then refused to accept that it arrived nasty and hard and tried to blame it on the driver saying it went cold. it arrived warm and rock hard. manager was super rude. he tried to blame it on us for ordering late. how about you don't accept orders if you can't cook the food. disgusting customer service. Will be getting a refund and never buying from here again.

ordered using Uber eats and are very aware that this complaint is mainly aimed at them however I seriously think they should re think their carrier. Ordered 1 oreo THICK shake and said it would be 15 mins then he was 3 mins away and went further and further away ended up being an hour!! The shake was no longer a thick shake it was just milk. Strongly DO NOT recommend!! Creams you could have been a bit more helpful when we called you. Even though Uber eats was to blame it’s still your product we’ve chosen and it was just a milk not a Shake

We sat down waited for someone to come over to hand menus or something they didn’t. After some waiting went over and reminded them we are seated and do we get menu which the young lady replied no that we have to come to counter and get menu ourselves. For a large place and with plenty staff I don’t get why do it this way? Once I opened menu the lady started rushing me for the order. Not happy.

Food and atmosphere was really nice. But staff should improve their service.

The overall look of the cookie dough was a bit disappointing. It looked like it was just chucked on there and one didn't come with white chocolate sauce like it normally does in shop.

The staff can definitely improve on their service. The interior is beautiful but not attractive enough and was too dark. Prices were decent. Got myself a caramel frappe which wasn’t too good either. I wonder why they serve in takeaway cups for dine in. Will think about coming again 🤞

Hy… I’m coming at this cafe for the first time to give treat to my friends coming from overseas .. But can’t explain the staff they are very arrogant.. they really don’t know how to talk with the customers they are so talkative and use their own pakistani and Punjabi languages and passing some comments and using full volume of Punjabi music… I didn’t recommend to anyone to come on next time thnq

Hy we are overseas people … coming with the family first time here and we’re going to place an order in the till we’re with the kids two three girls are in the till.. they didn’t talk with us properly they are so rude… apart from the this we’re eating and then they are still talking in front us in their own language their slang is punjabi and the girl they said don’t know which type of people are coming here… so the thing is that we’re very disappointed I’m also overseas and working in cafe but we behave with customers like family.. I don’t recommend to my colleagues to come on this cafe next time… It has been so rude…

Have visited this place on several occasions and enjoyed but tonight’s experience 20/3/24 20.49 was so awful that I will no longer come to this place. We ordered nachos to share but were disappointed. The manager was very extremely rude and dismissive of our feedback. He outright refused to refund despite us not eating the nachos. He stated that “your standards are too high for this place go to another restaurant” He is no credit to the company and personally should be fired unless the company want to lose more customers. Either that or he needs training on good customer service . I had to choose 1 star but would have given zero.

Had the worst experience The supervisor on 20/3/24 at 20:30 (name given was Ali) was incredibly rude and argumentative. Pathetic excuse for a supervisor. We ordered the nachos in addition to coffees and banoffee crepe and were served plasticky tasting cheese sauce and gone off guacamole. However upon pointing it out to the supervisor we were told it is what it is. He further went on and asked us to go to another place in the future. Absolutely disgraceful considering we had paid for all the food already. I hope he gets some training in customer service.
