Always great food, good friendly service and quick delivery. Been coming here for 15 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Although independent and now holding Trip Adviser Authority and Superstar status I would review as follows". We have been to the Shipwreck several times now, there,s good car parking and its not far to walk which for me is good as I,m partially disabled. We have always found the staff very welcoming and friendly. The food is good and there is an excellent selection of beers. The meals are reasonably/averaged priced and the quality of the food is good. Scampi was a little overdone but its probably just my opinion as I like it not overcooked. All in all a great place to visit to have a good meal and drinks and to watch the boats.

The cafe made a lovely scrambled egg and toast. The toast was cold . The staff member touched a dog outside and came back inside and did not wash her hands before dealing with food and drinks. The meal was also expensive, although the portions were good. The latte was really pleasant. Seating inside. Seating was uncomfortable. Views of the harbour are a sure delight.

Sort out your air-conditioning. I won't come back until it's done. It's like a greenhouse in there.

Very average, the rooms could do with doing up looking run down, the food is expensive and not worth the money. It’s a 15 minute walk from the town.

Food is delicious and hot when arrived but the woman on the end of the phone was very rude to my partner think she needs to go back to school for customer service on the phone.

I hired a Rug Doctor and the motor died on it. Staff were helpful to quickly provide another machine. On the second machine the detergent spray malfunctioned to never turn off. Again, the staff were helpful. This time to provide a refund of the hire cost, minus the consumables. In Trump speak. Range good. Rug Doctor bad.

Only 2 cars in front but took 15 mins to order and get food. The whopper with new recipe is much better quality especially, just the bread alone is a huge improvement. Lost me as a customer years ago as quality and value for money was so poor but they might be winning me back now the quality has gone back up. There are so many burger places now a days they need to get their old customers back and new. Both this branch and the copdock one is very empty. I think that speaks volumes. Never see an empty competitor. Really not happy paying 30p for mayo . Was told it was a plastic tax so that’s why they have to now charge ( they have changed from package to some small pots, definitely doesn’t cost 30p ) . Obviously go back to the mayo packets like the ketchup. You need to listen to customers feedback to win them back

In a lovely location on the Shotley Peninsula overlooking the River Stour. Nice to sit outside a have a drink. The food is hit & miss - sometimes very good & at other times very bad. The interior is rough & unloved & not very welcoming - it could be so much better with some money spent on updating the decor & furnishings. I found the toilets very clean.

Used the counter but sat in car. Both of our vanilla milkshakes tasted wrong. Kept getting tastes of a very chemical-y tasting banana and a constant taste of mint. To the point we both gave up on them. It's one thing if you're using a machine to dispense both ice-cream & milkshake maybe but it needs to be flushed/cleaned between each use. Not impressed - the milkshake was the one thing we were looking forward to, the food was simply to refuel.

The spot is in the middle of Ipswich. It is a cozy spot with a warm atmosphere. One problem was you had to get up to order, and there was a bit of a queue, but there was a major football game that day, so I would put it down to that. The food was very good. I had pancakes with maple syrup, bacon and a dollop of cream, which was very filling but very delicious. Would definitely recommend.

A lot of options to choice from for adults and children. Food was great and the service was excellent, very polite and helpful staff.

£1.95 for a tin of fizzy. Food ok but gone up alot. Toilets are stained dirty and stink. Not cleaned often or very well. Very bad for a food premises.
