Wrong order again for the 50th time, right before my night shift too, not the first time either

I didn't receive the double cheeseburger and loaded fries, I did send a message mentioning this but I haven't had any response.

Horrible rude staff. Not all of them, but the man who served treated customers as pests rather than people. Just overall rude and didn't give anyone a chance to speak. Plus found hair in burger. Service was slow, he was stood there still when completed orders were in the chute. All I ordered were burger and fries. Waited 10 mins until they put burger in the bag (it was sitting there beforehand) Then they took it over to put fries in just to realise there were no fries and they had to put them down fresh. Wouldn't be a problem if I hadn't already been waiting so long. 14 minutes for burger and fries was not on ! Manager on shift was nice but can't make up for the appalling service I received.

the order was not delivered. I gave the driver a £2 tip. I thought he would have to take the code before handing over it order.please refund as soon ad possible

Everything was cold, chips were like cardboard couldn’t eat them at all, chilli cheese bits were over cooked to, very disappointing after paying over £30 for takeaway on a Saturday night

This is getting ridiculous and I hope this review will say at least what I have got. Cold food, half of fries and they didn’t pay attention to send me the correct drinks. I am not surprised by that just disappointed!!!

Driver stole the food and I wasn’t notified for nearly 2+ hours

Bought a large Whopper meal tonight, close to closing time. I ordered a bbq sauce, for which I had to pay. When got to window, girl asked if I had ordered two Royal's, I said no large whopper meal, with bbq sauce. She then went to get another guy, to add my tastecard discount on, he handed me order, I said is the bbq sauce in there, as this thing tends to get forgetten few places. He said yea it's in there, I get home, and guess what no bbq sauce, after mentioning it so many times, store closed now, so I cant ring and complain. If I didnt pay for it, I wouldnt mind so much, poor service!!

Food was missing drinks were missing and most of the food was cold, the junior milkshake spilt in the bag went everywhere not happy and won’t be ordering from that burger king chain again..

No complaints about the food but the waiting time for this drive through is INSANE. We have to turn the car off every time because we are waiting so long (Thursday nights). There was no queue no one in front of us. They also seem to prioritise delivery orders?! We have been waiting for 20 minutes so far, very curious about how much longer it will take. I have also worked in restaurants etc. So I understand what it is like but it is not busy in here.

Haven't received order and have been waiting almost three hours

I recently visited Burger King, and I have to say, this experience was absolutely top-notch! From the moment I walked in, Morgan and Scott provided spectacular service. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect. It’s rare to find such genuine customer care, and they definitely made my visit memorable. As for the food, the new Memphis Burger is an absolute game-changer! The flavors were bold and perfectly balanced, with a smoky, savory kick that left me wanting more. The juicy patty, the tangy sauce, and the fresh toppings all came together beautifully. Easily one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. Big kudos to Burger King, Morgan, and Scott for an outstanding experience. I’ll definitely be back soon!

I came to burger king recently with my friends and we ordered a decent sized meal. I was worried food would come cold/incomplete like it has at other places, but it came quickly and everything was still fresh and hot! Tables were clean so we were able to sit comfortably inside and eat.

Ordered at 13:55, food didn’t arrive until 15:20 when it originally said it would be here at 14:30. The label on bag said that the food was prepared at 14:13 and the delivery driver didn’t leave the restaurant until 15:02. Food arrived cold and soggy. Requested a refund and only got £8.07 refunded which is less than a quarter of what the order cost.

A bottle of coke leaked all over my food, splitting the bag resulting in all my food landing on the floor leaving it not fit for consumption. I requested a refund and all I got was £2.99 goodwill gesture !!! Not happy is an understatement

Although the staff were friendly and polite, It was a long wait time and the restaurant was pretty much empty. I had a standard order but somehow people who came in and ordered after me, got their orders first. Was told the delay was with the onion rings because no one was putting them in to cook till last min and took literally 2 mins to cook, then got my order so pretty much was waiting a while for someone to just put them in to cook. Was given the wrong drink. Was served on a tray when it was a take away. The person making the burgers had rings on and I saw no hair nets and I saw them touch themselves and then go back to touching the food they were making. Definitely wasn’t fast food took 20 nearly 30mins and the restaurant had like 2 tables sat at, rest was empty. Definitely wouldn’t come back again.

Terrible service. Half an hour in a drive-through, really!!! And at 9 o'clock in the evening, when they weren't busy. Poor communication from all members of staff as to why we were being kept waiting so long. Will never use this drive through ever again.

The screens inside the store (although new) did not have all menu items. The double cheeseburger I ordered was very dry and not hot, just warm. Seems like it had been sat around for a while. The cup for my drink was a bit damaged so liquid was spilling from the rim area. Wouldn’t recommend eating from this BK. The service however was good.

My food was ok, but my mum asked for no salad and got salad. Wasn't busy, so there was no real reason for this. Issue with the app, staff not able to comprehend the app, staff member (Connor) very abrupt, borderline rude. Management were helpful.

Part of my order was wrong. I wanted a chilli jam & bacon chicken royale meal with No Mayo and No Bacon. It stated this clearly in the order and on the receipt. But it had mayo & bacon on it. I'm disappointed.

Ordered my phone at 7.40pm and delivery time was around 20-30 mins. Delivery time changed during the evening and food came at 9.15pm. If I had known it would have been that late I would not have placed my order. Disappointed.

all the food came barely warm and the chilli jam and bacon whopper didn't come with cheese. it sat on the side for a while the delivery driver was waiting to pick up other orders and we were the last stop on the delivery route

The order was over hour late and then to open it and find all the food COLD. The service from burger king is disappointing beyond belief the store phone is never on to answer and I see how this probably because of all the complaints about the service
