Burger King in Ipswich

Ordered a crispy chicken meal and had no complaints the burger was Great quality and served by friendly staff !! Would highly recommend

Went in and got a xl bacon meal. Was great made it how I wanted and was great

The screens inside the store (although new) did not have all menu items. The double cheeseburger I ordered was very dry and not hot, just warm. Seems like it had been sat around for a while. The cup for my drink was a bit damaged so liquid was spilling from the rim area. Wouldn’t recommend eating from this BK. The service however was good.

My food was ok, but my mum asked for no salad and got salad. Wasn't busy, so there was no real reason for this. Issue with the app, staff not able to comprehend the app, staff member (Connor) very abrupt, borderline rude. Management were helpful.

Staff are woeful. No service skills, and painfully slow even when practically empty, with no acknowledgment after waiting 10 mins

Over an hour for a drive thru fast.food restaurant...and then cold.

Part of my order was wrong. I wanted a chilli jam & bacon chicken royale meal with No Mayo and No Bacon. It stated this clearly in the order and on the receipt. But it had mayo & bacon on it. I'm disappointed.

from time of ordering the delivery time was altered twice. food was cold because it was in the same bag as shakes.

Ordered my phone at 7.40pm and delivery time was around 20-30 mins. Delivery time changed during the evening and food came at 9.15pm. If I had known it would have been that late I would not have placed my order. Disappointed.

Ordered 3 meals, received all the chips, but missing two drinks and a whole burger!!! No straw either for the one drink they actually bothered to pack!! Ridiculous please can you get your staff trained to check the bags and receipts before they send out!!!!

Ordered the food at 21:55 didn’t receive my food until 2300 and not only that it arrives missing a whole meal with extras and 2 separate drinks

receipt states pick up at 22.00, delivery arrived at 22.55.

all the food came barely warm and the chilli jam and bacon whopper didn't come with cheese. it sat on the side for a while the delivery driver was waiting to pick up other orders and we were the last stop on the delivery route

The order was over hour late and then to open it and find all the food COLD. The service from burger king is disappointing beyond belief the store phone is never on to answer and I see how this probably because of all the complaints about the service

Fantastic burger king, if you sit by the window you get to see the biggest rats of your life. Highly recommend.

I recently visited Burger King, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! The food was delicious, as always, with the Whopper being a standout favorite. But what really made my visit exceptional were the staff members, Scott and Liam. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that my order was perfect. Scott was very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed, while Liam's positive energy made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It's rare to find such dedicated and cheerful employees, and they truly made my day. I'll definitely be returning to this location!

It was a great experience, staff were polite and fast to take my order, within 2-3minutes I had my food in front of me, really quick and efficient, keep it up

As normal the burger king is, but sometimes in this location depends who will serve you, can be a Really good one, and really not good.

I ordered from here, didn’t get our drinks we ordered, got our order wrong and the contact number for Burger King wouldn’t go through, waste of money, do not recommend

If you got missing item won’t be able to contact them as fake phone number not recognised,that will give opportunity to staff including delivery driver to take free drink or anything else ,the only way get in touch with them drive to restaurant and that will be pointless , ,sharply not recommended!

Worst delivery driver. Super lazy, couldn’t even press the buzzer and wouldn’t even come out of his car to give me my food. His approach felt like a stranger trying to get information, asking personal questions rather than a delivery driver.

Decent, affordable food on the go

Driver refused to go to my door, claimed he had nowhere to park. I could see he’d already parked his car and was ilon his phone inside his parked car whilst saying he had nowhere to park. Food was cold on arrival.

Speedy customer service front counter staff work hard to get our food out quick aswell as the delivery drivers! Well done! I can see kitchen staff working swiftly and quickly! Definitely coming back for more 😁

Ordered XL bacon double and 6 chilli cheese bites. upgraded my XL with an extra patty and extra cheese which wasn't added. Not hard to get that right.

Order was placed at 17:43 the expected time was 18:15-18:30 then when checked at 18:32 time was changed to 19:30 just for a burger chips and a drink was better of getting it myself.

Absolute legend of a manager still served us at 22:00 when he was well within rights to have closed. Not sure where we would have gone if he hadn't sorted is out! Full marks for this guy. Hope someone sees this who can let him leave early next shift.

Always a peaceful atmosphere and the staff are just so polite friendly and welcoming. I enjoy coming to this restaurant as I know I'll get quality food served within a good time by helpful people that obviously do their jobs very well even under pressure.

Dissatisfied when ordering a family meal with 4 burgers and I get given 2 of them and the wrong fries I should of gone to the drive thru my other child is crying

Shocking service!!!! I asked for a takeaway meal and it got served on a dirty board as if I was eating in, the chips strewn across it mixed with unfolded napkins and the burger upside down, will never be coming back to this restaurant, and to crown it all hearing the staff saying how quiet it is at the moment, not surprised by the shockimg service the staff give, seems like they just can't be bothered

I ordered my food ages ago and the delivery time kept changing. At one point the time frame had changed to a specific time that also kept changing. The driver had been "at the restaurant" for over an hour. Only until I started typing this message did it finally changed to "on its way". Not ordering from burger king ever again

I love coming here. The staff are always so friendly. However, the only thing is that the manager should delegate regular lobby tidy's. There are always dirty trades and rubbish left on the tables. This is appalling for newly arriving customers. I looked at one receipt and it was about an hour old. Otherwise, a very nice stop after a long drive.

There was a burger missing and was also freezing cold when it arrived here.

Food was all fine but was missing one of my drinks which was little annoying.

Bit tight to drive round drive through. Burger was good one of the best I've had from Burger King. Car park small!! No room to park up and eat your Burger. Best to go in and eat.
