Cold dry burger same with chicken . Salad dressing didn't go with the fish . Drinks were OK Service provider ok but not rushed off their feet. Total waste of money will not return.

Kebab was very basic and chicken was dry and not a lot of it. Chips were rubbish and salad was tired. My daughter asked for a burger with no cheese and extra lettuce, she got extra cheese and no lettuce. I'm not going to be using Poppy's again. It's a shame, shouldn't be difficult for a very basic food type.

Edit. Returned from our walk 2 hrs later and went from 1* to 5*. Great service on the return. Waited for a good five minutes at the bar, no one there to serve. Rang the little bell on the counter to no avail. Walked out again

Cant beleive how poor this place is . I went there on 15.7.24 with my daughter who was desperate to breast feed her baby. My initial impression was that several of the tables were not clean, we did manage to find one that was. The sole member of staff was wearing ear pods and wasnt english he clearly didnt seem to understand what I was trying to order I had to repeat my self several times, I had a toasty that was massively overcooked it was stuck to the plate when served to me with just with just a wooden disposeable knife to try and eat it, my daughter had a breakfast wrap which was soggy and tasteless. The toilet wasnt clean when my daughter went in it to change her babys nappy it had a door lock that didnt work and she decided to change her baby in the boot of my car. In all we spent £18.50 in this shambles of a coffee shop. Do not waste your time going to this branch as it is a disgrace to the brand. We use Starbucks quite often in Central London and they are normally a pleasant place to go . This branch isnt avoid it.

I read mixed reviews for here but I must say I always have had an excellent time here. Slow service is often pointed out yet tonight our service was friendly, fast and attentive but not over intrusive provided by Paul. The food was swiftly brought up and freshly cooked and delicious. Another gripe is the private parking scheme and here I think it would be a good idea to remind all customers when you serve them of the need to register their number plate. Thanks to all.
