Cold dry burger same with chicken . Salad dressing didn't go with the fish . Drinks were OK Service provider ok but not rushed off their feet. Total waste of money will not return.

Service was appalling, messed the order up around about 10 times, as well as this I tasted probably the most dry and flavourless sandwich ever, do not go here, waste of money and time !!!!!!!

We visit Olive Kitchen regularly and it is very good indeed. The food is excellent, the prices are sensible and the owners and their staff all pleasant and welcoming. A nice varied menu, with excellent food presentation. There is only one reason I have not given this establishment five stars, and that is because they allow customers to bring in their dogs whilst eating and sitting at the table. I am not a dog lover, I feel uncomfortable in the presence of dogs and it is not a great advertisement for food hygiene if dogs are allowed in. Make Olive Kitchen a DFZ (Dog Free Zone) and it will be a more pleasant experience in a culinary environment.

A favourite for us, so much better than chain outfits. Food always fresh and superb staff always friendly and even when busy they make an effort to engage with you. Salt Beef is excellent and a very good menu overall. 5*

Me and the wife went for lunch ,Amazing rueben, salt beef to die for, basil salad was fresh and balsamic zingy. If we lived closer we would be regulars

Had breakfast with two work friends. Have eaten breakfast at various other cafes in Epping but this is without doubt the best. Open at 7.30am which is way before all the other cafes and the place is spotless and well laid out, not too cramped. English breakfast was perfectly cooked and arrived quickly and was plainly freshly cooked. Coffee’s were excellent and the menu for the rest of the day looked good too. On top of all that the price was very reasonable and way cheaper than competitors locally. Excellent value for money. Definitely be back.

Owner, chef and staff couldn’t be more welcoming. They do hot salt beef sandwiches. Oh my you need to try it here!!!!

We have visited many cafes in Epping, have seen this place before but never tried it. Its a real find, very friendly staff, made a fuss of our dog and brought her water which was a nice touch. I had probably the best avocado on sourdough that I have ever had and this was well priced too (especially compared to another venue in Epping). The plate was decorated with fresh spinach and cherry tomatoes, again a nice touch. My wife had poached eggs on a decent brown toast. My smoothie was good too. Staff continued to be friendly as we left and we will be back however looking at the reviews on their web page, I may have to try the salt beef!!.

My wife and her friend had visit previously and had a great meal, we went along for a Sunday lunch, the owners and the staff were very friendly, the food was outstanding, if you visit you will not be disappointed, we will visit again soon.

A friend and I had been going for morning coffee almost every week and we found the staff very friendly, the food very good and reasonably priced, and it looked very clean, which is of paramount importance to us both, as it is to most people. However, one day my friend went in alone and there was a customer with a dog, which normally she wouldn’t have a problem with, but the owner allowed the dog onto the table she was sitting at - the staff didn’t seem to have a problem with it as they said nothing, but my friend did, as she rightly considered it to be very unhygienic. This has unfortunately put us off going back, and as the staff didn’t seem concerned it brings into question whether hygiene is lacking in other areas too. Such a pity, as it’s a really delightful place to eat, drink and relax. It’s the reason I’ve given it only 3 stars - had it not been for this I’d have awarded 5.

This is a terrific local cafe. The place is owner run and has a great assistant on the front, Eva who is super friendly and really professional. The food is straightforward good old cafe food and there is a nice choice all-in when it comes to the menu. Spotlessly clean and dead easy to get to in terms of location in the town (just up by Tesco and opposite Lathams). A definite recommend.

We discovered this place in Lockdown and became regular visitors. Take away only, so enjoyed their great takeaways, sitting in the car that it seemed important to go back again post lockdown. We were not disapointed. Great choice, great friendly staff, and boy is this place clean. It's a bit of a drive for us, but if you are in the area well worth a visit. Thanks for the lockdown takeaways, I am glad you are still there and now I can sit inside.

Visited throughout the lockdown and finally sitting inside for the first time today. Always quality produce and a personable service, highly recommend the sausage roll!

I went to check these out for lunch and had salt beef begal. The salt beef was the best I’ve ever had! The beef was as thick as steaks, but so soft and tender it was melting in my mouth! I’ve never had salt beef so tasty and tender, I didn’t even know it was possible. You should defo check them out for this. I’ll be back for sure and I wish more people knew about it because it’s a bit of a gem.

Gave them a go but food wasn't fresh... not what i would expect from a new deli, not recommended if you like your food to be fresh very disappointing avoid at all costs .
