Warm and welcoming atmosphere with polite catering staff. I ordered the bbq wings with mac and cheese meal that came out within 5-10 mins, hot and ready to eat.😋 definitely recommend you try as well.
Nice place, but coffee too bitter... They need to learn from hot numbers, dulcedo, etc .. or re assess where they source their beans or who is roasting them. Room for improvement

I haven eaten from here alot in the last few years and has always been very descent food ! Lately though I had 2 bad meals in a row and probably won't return.
The service was extremely poor. The room smelled terrible. There was a restaurant, but even if I asked the front desk to borrow a fork, they couldn't. They told me to ask the manager in the morning. R
My 2nd time visiting Carluccios and it was was brilliant! Nothing to fault. Staff were lovely and the food was great. Came super quick and was very tasty.
