Domino's Pizza in Cambridge

My said it had been delivered. I rang the store, they said the rider's moped had broke down, and another driver was on the way to collect my order. After waiting over 1.5 hours, I rang the shop again, and after hearing some discussion in the background, I was assured my food was on the way and I would be receiving half my money back. Food finally arrived, cold. The cheese wasn't fully melted on my pizza, some of the fries were still completely uncooked... but by this point I was too hungry to deal with waiting any longer. And I still haven't received any portion of my refund!

Kalyan is the best delivery driver I’ve had. Very fast, respectful and he’s funny. Food was also very good

Very rude employee. The Chinese looking staff was laughing at my wife's face for her broken english. He should thank his lucky star I wasn't there. BTW it happened a year ago and still bugs me. I went there about six times to find him. I guess he not there.

Not allowing to eat inside for customers

Works great if you order on the app and collect or order in person, however the only time I ordered for delivery it took over 2 hours for thr pizzas to be delivered and they were cold. There is space for about 2 or 3 people inside the store therefore you might have to wait outside if you order in person.

I would honestly give this place negative stars if it was possible orders are always wrong the staff are so so so rude it is unreal and the pizzas always look like it’s just odd peices put together I don’t thing I’ve had any good experiences with this dominos I hope it gets shut down

very bad experience from this place. My ordered was not delivered at time, when I call the store staff were just finding excuses. I have waited about 1.5 hr

Ordered a small pizza. Waited 25 mins in-store. My pizza calmly sat on their hold for 10 mins before I got to take it home, despite me being the only customer. Atleast they gave me pizza. Thanks 🤗

They ruined my order. Received a pizza socked in sauce, accordingly the dough wasn't cooked, and the pepperoni was cold and raw. Absolutely disgusting and waste of money.

Me and my partner ordered pizzas and went to collect. They refused to give our order to us and even after showing the email confirmation and order number they were still not giving it to us. Another customer had to intervene and eventually they gave it to us. Shocking service and pizza wasn’t cooked properly.

Go to Carpenters Arms or Portland Arms for Great pizzas. Dominos are too Expensive for sub standard pizzas.

Really gf-ist if that is a word. Ordered two normal pizzas and one gluten free. The normal ones where really good and the garlic sauce was in the hole in top where it should be .But the gluten free wasn't pre sliced and the garlic dip was shoved UPSIDE DOWN on my pizza in the cheese. The garlic dip wouldn't open and the cheese wasn't attached to the pizza. I feel personally attacked by this an was really disappointing and a bit angry at the customer experience and the shameful attitude towards gluten free people. Today dominoes lost a loyal customer.

Horrible.. lack of hygiene, no gloves used and with bare hands he touched pepperoni followed by making our vegetarian pizza. Never buying from here

Disgusting service, the manager (racist) and staff need to be more attentive. Waited for over 30 minutes in the store, told the manager my name when my pizza was ready and yet I got my pizza after I had to call the attention of more than one staff as why I didn’t get my pizza. Mind you this was about 10 minutes after my name has passed the ready board. Also didn’t end up getting my complete number of wings. They need to fix up, VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE. This is the Dominos on Histon Road.

Very disappointed. First order took 2 hours stone cold. Cookies rock hard. Decided to give it another chance, equally as bad quality. Will not bother ordering again.

Came 30 minutes after ordering and was warm and very tasty. Thank you.

Not picking up to any of the calls taking iver an hour to deliver waiting to long

Waited 2hrs for my delivery and when it arrived it was stone cold! Tried calling the store and no one bothered to answer the phone! Been a loyal customer over the years, this is shameful.

Won't recommend it. Last night I ordered a Large veggie supreme. Got a medium one in a large box. Pizza was also cut in a funny way makes you think that someone had a few slices. Delivery arrived after 1 hour 20mins. The app got stuck on quality check. By the time I got the pizza, it was cold like ice. Also ordered a sprite and got sprite zero. Called the restaurant but no one lifts the call. I need a refund.

Do not order from this place, go to deliveroo or other places. Over an hour waiting for my pizza, app stuck on quality check and none answers the phone. Unacceptable, totally unacceptable. If the pizza makes it here it is going to be colder than the Artic. At this point I just want a refund... Pizza arrived 1:45 after ordering and was cold.

Unfortunately this branch doesn't have enough drivers to cope with orders, resulting in very long delays, even on weekdays. Ordered a delivery on Thursday night at 17:49 and I was still waiting for it nearly an hour and a half later. A call to the branch didn't help, the staff are overwhelmed and I was told it would be another 40 minutes before there would be a driver available. Requests for a discount were met with uncomfortable silences. Food eventually arrived but, predictably, was stone cold. Dominos seem to be perfectly happy to spend hundreds of thousands of pounds on a national advertising campaign, but reluctant to spend any more than the bare minimum on essentials like delivery. Thoroughly disappointing - I've had it with Dominos and won't be using them again.

Cris a little thick got me but good pizza

Have ordered from this Domino’s several times and the last 3/4 times we have been waiting nearly an hour for our food. This last time we ordered just chicken kickers and dough balls.. still over an hour. We are still waiting as I type this. I tried calling and get no answer. Pathetic service and probably needs to be closed down as the staff obviously don’t care about good service!

This store does not accept UK currency, which is a worrying trend we need to discourage — it can exclude some people from society.

Domino has the most consequent quality of its products regardless of its location and its taste never let us down. We needed almost 10 minutes however to order our food.

The driver was rude and a disgrace. Instead of knocking to give the pizza he kept reving his bike. His name was Liam do not recommend delivery. Food was cold as well late delivery.

Can't say anything about the food (yet) because it's been I believe 2 hours and my order is still in "quality check" on the app. If the order ever arrives at all it will be stone cold. Had to get sth else on deliveroo which arrived within 30mins.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE, I've had enough with histon road dominos. They never put enough sauce on the base and hardly any cheese on top. Dominos can be expensive and you want good quality but you don't get it here. Other Dominos do better qualities pizzas, it so obviously seems the staff are very poorly trained or they are trying to save as much money as possible very angry and frustrated.

Excellent food, ok service, staff could do with attending to customers as soon as they arrive and could be a bit friendlier, parking is an issue.

I was served promptly by two members of staff. A manger called rinu and his Co worker leony. I was extremely satisfied by the politeness and enthusiasm by Rinu. I usually don't order pizza but his hospitality has made me want to order again! Keep up the hard work guys! Your service is much appreciated! Jess xx

Pizza was made wrongly. Different base sauce and wrong toppings made it to the pizza. 3 mins became 5 mins. 1 more mins became 3 mins.

Never again. First order from here tonight. Pizza arrived cold and looked like it had been sitting awhile. The chicken strips were also cold. Some were over cooked and like leather, others still almost raw inside. The cheese rolls had no cheese. Oh, and they double charged me, so I will have to sort that with my bank tomorrow. Never again.

I ordered a pizza from my hotel and the driver never came into the hotel because he couldn't call me and didn't think of calling the hotel. I canceled the order and had them refund me.

This guy got on the phone. And then proceed to make pizza and grab handful of toppings. I mean, maybe the oven killed all the bacteria? Gonna be my first and last time. Oh, pizza base sauce was made wrongly. Got some extra onions on the sides as well.

Very tasty Mighty Meatfeast pizza. Marked down a little because the 10-15 minutes waiting time quoted was actually 25 minutes waiting in the store.

Have really gone off Domino's in the last cpl of years, they just cant compete with the family owned businesses when it comes to quality and ingredients. You get what you pay for....

Walking inn for lunch no one came to serve at the front desk whislt all employees were busy doing other things. Ones im being served i had to explain to the lady 3 times what i wanted and she got the order wrong whilst taking it. I could barely understand her, we both struggled getting a single pizza with drinks. The food was great but the service was atrocious. The manager needs to prioritise

Pizzas came with no cheese on them!

Poor range of toppings, really poor range of sides and my order was made incorrectly. When I did eventually end up with the right pizza, it was decidedly underwhelming.

Ordered pizza, 30 mins later called to ask where it is, "its still on delivery", 20 mins later called again, "it'll be there soon", cancelled the order, bet they hadn't even cooked it yet.

Food was slow to arrive,not very warm and service was very poor.Not the best Domino's.

Ordered pizza for my team over an hour ago, the driver marked the order as delivered 20 minutes ago, now it's nearly 5pm and they'll all be going home before it gets here. Called the shop twice and they keep telling me to just wait - I can't see how it can still be warm by now. Don't bother with this place, you won't get any pizza

The food (delivered by car) tastes marginally better than the cardboard boxes it is packed in. Salty and unpalatable. Best regarded as a last resort.

As my local branch of one of my favourite takeouts, I adore this branch of Domino's. Love the little robot dude in the app, too, and the polite manner of the delivery guys. On one occasion we were unfortunately missing a single item, but after a short phonecall we were able to quickly resolve the matter. Very happy with how this was resolved - and we haven't had any other issues on the many multiple occasions we have ordered from this branch.

Quite good quality pizza at reasonable prices. However, I was never offered the "buy one get one free" deal. I was told all kind of ridiculous excusesses not to be given the offer until I got sick of it and just gave up. Awful management/advertisement.

TWO HOURS late. Called in to cancel my order. They were surprised I didn't get my order?! Then just said ok no problem will cancel. Really bad

I rarely order take-away but I ordered online for home no-contact delivery, and it came just 20-30 mins later. Delivery driver seemed friendly and upbeat, had a mask and followed delivery instructions perfectly, giving a polite wave and 'take care' when I came out. Pizzas were as hot as I could imagine them being (thick base was very hot, thin base was marginally hot since it obviously wouldn't retain heat as much), my order was correct, and the 'track your delivery' seemed pretty accurate in gauging when it would arrive. If I get another hankering for pizza, I know where to order from, good stuff.

Been in the store wanted to order gluten free pizza with vegan cheese and other toppings as I have lactose and gluten intolarence but they said they’re not allowed to put vegan cheese on gluten free base. As I already had it before I called the other Domino’s on Hills road and asked if it’s possible to get it and they said yes but when they took my address the men said they can’t deliver in the area I live as there is an other Domino’s closer to me. But I can not have the same thing there.. ?!?!?! Disappoiting

After ordering online, the pizza was out for delivery for almost 45 minutes and arrived cold. Won’t be ordering again.

Worst experience ever!! Not only my order came out late (ordered at 17:45-and received the order around 19:10- yet the order was marked as delivered at least 10 minutes before it’s arrival) and cold, my VEGETARIAN PIZZA had CHICKEN on it. I am a vegetarian and pregnant, having a bite of chicken made me really sick. When I called the store, I asked for the manager, but Holly didn’t want to pass me on. She offered to send me another vegetarian pizza and really didn’t seem to understand the gravity of the situation (asked if the other pizza had the right toppings on and whether there was anything else wrong besides the coldness and misplaced chicken). After I explained how sick the chicken on the pizza made me (when you’re vegetarian and pregnant, the last thing you need is a surprise chicken topping) she said that she could refund the veggie pizza only and offered to take the case over with the head office, but only tomorrow, as tonight is a very busy evening. No wonder there are a lot of negative reviews about this shop!

Ignorant staff - I wanted just a small bit of onion on one side - they were standing there ready to make it and said no we can only put it all over. The most pathetic customer service I have ever had. Even the manager Julia - She is so rude and needs some training. So never purchased one. Will make sure my many students use Pappa johns from now on.

My partner ordered for delivery tonight, but because of the road we live on ( fen Road ) they wouldn't deliver. I asked what can they do for inconvenience and they wanted to palm me of with dips and pop. We spent £45 for fxxx sake. In the end I got a small tub of icecream. When we got home our food was cold too. Wouldn't of been if they delivered it like they were meant to

So additional to my previous review. Missing parts to my order….ordered as part of my daughter’s birthday party, thought would quickly call them to let them know and they could drop missing bits out later…..9 calls later without answer I have given up. It’ll be Pizza Town next time.

Ordered a large home alone meal deal.lt came after more than 1 hour waiting for it. When received the order I realised the cookies were missing the delivery guy(Nikolai) advised me it will be on its way and will be delivered in 10-15mins.Not to mention the food was cold! Called the store 8 times over an hour!No answer and haven't received the cookies still. This is ridiculous and a big shame !

DOMINO'S ALWAYS HAVE BEEN MY FAVOURITE PIZZA'S. A lot have change since new owners in UK took over not for the best I honestly like the old business ways and approach of DOMINO'S as well as the customer service drive. They definitely could improve there customer manners its something i been experiencing for a long time but still do great pizza thats why I comeback mainly. Other ways disappointed with half and half totally despairing of the counter that was the magician add on Of the DOMINO'S customers,will have to stick to Mighty meaty. Have a great day.

Where is the pizza? Ordered over an hour ago for my son. It's his 7th birthday. No pizza has arrived. Called twice. Each time told it would be 5 minutes. Tracker online said it had been delivered 30minutes ago but it's still not here. Not happy.

I forgot to wear mask when when to collect pizza, but no one questioned. No sanitizer stations either. Makes me concerned about going back there, but unfortunately they don't feel to our area.

Was left waiting two hours to then be told my pizza was not going to arrive. Dreadful customer service lying that they had tried to call me multiple times. Then told it would be several days to process my refund.

Horrible staff, how u let those people work like that seriously? I went there to buy pizza with my husband and he said we close we only get through by phone or online. We called them and he said he needed a number of house so he can deliver the pizza and we said that we are not from the area we are from london and the guy that spoke to phone he closed the phone. Even 1 star is like to much that i puted. Poor working people. Terrible. Thanks!
