Why is this not called Golden Dragon - it took a lot of finding on Tripadvisor? Anyway - we had a delivery to the local Travelodge and it arrived on time and the guy was helpful in finding us. We had two "specials" and they were tasty - all good.

What can I say? Before, these people cooked wonderful food. The chips were nice and crunchy and the duck spring rolls were awesome. Everything was amazing. So what the neck have they done recently, that makes the food the worst I've eaten. Slimly spring rolls. Soft cold chips. The grease needs scraping off of the spare ribs. Guy, buck up and get back the way you were, cos we're not ordering from you ever again, unless you change.

Firstly I want to say the staff were super friendly & accommodating, the set menu was fantastic chicken balls were crispy & with tender chicken & the beef was cooked perfectly and the rice was so tasty I could of eaten it just on its own ! I’m new to Cambridge but I’ve definitely found my favourite takeaway treat

From trying about 20 of the Chinese takeaways in Cambridge I can say that this is the only one that can make a spring roll properly, i.e. thin crips sheets of spring roll batter and not the abominations that look like a crispy tumour. The prices are good, the Kung Po Chicken is amazing. The rice could use a little more flavour,, we use them at least once a week and won't go anywhere else now.

Ordered via Just Eat and arrived hot but that’s as good as it got. Flavourless, the rice seemed more like boiled than fried, very little ingredients added, thankfully I ordered curry sauce so at least this disguised the otherwise bland taste. Prawn toast was more like fried bread sprinkled with sesame seeds. Poor quality and value (£15).

Not all the local chinese restaurants delivery to the nearby villages - we've tried most of the ones that do. Recently (2015+) we've been using this one, and have been generally pleased with service, and quality of food.

Make sure you ask them to shred your crispy duck in front of you as most of our duck meat did not make it from the kitchen to our table and I can only presume was set aside for another dish. When I raised this with a member of staff I was told that the portion looked small for a 1/2 crispy duck because it had been over fried and the meat had shrivelled up. However there was barely any meat at all - only fried skin. The (homemade?!) prawn dim sum were appalling and tasted out of date. Avoid this place - it is a sham taking advantage of the high footfall in this area. Please also note that any good reviews here tend to be from local guides. I can only assume that there is a possibility they have been incentivised for these reviews to try to counter balance the otherwise largely 1star reviews.

The food was fine, we had to wait for it for more than an hour, even though we pre-booked the table. Also, there were extra lines in the bill :(

Very poor service, our family never come back here again. The attitude of the waistress is so bad, we didnt get the discount for paying cash which we normally get that before. Packing for food take away is costing money which is very abnormal conpare to other restaurants…. I have been regular customer but not from now any more.

Seven Days Chinese Restaurant is a great place for a delicious, authentic meal The private rooms are perfect for enjoying your meal undisturbed, and the service is attentive and friendly. I randomly asked for Chinese tea during my meal*not sure if it was standard—but they brought out a lovely teapot, ready for me to share with my friend. It’s these thoughtful touches that make dining here such a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!
