The best restaurants serving Default food in Breckland East of England

Just ordered a pizza and garlic bread from this place and it was terrible! I've ordered food from here many times and am a repeat customer. It had so much grease on and under the pizza that I thought John Travolta was gonna jump out and start singing about his chills and the garlic bread was soggy to the point of being wet. My partner called Pizza Plus and asked politely for a refund as we are not going to soggy garlic bread and soggy oily pizza. The manager after offering fresh food and our refusal (he said that was his position) literally shouted over my partner, would not let her speak and at first refused to provide written proof that we would receive a refund. This left my partner very anxious and quite literally shocked at the way he treated her. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and will advise everyone not to order food from this place as they have no respect for their customers. I will be paying a visit to the shop in the near future to speak with the manager and find out why he thinks it's appropriate to shout at female customers over the phone.

Wonderful Chinese restaurant. The food is exquisite, you get great portions and for bargain prices. Everything is clean and the decor is very nice. I'd like to give a special thank you to the waitress with the glasses. She is very polite and attentive. Made us feel very welcome. The service is much appreciated. I hope to be back, soon. 😊 谢谢 🙏

Lovely, genuine old thatched pub, with lovely staff. The food could not be faulted and the portions were more than generous. Definitely intend to return.

I ordered on Uber Eats and wanted a spicy Italian toasted. The receipt had the correct order but the sandwich was tuna. How you mess that up is beyond me!

Don't order a takeaway. Waited over 35 minutes to pick up a pre-ordered takeaway. Would have been much better to have eaten in the restaurant.

Brilliant service, the steaks were amazing. Cooked perfectly. The staff are fantastic and so friendly. Great value for money! Definitely recommend coming here again!

Was ok. Very slow service for no obvious reason. 5 orders on the board and 3 cars at drive through so why it took 15/20mins I don't know

We stayed here for one night whilst walking the Peddars way. A welcoming pub with good food - huge portions! Our room was nice enough, clean comfortable and spacious. The only thing we weren’t sure about was the breakfast arrangement. They offer breakfast in your room which was cereal, yoghurt and toast - there was a toaster in the room with signs up to warn you not to burn your toast otherwise it would set off the fire alarms for all other rooms! With that hanging over us we were only brave enough to lightly warm our bread! There was an option to pay extra for a cooked breakfast but we didn’t take this. That said we would stay again!

I get both takeaway and delivery, staff are always friendly. Food is amazing, plenty of it and always hot. Cash only however there are cashpoints nearby.

Best fish and chips we’ve had in a very long time. Very good value for money too. Staff were very polite and friendly. Will definitely be going back soon.

The place itself is drab. Dingy, cold and not the cleanest. Walked through to the bar to order our takeaway - one lady by herself and a delivery driver (I think) sat in the bar waiting for a job. Lady took our order - was very polite and friendly. We waited roughly 15-20 minutes for our food which was hot and tasty. However, the building needs a liven up, hard to tell if it was open when walking in as it was dead. Blinds down, tacky chinese decorations, filthy fish tank in the bar area and a uncomfortable atmosphere. Feels like an underground buisness. Dining room has about 6 tables and is situated in a cold, tucked away room. Just a very odd place with no life to it. Ghost town vibes.

Delivery time takes the piss 2 hours called them they said it will be 15 minutes and it has only just gone out for delivery then still took 30 minutes could of Warked there and back in less time
