Very standard mcdonalds with kind staff but slow service.

Maybe if the staff spent less time chatting to their friends instead of concentrating on what they were doing, they might have got the order right... But, saying that, most McDonald's staff in any branch normally seem incapable, so I shouldn't be surprised really.

It’s the slowest McDonald’s. Every time you go it’s a big long wait

Shockingly slow service at 1am. Not a soul in there only myself and lorry driver partner. Waited 20minutes of his 30 minute break for food because no one could be bothered to do inside orders and only member of staff bothering to do any work was fulfilling drive through orders. Some serious staff training needed. When we did finally get some food it was like warm.

This was suppose to be a Toasted Marshmallow Latte, they always leave the cream and sprinkles off every time I order one or a toffee latte pure laziness yet they charge you extra for the privilege do yourself a favor and head a bit further up the A11 to thickthorn macdonalds and you'll get a much better service.

Quite bite and used the app. Seem 2 strugle a bit with app and have 2 re-order but not an issue. Friendly staff. A napkin would be nice for takeaway (just one lol) as eating in the car can lead 2 spillages!

Not only is it cold outside but they have the air-conditioning on full blast. Not even busy at 6.30am but my food still toom 15 min to come and waste cold as well. The last time I came I got juat chips and even that took longer then should I will nor be using this one again and a shame as close to work

Have got food poisoning twice from this awful place I think they have hygiene issues please stay away from here unless you want to get sick like me have reported them to relevant authorities

It's mcdonalds, you get what you expect and no more, although all I ordered was a breakfast with a toffee latte and they forgot to put the toffee in.

Must be joint 1st worst McD in the country. Orders are always missing items, service is very slow and staff treat orders like garbage, with 1 specific young male member always being so rude, disrespectful and totally incompetent I have no idea how Mgt have yet to fire him. Above is orignal update. Latest review, still extremely slow, poor quality/inaccurate orders and very poor Customer Service - zero manners or respect.

It seems like a 15 minute wait for food is the average

Consistently the slowest service of any McDonalds I have ever experienced. Often get something wrong on the order. Service is average. The restaurant does appear clean. It's Mcdonalds, but a slow one.

Last two times I have been there they have got mt order wrong and the food was cold

Stopped on our way home from the Broads. Nice upstairs , but we had our dog with us.

Food was fine. But once again the staff here missed items off our order and we didn't notice until we got home. Couldn't be bothered to go back and argue.

Awful we were and another couple the only ones in, tables were dirty and food was luke warm at best .It's not good 👎after revisiting this place (I'm like a fool, I know). This is not fast food. The food was extremely slow the staff are very unapproachable! The bins inside were full also the service station was disgusting red sauce over the four packets of sugar and the little cups for the sauce all had little drops of red sauce in them ,so I've reviewed my star rating and I'm giving this place a big zero star rating . Do yourself a favour and go to Starbucks next door !oh and top it all the food was cold, and avoid hot chocolate with a marshmallow top on it they should get done for trade description it looked nothing like the picture 🤮🤮🤮

Snetterton McDonald's is always really slow

It's another McD. So you know what to expect. Sadly milkshakes were off having said that the large 🍟 were large which is rare and hot which is even rarer! Will use again when next at Snetterton.

Pot luck whether it's open or not, states 24 hours but seems to close at midnight.

Avoid if Disabled. They have a lift which is kept under lock and key. If you are lucky a staff member if you can find one front of house, will pretend to try and find them.. Most are reluctant to try. And to make it worse chips are often cold. FURTHER NOTE. A reluctant repeat visit revealed the same problems with the. lift and when a staff member was approached about an incorrect order I was told they were too busy sort it out yourself this place is one to avoid

So slow! Have to wait for cheeseburger happy meals at 5.30pm after waiting 15 mins in a short drive thru queue Avoid if children are hungry!

Food is consistent and staff are friendly. Drive through is quick, and service is quicker than it used to be

We have been going here for the last 4 yrs as its close to our house. However for the last few times we have gone we have had missing chips. Is there a chip shortage? Very disappointing as it was very good before a month ago.

Very busy, stopped here on our travels never been before. After quite a wait the food order was mixed with another and we didn't get what we ordered

Clean, large lobby and quick service.

The service at McD @ Snertton circuit has been absolutely poor for the last month. As a family we come at least once a week to this place mainly late night The last four times we had burned fries, missing orders , waits longer than 45 mins via drive through, not properly wrapped burgers that are lying loose in the bag ..etc . When complained at the desk the night manager didn't even offer an apology . Not planning to use this service anymore

Went because other one was too busy. And was please we did. Enjoyed our food and a gentleness who worked there was very polite and helpful. 😊

We recently went into this McDonald's as a stop off on a long drive. Whilst waiting for our order a rude, entitled man was attempting to bully a 16year old member of staff for a short wait and an app problem that they had no control over. The manager was amazing. She stood up for her staff, whilst being polite and professional throughout. They're lucky to have her.

Slowest McDonald’s in history. If you want to stand there for half an hour for a Big Mac, Coca Cola and double quarter pounder, then this is the place. Bins full and nearly overflowing.i Always go here after a track day at snett and forget how bad it is. I wouldn’t normally bother writing anything but it’s the third time it’s happened in a row. If you are using the a11 to go south for home go to thetford instead.

15 minute wait in an empty drivethrough for a luke warm burger, always gives diet coke instead of real coke, this is not a good franchise

Make full use of the 3 for 3 quid

Standard McDonald's. Clean and tidy. Always check your order as an item was missed on ours, but thankfully easily rectified.

Everywhere looked clean and tidy. Food was your normal McDonalds quality. I asked for a till receipt as the self service machine wouldn't print. But it was like jumping through hoops with various team members to finally get one. But otherwise it was a good place to stop on the A11.

This macdonalds is a joke, made a order on there machine and yet again I didn't get a receipt as the machine was out of paper and i dont want to use the stupid macdonalds app, after making my order i stood there waiting on my food and order no.99 came on the order ready for collection and then had to stand around for another 5mins waiting for my food, all the staff were just standing around doing nothing or worrying about the drive through and didn't seem to care about the people inside, I final got my order but didnot fully check my order before I left,when I got home to eat my order as I only live in East Harling I find out 1, the 20 piece chicken nuggets that I ordered were missing but I was given the dips and 2, the double big mac with bacon was missing 1 x burger and the bacon 3. the chips were stone-cold, and it's not the first time ive had issue as this macdonalds the last 3 times order have been wrong, missing items or cold food they were great when they first opened and now the macdonalds standard hav dripped alot so from now ill pass and got to burger king. I don't have takeout very often but when I do I want to enjoy it, so there you go want to visit this macdonalds my advice is DONOT and to who ever got my chicken nuggets hope you enjoyed them as my son didn't

Hitting an all time low for McDonald's staff really not that interested food is slow, found a hair in my fries, avoid this one

After missing food from our take away order, we were given a code to redeem next time for the whole order. After a palava ordering drive through and the boy getting the manager Lucy. Lucy seemed to take on that we were rather bothering her and she aggressively slammed the window shut on us. After that our meal took a rather long time (we were expecting that tbh). Very poor management. No apologies when I explained to her i just got you had 20 quid worth!!! We actually didn't as I've gone through the order on my app. No name badge, when I asked for her name was abruptly spoken to.

Always a good fill up usually using offers or points etc. Always seems well kept, nice bunch of staff working there

Came in for brekkie before Airsoft at the local site (about 30 seconds drive away) Self service screens printed receipts (which is rare nowadays lol) and the food was very quick. The girl that handed me my food was very polite too Good stuff 👍

Ok ok its fast food what more would one expect 🤦🏽‍♂️. Talk about over cooked burgers, the coffee was much stronger than normal, but the fries were really good, freshly cooked, makes a change. Staff weren't particularly happy, talk about a downer on the place, no enthusiasm for anyone to at least make customers feel happier... We all know its tough, but it's not hard to smile...

McDonald's is renowned for being pretty terrible and this restaurant is no exception. We spent 20 minutes waiting to be served at the drive-thru as the store was experiencing 'payment issues' only for us to watch as several cars were served in the other lane had no issues being served. Once at the front of the queue and ready to order, they informed us that they did not have the items we wanted. We left empty handed after fighting our way out of the drive-thru queue. This was the only place open at midnight, which is why we attempted to get a drink here for our incredibly long journey. Mcdonalds should be ashamed of their terrible service, their long queues, their lack of food items and the fact that they repeatedly think its OK not to inform their customers of such issues before they join a queue that they can't get out of.

Was poor service, loads of staff but slow and more worried about drive thru orders

We went in for a meal to sit in and eat. We very quickly changed our mind but were too late to just leave as we had ordered already. The workers were too interested in having a good time, laughing loudly and swearing at each other. There were 3 sets of couples and a few people sitting at a table. So not at all busy. The tables were dirty and the bins were over flowing. If I had not of pre ordered I would have walked straight back out again. It took over 15 minutes for our food. The food: the fries had just been cooked and were hot. The burger however was cold, not even lukewarm. My husband’s burger was ok. I will not be going back to this particular restaurant. I have took a couple of pictures but there were more untidy tables, with rubbish on them. Maybe the staff should be more focused on keeping the restaurant clean. You will lose customers.

Amy did not let me have a cold drink as I'm not in a Uniform but I did have my blue light card on me and it all Stupid and I'm not happy with Amy at all I don't have to be in uniform but the toilet was not clear and be Writing for my order for 30min as well and when I be at the Tell there come there and Walk away when I'm at the tell there have not got no Customer service and when i got my food it was cold as well too and I do not have no Issue at Any other McDonald's but I have issue at this Mcdonald's

Slowest service I’ve seen in a while. 10 minutes of waiting to make one drink and 2 cheeseburgers. No other orders at the time. No surprise they haven’t got feedback option on Mcdonalds website

Stopped to collect a preorder, got a few miles down the road and realised I'd been given the wrong drink. Too far to turn around and change it.

Diabolical service, staff ignore the shop and only serve the drive through, employ more people, you are greedy enough to put your prices up

Very modern new mc Donald's, really good design on the drive-through, two collection windows, and a double lane so you can overtake. Staff were very friendly and helpful, probably one of the nicest experiences I've had at a ms Donald's in such a long time.

My children love it here, very quick service and clean. Sometimes items are missed, however, staff are very quick and helpful to get it corrected for us.

Service here was so slow, food was cold when we got it, was sent back and fresh lot done. Staff were very unenthusiastic and seemed a general attitude of couldn't be bothered! Definitely will not be visiting here again!

Been going in multiple times during the evening when there’s no rush and there’s things they need to look into -the printers in the self service tills are always out of paper, so i never know until the last second whether i need to read the order number on the screen (as it’s on the receipt) -I often get a single order and unless I go through drive thru, the wait for food is often over 15 minutes and people with bigger orders who order after me get theirs first? -the upstairs to the toilets is always closed/blocked off too early, so the toilets can’t be used

Printers on the order machines didn’t work so I had to guess my order number - Took 15 minutes for me to get some nuggets and fries and when I asked the staff they took two seconds to grab it off the side, so it was sat there the whole time?? meanwhile 10+ cars were served at the drive through and from reading other reviews this isn’t uncommon

All pretty standard but a lovely array of tables to.plug into so a decent stop off to do some work

Myself and my wife had a lovely visit to this branch. We sat upstairs with a nice view. It was clean and the food was delivered by Katie it was nice and hot. Everyone was in a great Christmas spirit, nice to see a whole team of staff happy.

Shockingly slow service, half the order machines were not working, food was cold when it was finally served and the big mac I had was more of a big mess.

Wasn't busy but u still waiting "hours for food,took my takeaway home and no fries ...never again....waisting time and money

Not a bad place to get your McDonald's. They do often forget certain bits but you can get it back if you go in and explain.

Waited nearly 20 mins for food while other customers came in and got there's within 5-10 mins. They seem to care more about the drive through than waiting customers in store. Another customer got there food which half of it turned out to be mine and not what he orderd. When he tried getting the attention of the manager he was rudely told to wait with a hand gesture This seems tobe a common occurance

Popped in for a quick bite to eat and refresher after a haul to and from Stansted. It says fast food, but was more like slow food, it doesn't really feel like an atmosphere you could really enjoy a bite to eat relax for a bit, and the food seem to be almost cold. There is plenty of parking, WiFi and other facilities. But just do not expect fast food, it is not 90 mph, its more like 5mph. I'm sure it'll get better, maybe!!

Two floors, nice and clean, good service. A fab virtual table upstairs to keep kids entertained too. Tablets to use on another table.

Nice enough mcds , am liking the new Halloween menu items

This is a new outlet, but the manager looked about 13 and both he and all the staff didnt have a clue. Our order was wrong and one of the assistants just shrugged off our complaint and walked off. I got it sorted, but they need somebody running the place and the staff to get on and take some responsibility

Had to wait 30 min for food .they were so under staff and the ones that were there didn't have a qlue what was going on will never stop there again .

For a change it was surprisingly good. Burgers were hot and buns well put together. Chips were also hot !

Food took 13 mins to arrive and then coffee was cold. Not a single member of staff smiled. Not the McDonald’s that I remember

Fantastic service, the staff were really helpful and friendly. The food was just perfect, and the inside of the restaurant was very clean. Plenty of parking and easy to find.
