The downhill slope continues…. Would be nice if once, just once, we were served something that almost resembles the picture on the menu…

Always a good fill up usually using offers or points etc. Always seems well kept, nice bunch of staff working there

Slowest McD drive thru ever used! Not even a busy time! Hopeless

Came in for brekkie before Airsoft at the local site (about 30 seconds drive away) Self service screens printed receipts (which is rare nowadays lol) and the food was very quick. The girl that handed me my food was very polite too Good stuff 👍

Ok ok its fast food what more would one expect 🤦🏽‍♂️. Talk about over cooked burgers, the coffee was much stronger than normal, but the fries were really good, freshly cooked, makes a change. Staff weren't particularly happy, talk about a downer on the place, no enthusiasm for anyone to at least make customers feel happier... We all know its tough, but it's not hard to smile...

McDonald's is renowned for being pretty terrible and this restaurant is no exception. We spent 20 minutes waiting to be served at the drive-thru as the store was experiencing 'payment issues' only for us to watch as several cars were served in the other lane had no issues being served. Once at the front of the queue and ready to order, they informed us that they did not have the items we wanted. We left empty handed after fighting our way out of the drive-thru queue. This was the only place open at midnight, which is why we attempted to get a drink here for our incredibly long journey. Mcdonalds should be ashamed of their terrible service, their long queues, their lack of food items and the fact that they repeatedly think its OK not to inform their customers of such issues before they join a queue that they can't get out of.

Was poor service, loads of staff but slow and more worried about drive thru orders

We went in for a meal to sit in and eat. We very quickly changed our mind but were too late to just leave as we had ordered already. The workers were too interested in having a good time, laughing loudly and swearing at each other. There were 3 sets of couples and a few people sitting at a table. So not at all busy. The tables were dirty and the bins were over flowing. If I had not of pre ordered I would have walked straight back out again. It took over 15 minutes for our food. The food: the fries had just been cooked and were hot. The burger however was cold, not even lukewarm. My husband’s burger was ok. I will not be going back to this particular restaurant. I have took a couple of pictures but there were more untidy tables, with rubbish on them. Maybe the staff should be more focused on keeping the restaurant clean. You will lose customers.

Amy did not let me have a cold drink as I'm not in a Uniform but I did have my blue light card on me and it all Stupid and I'm not happy with Amy at all I don't have to be in uniform but the toilet was not clear and be Writing for my order for 30min as well and when I be at the Tell there come there and Walk away when I'm at the tell there have not got no Customer service and when i got my food it was cold as well too and I do not have no Issue at Any other McDonald's but I have issue at this Mcdonald's

Slowest service I’ve seen in a while. 10 minutes of waiting to make one drink and 2 cheeseburgers. No other orders at the time. No surprise they haven’t got feedback option on Mcdonalds website

Stopped to collect a preorder, got a few miles down the road and realised I'd been given the wrong drink. Too far to turn around and change it.

Diabolical service, staff ignore the shop and only serve the drive through, employ more people, you are greedy enough to put your prices up

Quick service and nice hot food.

Very modern new mc Donald's, really good design on the drive-through, two collection windows, and a double lane so you can overtake. Staff were very friendly and helpful, probably one of the nicest experiences I've had at a ms Donald's in such a long time.

Fantastic Mcdonalds nice and new and very clean. Food was piping hot when it arrived which was lovely.

My children love it here, very quick service and clean. Sometimes items are missed, however, staff are very quick and helpful to get it corrected for us.

Service here was so slow, food was cold when we got it, was sent back and fresh lot done. Staff were very unenthusiastic and seemed a general attitude of couldn't be bothered! Definitely will not be visiting here again!

Been going in multiple times during the evening when there’s no rush and there’s things they need to look into -the printers in the self service tills are always out of paper, so i never know until the last second whether i need to read the order number on the screen (as it’s on the receipt) -I often get a single order and unless I go through drive thru, the wait for food is often over 15 minutes and people with bigger orders who order after me get theirs first? -the upstairs to the toilets is always closed/blocked off too early, so the toilets can’t be used

Printers on the order machines didn’t work so I had to guess my order number - Took 15 minutes for me to get some nuggets and fries and when I asked the staff they took two seconds to grab it off the side, so it was sat there the whole time?? meanwhile 10+ cars were served at the drive through and from reading other reviews this isn’t uncommon

All pretty standard but a lovely array of tables to.plug into so a decent stop off to do some work

Food is consistent and staff are friendly. However they're often slow, specially if they're busy. Drive through is often quicker than inside. Have noticed an improvement in this over recent months now though.

Myself and my wife had a lovely visit to this branch. We sat upstairs with a nice view. It was clean and the food was delivered by Katie it was nice and hot. Everyone was in a great Christmas spirit, nice to see a whole team of staff happy.

Shockingly slow service, half the order machines were not working, food was cold when it was finally served and the big mac I had was more of a big mess.

Wasn't busy but u still waiting "hours for food,took my takeaway home and no fries ...never again....waisting time and money

Not a bad place to get your McDonald's. They do often forget certain bits but you can get it back if you go in and explain.

Waited nearly 20 mins for food while other customers came in and got there's within 5-10 mins. They seem to care more about the drive through than waiting customers in store. Another customer got there food which half of it turned out to be mine and not what he orderd. When he tried getting the attention of the manager he was rudely told to wait with a hand gesture This seems tobe a common occurance

Popped in for a quick bite to eat and refresher after a haul to and from Stansted. It says fast food, but was more like slow food, it doesn't really feel like an atmosphere you could really enjoy a bite to eat relax for a bit, and the food seem to be almost cold. There is plenty of parking, WiFi and other facilities. But just do not expect fast food, it is not 90 mph, its more like 5mph. I'm sure it'll get better, maybe!!

Two floors, nice and clean, good service. A fab virtual table upstairs to keep kids entertained too. Tablets to use on another table.

This is a new outlet, but the manager looked about 13 and both he and all the staff didnt have a clue. Our order was wrong and one of the assistants just shrugged off our complaint and walked off. I got it sorted, but they need somebody running the place and the staff to get on and take some responsibility

Must be joint 1st worst McD in the country. Orders are always missing items, service is very slow and staff treat orders like garbage, with 1 specific young male member always being so rude, disrespectful and totally incompetent I have no idea how Mgt have yet to fire him.

Had to wait 30 min for food .they were so under staff and the ones that were there didn't have a qlue what was going on will never stop there again .

For a change it was surprisingly good. Burgers were hot and buns well put together. Chips were also hot !

Fantastic service, the staff were really helpful and friendly. The food was just perfect, and the inside of the restaurant was very clean. Plenty of parking and easy to find.

It's very similar to many other McDonald's, but it's near Snetterton race circuit, which is very handy 😀

Getting fresh hot fries here is rarer than Wonka's golden ticket. Getting a fresh hot burger is about on par with picking a Grand National winner. Difficult to know where they could have found staff who cared less. Used to be a reliable McDs a few years ago. It's a shame they couldn't hold it together.

I moved to the area 3 years ago and this is our closest McDonald's and it was great food was nice and warm all the time and the service was great very friendly staff. Unfortunately I have to edit my old review as this McDonald's has gone downhill with rude staff and the food is cold and fries taste like cardboard. I ordered on the app through my wife's phone and i went to the drive thru 15 mins later and payment went through fine and suddenly on the next window they said that the payment didn't go through as I used my reward points on a burger and it somehow Jammed the payment. The staff said can you pay by card or cash I said no cause I have not got my wallet with me and they said can you pay by phone I said no as I don't have payment on my phone available. so I spoke to a young manager and he said to drive back home to get my wallet to pay so I went home and then went back to mcdonalds and spoke to the same manager I said I hope I don't get charged twice he said no it got cancelled so I paid £27 and got home the food was so cold I had to chuck it in the bin. So a few days past and my wife checked her bank and has been charged 28.00 my wife has emailed mcdonalds customer service so be careful if you ordering through the app as they might double charge you like they did with me.

Food was fast, but not the best I've had from mc ds, ordered, and literally 4secs, It was ready. The store seemed clean and tidy, not much else to say. You need more signs on the road to let u know that you're coming to a mc ds. I literally drove past for a week and never noticed it tbh.

Ordered using the app. Food came quickly to my outside table. Exactly what I expect from McDonald's

Visited on Thursday evening with my husband. Relatively fast and all the staff were helpful. I dined in and the restaurant was clean and the toilets were spotless. Great place to pop in and have a bite to eat. Would definitely recommend

Every time I come to this one it's so slow, easily the worst McDonald's about.

Absolute joke! Waited over 20 minutes for food only to have items missing from the order. It happens everytime we go here, avoid until they can sort themselves out.

I visit the Snetterton store on a daily basis at differing times & it never disappoints. The service is always quick & the food is always fresh. I had to pop to the toilet & was pleasantly surprised by how the clean the toilets were & the store is always spotless. I was greeted by Aston on my way upstairs, he was very polite & enthusiastic. Overall it was a lovely experience for me & my daughter.

Giving a poor review as we were here at 8 in the morning on sat 26th Aug. The place was very untidy bins not emptied from night before. Food still on the floor from not being cleared from the day before either. Also wet floor sign on table. Hopefully this hasn't been in the loos. Staff member natasha that brought are food was very helpful and friendly.

I wouldn’t even give it one star!! Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too! I gave it 3 chances and each time we went it just got worse. service slow, food cold, no one seemed to be in charge, burger today seemed to be thrown together. Safe to say I will not be giving it a 4th chance!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Probably the worst McDonald's I've been in, service appalling, was a quiet time visited but no one around, other customers couldn't get a straw because no one to ask, very slow service , took 15 minutes for 1 meal! And it was quiet, seems drive through got priority over the inside guest??? Won't return sadly

Think i might have aged 20 years just waiting for my order. Slowest service from a maccies ive ever seen. When i finally got my breakfast, i stepped out to the outdoor seating area and found atleast 5 workers sat out there smoking. Looks smart from the outside, but a very lifeless atmosphere on the inside

It was my first trip to the snetterton restaurant after being served by Katie it sure won’t be my last visit. Despite being busy with other customers, I found her to be very helpful and friendly and works well under pressure. I had a technical fault with the app, but despite this, I found that Katie was able to handle and resolve the problem. After receiving the highest standard of customer service, I would love to see Katie praised for her outstanding performance this morning. I will be looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Snetterton McDonald’s

Great tasting food and good customer service

Unfortunately, as with most McDonald's these days, they are prioritising drive-through orders and moving in store orders across the screens before they are complete. This may meet targets but annoys a lot of customers 😒

Slowest service ever at a supposedly fast food outlet. Half an hour to get a burger and chips. In the end I asked for a refund and left. I can assure that we were issued a manager credit note. We returned the following day and the service was just as shoddy. 20 minutes to receive food . Some people who had ordered before us were still waiting

The slowest McDonald's, I've had the misfortune to use. There were only 1 other customer waiting inside when I arrived, our food took 18 minutes and we only wanted 2 breakfasts. Me and another guy politely asked what was tsking so long and they just said "well the food has to be cooked". When i got my food, it was cold, and the tea bag in my tea had split.....by the time we left, there were loads of people waiting.

Looks good from outside and all nice and new......but whilst I accept McDonalds ain't fine dining this was poor. Wife ordered Toffee Latte and was given a stone cold Latte that had clearly been left somewhere for ages could have even been someone else's drink!!! Food was lukewarm and burgers were dry. Something was just lacking all round, will drive past next time.

Food was a little wait but was very fresh and hot. Would rather wait for fresh food than get barely warm food quickly like you do at some McDonald's

Mildly disappointed at our stop here. The service was slow and although downstairs was being visibly cleaned, the toilets were "worse than school" according to my son.
