Visited on 20th July with my wife. Ordered food, drinks and desserts. Everything came out at once within 10 minutes apart from a sauasage pannini, my wife had finished her food so after 35 minutes went to order another drink and find out where said pannini was. It was under a hot plate forgotten about, she was handed it and brought it out herself but ordered two lattes before leaving the counter. After 20 miniutes the lattes still hadnt arrived so i went to find out where they were, still sat on the counter !!!. I could understand if they were very busy but they clearly werent with several staff i can only describe as tossing it off around the till for an easly life, the waiting staff couldnt have been any slower and didnt seem to have a clue what they were doing, comming out shouting different foods and drinks out when tables numbers were given at the point of ordering. The only upside was the food which we had when it arrived was ok but the service and waiting time make the cafe a very poorly run venue, wont be visiting again based on this experience.

Absolutely shocking service and horrible staff. Didn't care about you at all. Missed out half our order. Receipt didn't print so didn't get a receipt and when I went back to sort it out, I was told they couldn't do anything without it and no manager stepped in to assist or help in anyway!! Never go here unless you want shocking service and half your order missing!!

Food and service was good but visited the toilets and they were disgusting as though they get forgotten about not one cubicle was clean floors swimming in urine and mirror at sink filthy too, just putting it out there as it is meant to be a services.

Missing food items and when we asked the restaurant about this we were told that they "Don't F**king care" and "I cough in your food" - So this about sums up our experience of this takeaway during a global pandemic. Absolutely disgusting and should be put out of business.

A most disappointing experience. We have always rated Burger King over other similar brands on the basis that they produce fresh high quality burgers, They always got it right. Except this time. We placed our order using the automated touch screens and waited for them to call our number. We checked on the screen and everything we ordered seemed ok. Upon receipt, we noticed that the majority of items were incorrect and we had to ask for them to swap out a large portion of the products for the correct ones. Even then, they still got it wrong and we ended up paying over £30 for incorrect items. Ok it was hot and fresh, but still, if you cannot even get it right using an automatic system, then what can you do. BK, you have rapidly gone downhill.

Went through the drive through, got asked to park up and wait, 40 minutes later I was still waiting, cars were coming through the drive thru and waiting then getting served before I was, asked the lad who brought someone else’s food out what was going on, he just said well you should of come in, awful attitude, so I went in and another 10 minutes waiting, got my food went to my car checked order and they had got it wrong, it was real chaos in the restaurant, I will never go to this one again, and to top it all off when I got home with the food it was all soggy and really salty, absolutely disgusting.

Order from here a fair bit as we are limited around here. Food has always been good. Decent portion sizes etc. Service has been hit and miss in the past but the lack of communication from takeaway for late deliveries is a joke. The website live chat gives generic replies saying to contact Oasis..... i have been calling them for the last half hr to find out where the food is we ordered an hour and 45mins ago and still waiting for!! It would be better customer service to let people know food will be late. We stopped using Little Italy in Sleaford because they were like this. So disappointed in the drop in service of late. Update... so finally got through on phone to be told they had no order for us. Told to ring THEIR website and basically told to F****k off. Never using again. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Good news and bad news. Good news - Fish very nice. Free salt and vinegar. Bad news - Cold chips, dry bread roll, tea had a skin on it? Eat in the Resaurant, ate out of boxes with a wooden fork. 45p for a little sachet of sauce. Average service. I know it’s just fish and chip but it wasn’t a good experience.

Worst customer experience I’ve experienced in my life. Asked for a vat receipt 3 times and still wouldn’t provide any type of receipt. Got home and all 4 chips were missing as well as all 4 dips. Rang and Ewan manager tells me unable to refund unless I return to the store and he can give me some cash. OMG give your staff some training on compliance and customer service.

Bad beer, bad atmosphere and even worse staff !!! Came here for the first time Saturday and will never return. The pub was full of idiots, drunk stereotypical males all on drugs and tarted up women with everything on show. Staff were non welcoming and didn’t even say hello. Save the stone arms and close this one
