Muy decepcionado, cada vez que ha estado allí la comida era fría como piedra, ni siquiera pueden conseguir dos mini hamburguesas filete bien. El personal medio dormido, muy arrogante al tomar comida fría de vuelta, como es normal servir comida fría. Ve a la calle KFC. No hay problema allí, excelente personal y Comida caliente

Después de terminar el trabajo. Queríamos un KFC para la cena. Desafortunadamente el restaurante era frío y poco acogedor. Después de hacer nuestro pedido nos dijeron que no había y pollo listo y sería 15 minutos. Ofrecieron una alternativa a la que acordamos. Esto fue en el lado más frío de cálido. Para entonces tenía tanta hambre que me lo comí de todos modos. Si kfc prestara más atención al cliente frente a ellos en lugar de pedidos en línea, esto podría ayudar.

Pedido a través de la máquina en tienda. ¡Una vez más sin recibo! Ordenó una comida de cuatro piezas con Extra palomitas de pollo y se actualizó a grande. Bebida de sandía y lima. £ 15 . 09 Volví al baño. La comida estaba en el mostrador, fue y se sentó. Lo abrí y había 3 baquetas y un muslo. Estaba muy decepcionado. Fui a hablar con un miembro del personal y dijo: "Depende de lo que entremos, a veces es solo baqueta y muslos. Pero puedes pedir lo que quieras. " Dije que es muy decepcionante y mala relación calidad-precio para ser honesto! Fui y comí mi comida caliente. El pollo de palomitas estaba caliente. Utilizo este en Lincoln con bastante regularidad y en general es un mal servicio, comida promedio y sin papel en las máquinas de pedidos! ¡Nada se intentó rectificar mi pobre experiencia de cliente en absoluto! ¡Por eso estoy escribiendo esta reseña ahora!

Worst customer experience I’ve experienced in my life. Asked for a vat receipt 3 times and still wouldn’t provide any type of receipt. Got home and all 4 chips were missing as well as all 4 dips. Rang and Ewan manager tells me unable to refund unless I return to the store and he can give me some cash. OMG give your staff some training on compliance and customer service.

Bought a family feast of which the chips were undercooked, gravy was luke warm and I recieved 8 chicken legs and 2 thighs in the 10 piece bucket which I know is 100% against policy. Wouldn't step foot in the place as clearly yhe staff are not properly trained, don't care or simply a combination of both.

I've never been here and had a good experience. The service is always so slow, no matter how busy it is, and the staff always struggle when you want to use the KFC app. Good seems like typical KFC and I've never understood why they insist on the wrist drink selection

Missing food items and when we asked the restaurant about this we were told that they "Don't F**king care" and "I cough in your food" - So this about sums up our experience of this takeaway during a global pandemic. Absolutely disgusting and should be put out of business.

Absolute joke, won’t fulfill orders when they’re open and when you do eventually get a delivery it’s been an absolute joke at best. Don’t bother!

Omg!?! Slowest McDonald's iv EVER! been to! Waited 20 mins after we come through the drive-through. Having to wait in bay 1! To then have to go in and get told our food, had been sat on the side for the last 10 Minutes and was then told we couldnt have a replacement with the chicken being stone cold!?. Cleanliness is shocking! I don't think they know how to clean! (Especially the toilets) the toilets are DISGUSTING! BROKEN TOILET IN THE MENS, HAD TO USE THE DISABLED. PEE ON THE FLOOR AND CRAP STILL IN THE BOWL!. restaurant was completely empty when we got there at 4am this morning, the excuse they gave was we're extremely busy?!?!? AT 4AM WITH NOBODY WAITING FOR FOOD! NOBODY IN THE DRIVE-THOUGH! NOBODY IN THE RESTAURANT!, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE!.

I am allergic to Garlic and often struggle to find things to eat in restaurants. The staff here were so friendly, they checked through ingredients and even offered to tweak the menu to make me something. Even though the pub is a Hungry Horse, the staff made it feel like a local, rather than a franchise.
