This place has really gone to the dogs! Up until a few years ago the food was delicious and we used it regularly (a couple of times a week sometimes) the chow main, as others have said has a really strange taste to it. We used to love the fried beef and mushrooms and the satay beef, but these have gone really poor down to the quality of the meat and the amount of meat in portions. The sauce has also changed and is very watery now. The only thing I can say is the chicken and prawn balls are some of the best I've tasted. Won't be using anymore, as I've noticed their hygiene rating has slipped to 3 also

Came here last minute after an evening in town - didn’t think it would be very nice. But it was honestly delicious, very tasty veg spring rolls and it all stayed piping hot while we drove home! Sweet & sour sauce was slightly bland but overall quality was excellent!

Lovely hot food with quick delivery. Can pay via 'Sum up' app. Very straightforward. Telephone and delivery staff very polite. Would recommend

My wife is Chinese. I've lived in China for 12yrs. We are on vacation here in the UK. And we were both happy with the food. Nuff said! And the staff is super friendly. Thanks.

We go nearly every week but the food we had this weekend Saturday 17/9 was amazing even better which we thought couldn't get better and so reasonable prices 😋

I had chicken curry and noodles and a portion of samosas (which looked like the frozen ones you get from Tesco. It didn't taste of much other than salt and incredibly greasy. I only ate a quarter of it.Not sure fi it was connected to the meal or the kit kat I also had that day, but something gave me insane diarroeah and left me feeling very sick.

This used to be my favourite Chinese takeaway but my meal this evening was very poor. Beef was really tough, chicken balls inedible and went in the bin. All really salty with no other flavours. Rice was ok, but again really salty. Won't be going back.

Excellent food to take away. Cash only is a bit of a nuisance though as there is no nearby bank cash point. Reasonably priced on the whole.

Rude staff, one girl in particular. Lied about how long order would take. Order was missing items. No apology, instead I was shouted at “don’t call me a liar”, when I suggested she should calm down after shouting, she screamed “don’t tell me to calm down” in front of a takeaway full of customers. Stood there eating chips from the kitchen whilst serving. Horrendous attitude, dishonest and bad hygiene. Food was nice(albeit some missing) so it’s a shame she’s let them down.

I honestly don't know if it's the wrong Asian culture of the chefs or what but all I want are those bright red dry BBQ ribs and they don't seem to know how to make them. The first time I asked for them they came in some sort of heavily garlic'd sauce. Obviously, I didn't notice until I got them home! The next time they had some sort of generic salty BBQ sauce on them but for some reason I've never been able to obtain 'traditional bright red' dry (rough texture to the bite) BBQ spare ribs like the Phoenix Garden IV used to do before it closed. I could also get something similar (but not quite right) at Cwmbran's Jade Garden; however, they were often a little oversaturated in cooking oil and needed patting dry with paper towel once I got them home. Time to look up various internet recipes and make them myself I suppose...

Absolutely shocking food. My wife’s prawn’s were solid, daughters chips were inedible, my sons chicken fried rice was over cooked and the gravy on my food was so sweet I couldn’t eat it. Shame as they used to a great take away. Won’t be going back in a hurry.
