We go nearly every week but the food we had this weekend Saturday 17/9 was amazing even better which we thought couldn't get better and so reasonable prices 😋

Consistently good. Tasty food and great choice. Friendly and efficient, busy take away. Quality food at a great price.

Good food and fast. Big room so can keep distance while waiting. Can watch Strictly while waiting on the tv as well. easy access and parking

We phoned an order before 6 and was told it would be an hour. We went down by 6.50 and we're given a numbered pager. At 7.20 I went in to ask how long the order would be. She went to check and said there were 10 before me be! Another customer had been there since 6 (he'd called at 5.15) He asked if his was next and if it wasn't could he have a refund. She went back and came out with his money. Everyone got quite annoyed and she said it wasn't her fault as since we'd phoned they'd had walk ins. So I said it would've better not to phone, just walk in. But then she said they would prefer phone orders! So I had my money back and went to the new Kung Fu. 20 minute wait but if we'd come here at 6 we'd have been sitting at home now watching Netflix with full tummies!!!! Food is great here but don't bother at the weekend!

First visit, great food with quick service. Would recommend. The chicken curry and crispy chicken were especially good.

Only moved to the area recently was looking for a chinese near by choose this one. Food was great best chinese i have ever had.Only down side it was cash only so had to go get cash and then go back. in this day and age card is as good as cash. Had special curry special fried rice, sweet sour chicken balls chicken and mush.

Love the food here. Ordered a few times. But EVERYTIME, it’s slow service. Everytime they say 20 mins you’re there for over and hour. I understand tonight is New Years but don’t say half hour. Ordered it 5.55 still waiting at nearly 2 hours later. It’s a joke. You either be honest about the wait time or actually stick to what you say. Totally puts me off. No apology. No discount. Bad business

Used to be fantastic years ago but expensive. Now just expensive and very average and inconsistent. Sometimes its not bad others just awful.

I know I have reviewed this before but last night I had the House Special Chow Mein, with onions & mushrooms - absolutely wonderful

Wow, yes fabulous meal, we had the house special rice and barbecue spare ribs and a house special chow mein. Beautiful.

I know the man and his Dad well at this venue and the food is always delightful and delicious,however i was sitting waiting for my food when a man came up to me and called me 007,i didn't know what he was referring to so i just nodded and waited for my delicious meal,i think i may have been 007 in a parallel world lol...

I have loved everything I have tried from there, everyone in my family love the food. The girls at the desk are so chatty and welcoming

Ordered duck in black bean sauce and soare ribs also chips and soya gravy .Really impressed with food ribs soya gravy and ribs excellent .My wife said duck was lovely.highly recommend

Ordered chinese take away from frankies kitchen .spare ribs and duck in black bean sauce were excellent.the fried rice was very good.Highly reccomended.we ordered by telephone and picked up 1 hour later

Consistently very good. The best I've tried in Llanelli. Never had a bad meal, only one criticism the chips need better attention.

I live in Swansea but go to Llanelli for Chinese food from Frankie's Kitchen. I must have been a dozen times and never had a bad meal. Absolutely first class

I love this Chinese. The menu is pretty standard but it's simple food done well. Anything with salt and chilli is always good and their satay sauce although not overly peanutty is the one!

Food was OK had special curry tiny shrimps chicken and pork,rice was extra !! crispy duck and pancakes disappointing not enough very skrimp on portion only enough just for 3 small pancakes between 2, salt and peppered king prawns ok but tasted far better total bill just under £20 for 2. Won't be rushing back Disappointing

My favourite chinese takeaway, their soya gravy is the best, along with the salt and chilli chicken and crispy beef,and ask for salt and chilli chips,they are not on the menu!

Nunca escriba un comentario negativo en mi vida, o le gusta quejarse a alguien tratando de correr un negocio no es fácil. Pero no he tenido un llevar que no podía comer. Las patatas fritas y arroz estaban bajo cocinado. Por suerte, no tuve ningún carne.

This is now our regular Chinese takeaway, would thoroughly recommend the sweet and sour chicken in batter.

Very good food with very generous portions always supplied with very friendly staff., with plenty of room in the waiting area and room for parking outside.

Simplemente recogido terrible- absolutamente una comida para llevar. Las costillas estaban tan difícil, ni siquiera los perros lo comió, fiable y pollo de degustación y creo que las patatas fritas estaban cocinados última semana algún día. Siempre hemos tenido una buena comida en el pasado desde aquí, pero esta noche era terrible, tengo la sensación de que hay nuevos propietarios. Me llamó para quejarse y no querían saber.

Me and my partner just had the best Chinese ever well done Ab Fab try it out guys and very reasonable the flavours with peppers onions mushrooms and a lot more and generous potions also

Omg. Awesome. Truely fantastic. Never failed to meet expectations. I can highly recommend. Eaten her many times now and had different meals ,all top class. Great value too. Sadly no delivery service.

We have only recently started using this particular take away on account our regular one has let it's standards slip. The food from here is very very good. It has a 5 hygiene rating (I always check for this). Tasty food and good value for money. Result. I highly recommend this take away :)

Pre-ordered a take away as I knew they would be busy being New Years Eve. Told to collect at 1850, and food actually came at 1900. I was surprised it was a short wait as they were very busy. I have used Frankie's Kitchen a number of times since they opened (I previously used either Lotus House or Hong Kong Kitchen).The young lady at the counter is very friendly and polite and the quality of food I have had from there has always been fantastic, and certainly far better priced than the two previous establishments used.If you haven't tried them yet, then give them a go. I am sure you will not be disappointed. Okay, they don't give free pappodums etc like some places but I would rather have great food and pay for the little extras.The only thing I would prefer would be the option to pay by card and at the moment it is cash only and they do not deliver, but I prefer to collect anyway so no major problem there.
