Fantastic food and delivery service. The food was tasty and good size portion. Payment is cash only which is fine, but something to bear in mind. I would highly recommend.

Normal Chinese fair and reasonably priced

I order from here sometimes twice a week as i love their curry sauce and chicken fried rice i have never once been disappointed with the food quality it has always been outstanding however tonight i ordered a beef curry with egg fried rice the curry itself was beautiful but the egg fried rice smelt awfully sour like it had been left sitting out overnight or cooked in rancid oil it has put me right off my dinner in the bin it goes! Such a shame

Nice chicken curry but not enough sauce in! Egg fried rice is mushy and the prawn crackers were stale but nice chips and nice pancake roll

The food was absolutely delicious and I give credit to all of the staff and I give excellent credit to may for cooking great food x

We have been coming here for over 25 years because the food is good, the price is reasonable and the portion sizes are good. However, I was gutted tonight when we went there for food and the food carton sizes are now much smaller and they have almost halved in size. The price however has not reduced!!! Very disappointed!

We have been coming here for over 25 years. There are a few reasons for this. Firstly the food is good, secondly the price is reasonable and thirdly they have good sized portions. This evening we went there and we were VERY DISAPPOINTED! They have reduced the size of their food cartons to almost half the size but the price is the same!

Cash only, no ordering online and no modern website, but you know what? They do the best Chinese takeaway in town. We all super enjoyed it and even fussy cat pestered us to share chicken with him! Ordered from them a few times and I highly recommend it. There is a lot of space to park and order/collect in person, prices are very reasonable, portions are good. Staff is very friendly. Will happily return again!

Amazing food, all fairly reasonably priced. It is cash only though so bear that in mind; there's a cash point about 2 min walk away. Highlights for us were the crispy chili beef and sweet & sour chicken batter. Took a while for our food to be ready but we ordered a lot so I'm not mad! Worth the wait.

BIG NO DONT EAT HERE After ordering sat waiting for 20 mins the customer they was served after me took there food. Waited another 10 mins for the boy behind the desk to ask what my order was as he had forgotten to send it to the kitchen. Whelk I was waiting the cooking was causing a lot of smoke so much my eyes were watering. The place is run down and food smelt terrible so I glad I didn’t have to eat it. Think I dodged a bullet DONT GO HERE FOR FOOD

Have eaten here before and it's just around the corner from me. But accepts cash only? Feel like im in a time machine and been dragged back to the 70s.

When we fancy a chinese takeaway this is where we go. The food is always great and the portions are a good size as well. We’ve tried dozens of other places but this one is always better. Good service and good value too, with some other takeaway’s much dearer and not as good. Will be returning again.

Without exception, the best quality food in the llanelli area. Proper meat with flavour and curry altered to suit taste keep it up.

FAST. beautiful. SOY SAUCE GRAVY IS EXQUISITE, WILL NEVER GET CHINESE ANYWHERE ELSE. they also do delivery which is very fast. the price is great aswell!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The crispy beef was very chewy, the chow mein was drowning in way too much gravy and very greasy and still the chicken managed to be dry 🤔, and the chicken balls were not very nice

Not had a meal from Hong Kong for a long time, no particular reason.tried most of other takeaways in llanelli but disappointed with them. Had a takeaway delivered tonight from Hong Kong. Delivered in 30 mins, piping hot and without doubt the tastiest meal we have had for a long time. Deffo call again

I last reviewed Hong Kong Kitchens back in July 2018. Here we are in September 2021 and still enjoying the excellent food that this take away provides. Great food, great service and reliable delivery times.

Delicious food. Very good amount for the cost. Definitely will be ordering again. Couldnt fault anything other than the place looks a bit run down.

Haven't tried all the Chinese takeaways in Llanelli but tried allot looking for a good one and stopped with these guys cause the food is so good(try the chilli and garlic ribs) and I'm writing this now with my stomach about to burst

We ordered for delivery and they said it would be with us in the hour, it came after 45 minutes. The food was stunning, can't fault it. I would very highly recommend it. We have ordered from Hong Kong Kitchens lately and the food seems to be getting better every time we order.

Food was greasy, not usually like this, when I got home I checked the prices and was over charged by £4 and only one person in the kitchen wearing a mask

Phoned up for delivery, was told 30-40, which was fine. 55mins later I decided 2 ring up 2 where my food was. I was told that the "new girl on the phone was wrong & it wasnt ready" I asked how long it b & they said it wasnt even cooked yet. I got put on to the manager & he was totally rude & made excuse after excuse about being busy. Avoide this Chinese at costs. Management r rude & obnoxious & dont really care about their customers. STAY AWAY

I have been using this Chinese for years and years. I literally won’t go anywhere else. If I fancy a Chinese and it’s a Tuesday (the only day they close) I will go without the Chinese rather than go else where, as no where else compares. Their potions are amazing. Their service is amazing - all staff are always lovely. They are always very busy...that’s a testament in itself! Thank you for years of wonderful service!

Had our first meal from here yesterday and it was delicious! The portions are a great size and very reasonably priced too. We had a portion of delicious Prawn Toast, then Sweet & Sour Chicken Cantonese Style & Beef with pepper in Black Bean Sauce with fried rice, which was also delicious. Will definitely return.

Wonderful food and service, ordered on a saturday and it did take a while, but after seeing the sheer number of orders in the kitchen and hearing the phone go off every couple of minutes I was surprised they were able to do it with the speed they did, very good experience would highly recommend.

I go there occasionally I like their chicken fried rice

I was very well served by the staff when ordering but, sadly, their food was not up to par with their niceness. My chop suey was almost tasteless. I sincerely hope their other dishes are not that bland.

I use this take away quite alot and have never had a bad meal from there. Just what the doctor ordered.

I always get a Chicken Curry and Boiled rice from here and it's alwayslovely,it's the healthiest thing on the menu so guilt free nosh at it's best..

We have been using the Hong Kong Kitchens on a few occasions of late, previous take aways having appeared to have gone off the boil locally. The food is excellent, the price reasonable and the delivery prompt. Really impressed so far and will continue to use their excellent service.

Best food I have eaten. But foned tonight and a Chinese person told me no closed. I said it’s not half 11 and was hung up on. Thought it was rude. Don’t say your open until 11.30 when you hang up at 10 past. It’s my favourite takeaway but didn’t like being hung up on

Whenever we order Chinese this is the only restaurant we will use. In 5 years of using them there has never been a bad meal. Deliveries tend to be really quick and usually within the hour. Polite and friendly driver too. Food is always hot and packaged well. Can recommend the vegetarian options as being tasty and plenty of variety. Highly recommend the rice, curry and crispy chilli dishes.

This is one of my favourite takeaways but last week it was terrible. .meat didn't taste right..so going to go else where for a while..might just be a one off but it's a put off

Excellent food, but they do charge extra if you want a variation from the 'meal for one menu', which I do think is a bit mean.

My daughter, her boyfriend and myself ordered a take away from here. I've never tasted anything so awful and can't imagine how they are still in business. The three of us had different meals which were all so bland that you couldn't tell which dish was which. I have never seen my daughter or her partner waste any Chinese food but most of this went in the bin, we should have gone back and complained but we were all in our PJ's and it was a horrible night, raining etc. Would never use this place again, please steer clear.

Sweet and sour chicken and chips were hot and freshly cooked in a reasonable time although sauce was a pale golden orange and had a more sweet honey taste

I have had a couple of nice meals there but I have had one bad meal there but I found a strand of mop head in the chips. even though it looks clean

On a weekly basis, I have a Chinese from the Hong Kong Kitchen. Beautiful food that always delights my taste buds on the weekend. Telephone staff are always pleasant and help with recommendations for new dishes to try. Reliable meals with great service
