Disappointed as there was an item.missing and food was not as hot as usual

Lovely takeaway from here on Saturday the only complaint was it was 20 mins late arriving also no free prawn crackers like other takeaways give despite spending nearly £30 but I will buy more from there.

There has been a Chinese takeaway on these premises for at least 30 years. The food is ok. The chicken in black bean sauce was excellent. The chips very good. The quantities were huge. The only downside was that the fried rice was bland. The night I was there it was very busy but orders were being processed promptly.

Food was good but came 2 hours late. Phoned up on 2 occasions to be told it would be delivered in 20 minutes. 2 hours late is unacceptable.

I can understand it’s New Year’s Eve but I did pre order early in the afternoon, we have it quite regular but when my app told me at 7.10 it had been d3livered and it hadn’t wasn’t happy, the lady who delivered it was very apologetic and I said it wasn’t her fault, lovely lady

Ordered at 5 came at 9pm !! Food was lovely can’t fault it but very long delivery

The food was not the usual standard, the chips were not fresh. The chicken balls starter was not the same , the sweet and sour sauce was gloopy. I didn’t fancy the main dish afterwards. Food was greasy. I always order here on a weekly basis. I will probably order from somewhere else now. I felt that I wasted £30.

Outstanding !! Tried this place because a friend said it was amazing !! Glad we tried it !! Food came boiling hot very flavourful! Definitely will buy again

The food was very nice, generous portion size. It was only let down by the chips which were seriously overcooked, hard and dry and rather expensive at £3.60. Would order from the restaurant again but avoid the chips. Delivery took around 50 mins and arrived on time. Driver polite and friendly.

The driver went to the wrong house had to phone for them to come back 20 minutes later and I was missing a can of pop so he had to come back to bring that

The food was fantastic! Delivered quarter of an hour early to two hungry people. The delivery driver was first class as well and was very polite/ respectful. 10/10 would recommend entire service and will be ordering again!

tasteless food, overcooked pasta, a portion of duck - in the whole portion 4 small pieces of meat, besides, instead of sauce - water, learn to cook for the cook, and instead of onions, give the meat to the portion, as it is in the order, you will be cunning and eagerly bigger, no I recommend

4 stars for the food. Special curry and chips. Rated down as very bizarre experience when picking up. They only take cash and you have to slide it through a slot in perspex glass lol. Come on its 2022 who doesn't take cards these days?! Food was superb though 👌🏻 😋

Disgusting from the the owner basically told me I had missed delivery and when I explained I'll come to pick the food up informed it had been thrown away awful service everyone avoide as soon as I said I ll be down to collect it she changed her tune. Awful service never ordering again

Delivery was so late. When ask where it was just got told that it wasn't their fault. This happen twice so it no chance. Shame as the food ok but it cold by the time it delivered.

I have lived in Swiss Valley for 3+ years and always ordered from other restaurants only because of recommedations. Ordered from China Kitchen for the first time today. The food tasted so fresh and well cooked. Never had better cripsy shredded beef or singapore chow mein. This is now our goto Chinese restaurant!

Be nice if they read and actioned the comments for the restaurant. Asked for specific changes which weren’t made. Eg Hot curry, no onions simple things but important to our enjoyment.

On New Years Eve with half an hour before the delivery is due when ordered through Just Eat the order was cancelled. No explanation. Thanks guys - trying to get a takeaway delivered last minute on NYE is impossible. So, with the fact they don’t take card (who doesn’t these days?!), chicken chow mein sauce is sweet (?!) and the sweet and sour balls are incredibly greasy, we are going to have to try a new Chinese takeaway in the future!
