We were staying at a local caravan site and Dragon Palace was recommended. It was definitely worth a visit. We booked our table and were welcomed by staff on arrival. We were served by Ben and Freya who were both absolutely lovely and very friendly and professional. They both had time to check on us and have a conversation. Not forgetting the lovely Ryan who was fab also. In fact all the staff were great. DELICIOUS FOOD xxx. We'll be back there definitely when in the area again Thank you Paul and Julia Swansea

I used to use this take away every week but unfortunately they have priced thier selves out of the market , they charge for the bag plus service charge plus £4 delivery that's without any food . There's a minimum spend so you can expect with everything your bill will be very high. They need to rethink , things aren't that much more to buy than before being a business and the business rates they get .

Our meal arrived early - very early which was great. The food was hot and delicious. I’ve been using this restaurant for a few weeks now and can definitely recommend it. My favourite Chinese restaurant by far for the present time.

First time ordering from here and the last food was disgusting and couldn’t eat nothing all got chucked in the bin will never order again worst Chinese restaurant ever

Had family around for my grandmothers 80th birthday ordered at 6:05 being told the order will be with you shortly after phoning them back, again saying it will be the next one out so called them again to cancel the order and they refused to cancel/ take money off the order after a 2 hour wait

For the first time in 4 years they delivered our meal without 1 dish.When I rang they apologised profusely and said to throw the food we have got away and they would re cook everything for us.I stated I wanted the one dish that was missing and it literally arrived in 15 minutes.The owner I spoke to on the phone was amazing and so helpful.Why can’t other Takeaways be as nice. The food is by far the best Chinese in Swansea. Thank you.

We order a four person set meal. There is plenty of food that could feed an extra one or two people. All very tasty and remained hot when we got home. Very friendly and dead on the collection time. Will order again.

Banging food. Recommended the crispy beef and the boneless salt and chilli chicken. Can't fault it and the prices are decent 👍👍 slamming

I love this Chinese for it’s quality of food! I had the special curry with chips (fish shop chips!) with chicken balls! It was amazing!

Just had a great Chinese meal delivered from here. Delivered well before expected time and the food was delicious. Everything was still hot and fresh. Thank you - we will order again.

We ordered a few months back and was 20 minutes late, driver apologised and had a can of coke added for free. Ordered tonight at 5pm for delivery at 8 (covid19 and all that), it is currently 20:48 and still no sign of delivery and low and behold the phone is constantly engaged!! Will never order from here again, which is a shame as the food is good.

Never will I order food from here again. Got delivered the wrong food and when I rung up to ask if I could go and return it and pick up the right food the owner came on to the phone telling me that was 100% what I ordered and that I was just after a refund and it’s my word against theirs. He gave me a load of abuse telling me he knows my address and told me to go there for a fight. A full grown man telling a 25 year old girl to go there for a fight on a Friday night, really? So off I go in my toy story pyjamas with my bag of wrong food but I must admit it looked much better all over his floor anyway!

I never normally leave a review but today I thought I needed to, I ordered chicken balls with a carton of curry sauce but when it came they gave me prawn balls I rung the dragon palace straight away who said I definitely ordered the prawn balls but I know for a fact what I said and I didnt even know you could get prawn balls but there was no apology or replacment offered.. Just be aware when you order if they get your order wrong they will not replace or put the issue right..

We always have a great food. It’s always delivered very quickly and arrives boiling hot. So quickly in fact, the plates barely have enough time to warm up. The menu isn’t extensive but what you have is lovely. The prawns in garlic sauce is to die for. I would love to have a 3 in 1 meal of chicken balls with rice and a curry sauce like other places do. They used to give free prawn crackers but don’t have them anymore.

I keep coming back to this place, it's a basic menu compared to some but don't leave that put you off. Consistently good quality food ,delivered on time and dare I keep saying .....great proper chippy chips. Salt and pepper dishes are fab. Crispy beef is always crispy and the currys are always good.

Ordered for the first time last week. Very happy with the service and food. I ordered from Just Eat for collection and the server suggested phoning next time as we ordered for collection. Had all items ordered and were given free prawn crackers too. All food was freshly cooked, boiling hot and extremely tasty. Will definitely order from here again and recommend the duck in hoisin sauce.
