Wok And Roll in Swansea

I had chicken curry and noodles and a portion of samosas (which looked like the frozen ones you get from Tesco.It didn't taste of much other than salt and incredibly greasy. I only ate a quarter of it.Not sure fi it was connected to the meal or the kit kat I also had that day, but something gave me insane diarroeah and left me feeling very sick.

We have eaten here for a number of years, and this was our first time back after their re opening, very disappointed, the boxes that the meals come in are about about third smaller, even though the prices have increased, this was obviously for them to claw back lost revenue and I suppose, this was perhaps to be expected. However, the main disappointment was that the quality of the food was very poor, the beef was of poor quality in my wife's beef black out, which she was not able to eat, the sauces in both meals was thin and tasteless, there were no fresh vegetables, the carrots seem to be shop bought and the rice was starchy. Sorry to say we will not be back.

Never a disappointment! Introduced my girlfriend to this place and we go regularly now, as it is our favourite takeaway. Strongly recommend.

We eat at wok and roll frequently and have done for last 14 years always first class noodles freshly cooked and very tasty Singapore Sam is a fantastic favourite

Arrived tonight at 7.15pm and it was closed. On a Saturday night! Very disappointing - the website opening hours are obviously wrong

I’ve never had a bad meal from here. Always hot and fresh good tasting food. Normally go for the C factor, chicken balls are the best I’ve had in Swansea

Soaked in oil and grease, not fresh pre prepared and overall not pleased. Leaves you with a oily taste in your mouth and a nauseous feeling. NOT GOOD

Lovely lady server who was very polite & friendly. Lunchtime deal for a box is great, with lots of choice but ‘Sexy Canton Chicken’ is not only a very odd name, but also a very lazy dish. Very sweet sauce (and far too much of it), pineapple, veg and chicken pieces that are far too big. Great lunch concept, but needs improvement.

Been hearing alot about this place over the years finally got around to eating here..fast and hot food..photos on the wall from customers over the years great touch..owner very friendly and talkative

Wok and roll is the best noodle bar in swansea the food is cooked fresh and to perfection every time, it's presented in a white traditional noodle box it's just perfect food

Ordered over the phone... staff member was really polite....delivery came within half hour....freshly made noodles that were very tasty. Will come back again soon!

Burned food, rude staff. Worst tasting Chinese food I have ever had. would not recommend anyone to go to this takeaway

Wok and roll serves tasty Chinese style food and is excellent value for money, it's a lovely low cost takeaway.

Had a delivery from here for a change, really enjoyed delivery on time, will be going back, wife and my daughter happy 2

Freshly prepared,tasty, big portion size, my favourite is the funky chicken with an option of rice or noodles. Staff always polite and happy. Can get busy on a Friday lunchtime with office workers. Doesn't put a dent in your wallet.

Visit here regularly with work and cannot fault the service for such a large order. Often turn up with a large list wanting a number of different items. Orders are always right and always piping hot. Lunch time offer is brilliant and I'm sure we'll be back again soon!

Nice food cooked fresh but staff could be more friendly, Nice to see your food cooked, good size potion so you will be full most defiantly.

Awesome food, (when it's open) crazy chicken is my favourite, half rice and half noodles with no veg! I usually ring if I'm craving one just to check if it's open, but when it's open food is very very good, clean and cooked in front of you with a lovely welcome!

Not exactly haute cuisine, but quick, no-fuss filling feed cooked in front of you. Seating is limited, and on stools facing the wall, (and the extensive rogues' gallery of previous punters), so this place is NOT somewhere to take a significant other for a romantic meal, unless you are "sending a message". ;-)Food comes in a cardboard box with metal handle and either a plastic fork or chopsticks.Prices to collect are around £5 per dish, e.g. Chicken in sauce plus rice or noodles, but the menu is more extensive and expensive on JustEat etc.Officially,they have a low hygine rating, but have not upset my system yet, or those of countless colleagues visiting on a Friday lunchtime.Consider this place for rough and ready grub after a night out.

I have bad luck with this place. every time I get a craving to eat here, they are closed. And it's a disappointment, because the food is sooo good! They have some excellent choices, a range of tastes and sizes. The staff are friendly and helpful. I like the benches along the walls with stools to eat if you have time to linger. It's pretty centrally located in Swansea, just off the Kingsway, so easy to walk to, not so easy to park.

I had some of the best noodles here. I love noodles with vegetables it is a perfect lunch spot. The rice is good as well but nothing beats noodles with chopticks

No fuss menu and delicious food. The service is fast and professional, take out and sit in available.
