The food was awful I will never go again, and the hygiene was very bad and disgusting.

Lovely tasting hot food. Only turn 30min to arrive on Saturday night.

Both my husband and myself had late night meals ample portions couldn’t eat everything to much food for us but really enjoyed all we had can’t fault it!!!

Having left a review previously due to delivery issues and the wrong dish delivered, I didn't use Beijing House for quite a while. Decided to try it again and in fairness I have had 2 deliveries recently and service and food has been excellent 👌 😋. Definitely back to my Chinese takeaway of choice, keep up the quality, please Food was okish, prawn crackers missing, phoned to complain and they blamed the driver, then I discovered I had chicken chow mein, I ordered Singapore chow mein..this was my favourite Chinese takeaway used to be outstanding..£40 spent so expect better

brilliant service from jade garden, have ordered from here a few times since moving to the area and food is always delicious . Recently, there was miscommunication between myself and the lady who took my order over the phone - I ordered chicken in black bean sauce with peppers but she misheard me and thought I said beef, when she read back the order I misheard her read back beef to me instead of chicken. Very disappointed when I received beef in black bean rather than chicken as I don’t eat beef. I rang them to explain and they happily sent the delivery driver back to pick up the beef in black beef to replace it with the chicken in black bean and not extra cost which I was so grateful for. Thanks so much from a single mum who hadn’t had a proper meal all day and was so excited for my Chinese! Highly recommend Jade Garden. Gorgeous food and brilliant service. Thanks so much again!

went for a late night snack on my way home,never been there before,although i live local,i was starving,had chicken balls and sweet and sour sauce,the sauce was ok,but the so called chicken balls where awful,they were not balls they were like strips i couldnt find the chicken for the batter,the batter was so thick and greasy when you bit into them it was really bad,i landed up feeding them to my dogs,for the price they were bad,never go there again,i usually buy from out of town.

To be honest the chips are like bricks and stale…and the mushroom chowmein is not like it use to be…and the curry sauce is very poor😟

Great food, tasty, hot and prompt.

We arrived for a birthday celebration we was on 2 separate tables. Plenty of food but not fresh and no chow main out. Waited over 15 minutes for drinks then asked what did we order. The kids did enjoy the desert area.

I ordered a set time for delivery around 2pm , to be ready for 8pm. Gave the shop a call at 8:05 to ask where it was as we had given plenty of notice to prepare. Told us it is just leaving the shop as we speak. Unacceptable, they had plenty of notice to prepare our order. Not even a sorry over the phone.

Absolute garbage wouldn’t recommend dry cold old tasting chips oily chicken balls ,cold rice the sauce was disgusting didn’t taste anything like what it was meant to me

Best Chinese takeaway in Cwmbran wouldn't go anywhere else never had a bad experience king prawns and BBQ ribs the sauce every time spot on highly recommended 👍 delicious 😋
