Just horrific in every way 😂😂 actually laughed it was so bad coz I wasted so much money. 🤢 service, food, 0/10 would not recommend.

Most terrible place and food you can eat … first and last time eat there. The staff speaks very rude and no respect

Ordered food at 4pm to be delivered at 7pm. My food never arrived and they would not answer the phone, after 2 hours I drove down to the restaurant to be told my food was out for delivery, I went back home and waited another 45 minutes, still nothing so i drove back down and they had stopped cooking and told me there was nothing they could do and I had to request a refund through uber. Uber told me that my order was ineligible for a refund. I went through PayPal and got my money back after a month. I will never use this place again. Absolutely disgusting service and just blatantly stealing people's money.

Food was freshly cooked, nice portions, arrived quickly too,we were missing one side dish which after quick call to the restaurant item was delivered straight away. Overall it was a nice meal and would order again.

very nice food, recommend the chicken satay with egg fried rice, the chips in the chicken ball meal tho was a little undercooked.

food over 2 hours late and theyrefused to answer multiplephone calls. When the food finally did arrive it was over cooked. Very disappointing.

Ordered last night, kept telling us it was coming. 3 hours later still nothing. No apologies when we rang just kept being told it was still coming. Never got our Chinese!

Order at 6:15 food final turned up at 8:35. After repeatedly telling us it was on its way. Waiting for over two hours to get my order is not acceptable.

The food was absolutely stunning, full of flavour and lovely and hot!

Seaweed was missing from the order. Duck was extremely tough and chewy. Shame as when we ordered last month food was amazing.

Food is okay, but the delivery service is dreadful. It's painfully slow often around 1.5hrs

at 5.03pm app said order on the way to be delivered between 5.05-5.25. 5.30 I clicked order is late + said text was sent to restaurant + they'd respond in 5 mins. They didnt. I called 7+ times, they didn't answer. I logged another order is late + it said to call, she answered said was my address before I said who i was, so she clearly knew my order was significantly late. she then said driver had left with other orders. driver arrived, didn't speak, barely looked at me. Awful.

Order Crispy Shredded Chicken. It was rock hard. Felt like batter only and no chicken. Half my order was missing (two chicken ball, rice, chips and sauce trays) Called the restaurant they sent them out straight away but still forgot the sauces. So disappointed.

Our order was an hour late, with no updates from the restaurant, My husband and I had to chase our order. I can understand they have their own delivery drivers but updating the app can't be hard. won't be ordering again.

I've been a loyal customer of Chans for years, and I've always praised their food, especially the Kung Pao, which is hands down my favourite. The flavors are incredible, and the quality of the dishes is consistently 10/10. However, I regret to say that my recent experiences have been disappointing. In the past few months, I've noticed a significant decline in service. My last three orders took between 1.5 to 2 hours to arrive, and each time I had to follow up multiple times just to check on the status. On one occasion, after waiting an hour and a half, I called only to be told they had no idea when my order would be sent out. I ultimately had to go pick it up, which meant we ordered at 7:30 PM but didn't eat until 10 PM. Additionally, one order was missing an item, which was delivered later but couldn’t be enjoyed with the meal. I also had a frustrating experience when I visited the restaurant for a drink. I waited 10 minutes in line with only one person ahead of me, and it was frustrating to see the staff member taking such a long time to prepare a single bubble tea. When it was finally my turn, the employee informed me that my drink would take 15 minutes to make. Waiting 25 minutes for one drink, especially after such a long queue, felt outrageous, so I decided not to order. While the food continues to be exceptional, the delivery and service experiences have made it difficult to justify ordering from Chans anymore. It’s truly a shame, as I have always enjoyed the food here and appreciated the quality. I want to emphasise that my feedback is in no way a reflection of the chefs—they deserve all the praise! I hope the service can improve, but unfortunately I’m not sure I’ll be ordering anytime soon.

Wrong toppings delivered with noodle boxes meaning food wasn’t eaten and ended up straight in the bin. Used to get great food from here so a real shame the quality of service has gone down over the years.

Disgusting Used to be one of the best around. Did an even have napkins. Told me to throw my rubbish outside in the bin 🤣 The prawn crackers they were getting them out of a big black bin bag and put in them into seafru bags 🤮🤣

fantastic food, I ordered peak time on a Friday night, so i expected a longer wait, so i didn't mind.

Took over two hours to arrive ordered at 6:50 came at 9pm didn't even want the food by that point as way past tea time and was cold also seemed to have stopped doing free prawn crackers normally great but tonight was terrible.

Chans is always my go to but the last 2 orders have been late (first by 50 mins) but order is changed to delivered so can no longer track. Food was due in the last half an hour but yet again says delivered but still waiting

Food was stated as delivered but never was. When I rang the store they only told me then that they had an issue and that it was coming from another store. Waiting over an hour still no food. When ringing them again they said the driver will be another 30 minutes. So i cancelled the order as we had waited 2 and a half hours and still no food. Even if we did have it, it would have been stone cold. Absolute poor communication

Food is fantastic and always nice however tonight it took well over an hour. No updates from the restaurant and I had to call for an update. Ended up over 30 mins late.

Chips were like floor sweepings, Hong Kong style sweet and sour was awful too. The chicken is supposed to be completely marinated and covered with sauce, but mine looked like chicken nuggets with some sauce drizzled over the top. Maybe it was a bad night for then but the last time for me.

Ordered chicken balls but got spring rolls instead. Ordered noodles with black beam and soy sauce, but the noodles came pretty much dry with minimal if any sauce. Not the usual standard.

Lovely food, delivery experience good. We’ve had food from here a few times now and really enjoy it. Always tastes great and fresh.

Absolutely shocking no one should bother, ordered from here twice within the past few months, first time my order (2 things) took 1hour 45mins to arrive, everytime I rang they kept saying it was on its way. Ordered a second time tonight gave them the benefit of the doubt, this time it took 2 hours for it to come, same thing on the phone again. Also two items. This time one item was missing, and the shop had actually closed by the time the order was delivered. Shambles of a place.

Food not very hot. No peas in curry. Had a mix of chicken and beef in the curry and no shrimp in the rice which I was disappointed with. Pancakes rolls have shrunk a lot

I've ordered from this place dozens of times but my most recent experiences were both bad. I had the wrong food last time. This time the chips were black and soggy and the curry was stone cold and almost solid, like it had just been taken put of the fridge. I will be trying somewhere else next time
