The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Angus Central Scotland

Travelling 25 miles for a Chinese takeaway may seem a bit extreme, but this is one the few establishments that is consistently good. Been good since I was wee. George is a national treasure.

A hour and 45 mins for delivery. Ridiculous

Omelette very stodgy, chips hard and cold. Chow mein had no beansprouts and was extremely bland with noodles that were too thick. Curry very gloopy. Extremely disappointed and would not buy from here again. £29.10 wasted

Ordered a special curry with fried rice which came to £9.80. I was charged £10.10, when asked why this was, I was told it was for a bag ! Told young lad I didn't want a bag then and give 30p back. He walked into kitchen and never seen him again. Been a customer for decades will not be back !

Terrible. This service was an awful experience. Firstly the menu is unclear and the server was not any help to clear it up. Secondly the food was delivered cold and greasy/oily and the portions were not equal. We were over charged for our food which we tried to talk to the server about but he brushed it off rudely like it was irrelevant. To finish the experience off the delivery driver did not have any change which was not acceptable and was not very pleasant to talk to. This experience was not acceptable as they should be professionals and take responsibility for their mistakes and actions. I will not be returning and I do not recommended going here. Definitely not worth the money. Disgraceful.

Two very young girls (staff) stood near our table laughing and carrying on for most of our time there which was just unsettling. When I asked them if they could close the curtain/blind at the back of the restaurant they realised there wasnt any window covering at the back window so they just never done anything, they never even communicated that there was nothing they could do. I was left in the blinding sun. One glass of juice had some sort of food in it, I asked them to change it, and the second glass tasted like dishsoap. The pork dim sum was absolutely disgusting, unlike anywhere else I've had it. The only good things I have to say about our visit there is that the main meal was ok and the toilets are lovely and clean.

Always quick never been disappointed value for money

No more than edible, overcooked, not enough sauce. Reasonable portion size but order was missing an item. Only take cash. Give it a miss.

Shocking Customer Service From Sam ... I Plan To Report This To Trading Standards ... Unacceptable Behaviour & So Rude ... Would Not Give Me The Chance To Explain What I Wanted & Talked Over Me, Then Disconnected The Call ... I Tried Phoning From Landline & Mobile But Received No Answer, Why The Wokee Is Still Trading With This Man's Attitude Is Beyond Me

I was going for a nice leisurely walk when all of a sudden I saw an angry man running out of the restaurant grabbing an innocent child by the neck then proceeding to drag him into the restaurant forcefully. I cannot believe this business owner really thinks it is acceptable to use such violence on a child. This is outrageous.

I reviewed here a few years ago, so time to try again. Nice staff and reasonable prices. A chicken chow mien and a lemon chicken. The lemon chicken was nice and very lemony. The chow mien was a bit tasteless and a bit devoid of chicken. I’m in two minds about here, so just a 3 stars.

Got a munchie box it was bad really bad had been re cooked more than once , honestly can’t stress how bad it was
