The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

It’s quite clear that the idiot on the till has no idea about the rights associated with a disability dog. He told me to get out and when I told him that by law the dog is to remain with me he then gave me the very childish silent treatment. It’s clear that the chap on the counter needs lessons in courtesy and the law with disability dogs. Won’t return here again

Have now had 3 very enjoyable meals from here , all orders cooked beautifully, delivered on time and all staff from person on phone to driver were very pleasant

Absolutely awful service. Ordered my food to be delivered. Was told 45 minutes to an hour and a half for delivery. What? My order arrived one hour and forty minutes later, cold, soggy, and without apology. After a couple of mouthfuls I threw it in the bin. This place used to be top notch but not any more.

We tried this place on a couple of occasions after being recommended by few people n honestly don't know why, I've eaten ftom many Chinese chippies over the years n for the record can cook most meals on menu, had both English and Chinese food from here and this place is the worse I have experienced, chips are awful, fried rice is vile, and food quality overall is shocking, my grandchildren didn't even eat the food total waste of money, I understand food and have a good pallet, defineatly needs much improvement, sorry guys just being honest, and without honest reviews then nothing can change, hope they can improve in the future x

Got my whole order wrong I asked for a plain noodles and they gave me this. I’m allergic to bean sprouts so this was a disappointment

Never had Chinese from here before. It was lovely and fresh and hot. Totally recommend it Delivery was quick

Don’t bother… You will wait hours to collect your takeaway. It’s sheer greed on their part. They clearly can’t cope with the volume of orders, but continue to take them. So even if ordering in advance you will wait at the premises up to an hour after they said it would be ready. Not just once.. every time. This business will nose dive as soon as there is some competition on Mersea

Dreadful food. Completely inedible - the satay in no way even resembled a satay sauce but was instead like greasy slimy watery substance. The chicken wings you could have used as weapons of mass destruction.

Haven't had a Chinese takeaway for a while, thought we would order from the Mandarin as heard food was good? The delivery turned up in the time given, but first of all the free prawn crackers were soft and all the beef in the curry both for my husband and myself was really chewy and didn't have much flavour, all in all very disappointed

We got fish and chips the fish was raw inside I don’t know what it was covered in but it was not batter and the chips you could not eat them the tasted like they had been reheated many times please don’t waste your money in this place it’s terrible.

If I could give a minus review I would. Food arrived late. Rice was so stodgy and overcooked. When I called for a replacement I was met with the offer to refund but no replacement (meaning all I had was some chicken....not exactly a meal!) when I asked for replacement they said I'd have to pay for delivery again....I don't think it's unreasonable for an error to be corrected at no extra expense to the customer. Manager refused to talk to me so had to speak via the counter assistant who, when I politely argued my point (I never raised my voice and I empathised entirely with how busy they must be) she hung up on me. I called back thinking it was a mistake but they just hung up straight away proving it was intentional. They then refused to answer my calls. I've had no refund and by the time the ordeal was over (not sorted) the chicken was cold. Appalling "service" and I will not be ordering from here again. I strongly advise others to avoid as if anything is wrong, they will do nothing to correct it.

Absolutely disgusting. Delivered food that was cold wasn’t fit for human consumption , the food was delivered at 8:40 from an order placed at 6:15 straight from the seat of a car in a box, no warm bag or anything. I will be reporting these to the councils food standards. I have had bad take sways before but this was on another level, nothing was edible or even warm

The food at this place is completely horrendous. It should be closed down for the very bad customer service. I will not be coming back here again since I cant even feed my dog the chicken which comes from this place.... DONT ORDER FROM HERE!

Fast delivery. I live in frodsham and when it arrived it was still piping hot. Food was lovely. I ordered then looked at the reviews (backwards I know) so I was panicked as there are some bad of late but the food was delicious! I had chips, rice, curry and beef chow mein. Portions were massive so i will have leftovers tomorrow. Delivery lady was lovely too. Thanks so much :)
